descending into deadlochposting on main i don't even care. this show is SO GOOD. i think the thing that really stuck with me throughout every episode is how committed it is to not fucking up women, and especially women of color, just to have a Plot Point + for Emotional Resonance!!! every woman on this show gets an ending that feels earned. (and yes that does include margaret carruthers.) there is just so much love woven into this narrative but they still manage to capture the grim miserable reality of patriarchy without EVER reducing a female character we care about to a Murder Victim or having her horrifically brutalized as an ending!!!! like holy shit, guys, it's actually fucking possible! you can create horror blended perfectly with humor and never actually fuck women over!!!
and yeah actually as a woc it felt really fucking good to watch a show where i got to see women of color (aleyna and tammy and sharelle and miranda and faye my beloved <333) just thrive and be silly and stupid and terrible and also lovable. and also, oh my god, revolutionary, NOT GET MURDERED, even though this is literally a fckin murder show!!! i said to my dad like midway through the series that i just got this sense the show understood how goddamn hard it is to watch television sometimes waiting for that character you love, who looks like you and has life experiences that resonate with you, to get killed, or to be treated like she's not important, and how dedicated it is to not just killing off women for shock value. every woman in this show mattered and had meaning and dimension.
because seriously, SO MANY INCREDIBLE WOMEN!!! abby with her perfect little haircut driving off into the sunset saying Of Course She Knows She's Right About Forensics. aleyna and her husband, her whole heart!!!! vanessa who in a lesser show would have been reduced to The Bad Woman, The Bigot, but we are shown how she has been abused and mistreated by men and how that's so informed her perspective + her genuine love for her son! sharelle who lays down the hard truths, who calls them out -- "all this civility but no fucking community" !!! miranda who learns that she doesn't want blood money from a woman who looks down on her cousin! tammy who is literally just all about that footy club the entire time even as men are being murdered and that's honestly so real of her. skye o'dwyer who perfectly captures that Emotionally Unavailable Dad energy except she's a lesbian and i love her. nadiyah who is Trying Her Best :) And Gritting Her Teeth About It :) faye who has no god damn patience for margaret carruthers and all kinds of blunt determined love for her niece and her daughter. vic who throws herself under the bus because she's just so determined to protect anyone she can after the women in this town protected her and kept her secret for so long!!! cath who parents her emotions and is definitely relentless in her guilting but also so relentless in her love. MARGARET CARRUTHERS WHO EXEMPLIFIES SHITTY RICH WHITE WOMAN. and of fucking course, the legends, the buddy-cop duo of all time, dulcie and eddie, who are just perpetually going around like this
except it's not even working because eddie chewed the leash off.
favorite show of the year by far. so so happy about it. rotating it joyfully in my brain for the next week, probably longer.
#deadloch#celia watches deadloch#deadloch spoilers#sooooorta??? in places????#i just . hgjkdhdkjh this is such a fucking show everyone should watch it#even if we don't get a s2 just having s1 was so worth it!

AvA6 EP1 SPOILERS
Alright peeps I'm joining in this chaos and you should all fear me This post has no plan or path this is just a ramble analysis of things I notice in the new episode so :D
EXPECT MAJOR SPOILERS, PLEASE WATCH THE EPISODE FIRST ^-^
Ok so like first off guys- maybe like- don't fire your glitch weapons in the middle of a crowded city?? This seems like a bad idea?? You guys are worse than the Avengers when it comes to collateral damage smh
Ok but Chosen stopping mid-chase to save that civilian by destroying the debris really goes to show how he's improved as a character, this guy went from destroying Alan's PC, to rampaging various sites with Dark, and now to this. Glad to see him as a proper hero now :D
I'm happy to see the ice powers coming back cuz after that one time he froze the Firefox I thought they just forgot about it lol
Chosen is Zeus now Also he just like creates a glacier 2 seconds later cool
Also quick shoutout to Alan's Desktop organization He has come a long way
I find it funny how much everyone focused on this clip in the trailer especially, like "Oh no does Orange get mad at Alan again?? Is this related to Vic???" and the reality of it is "lol wanna fight me guys?" "Sure sounds fun :D" Alan you have bamboozled us again
I find this moment rather interesting So after Alan pulls up the thingy and sends them all flying then crashing down, Red appears to be acting like they hurt their head and Yellow notices and crawls over to see if they're ok (Awwwijascsdhljw) but as soon as they do Red just punches em?? However then Yellow puts their hands up in a way almost to be like "whoa whoa it's just me" and then Red accepts the comfort. Idk I just find it interesting, like Red is still in fight-mode after the sparring match and doesn't quite register that it's Yellow touching them at first XD
Chosen: "COME ON DO IT, DO THE EYE THING" Orange: "WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT IDK HOW TO DO THAT" Chosen: "YES YOU DO JUST DO IT, LIKE THIS:" Orange: "AAAAAAAAA" *Tries to do laser-eyes with every ounce of focus they have*
Red: "uhhh are they ok-" Green: "Maybe you should stop them?" Blue: "yeahhh maybe-" Yellow: "Hmm, yes. Interesting"
Chosen: "UGH FORGET IT YOU'RE COMING WITH ME" Sticknapping 101
Aight but like where did this guy (Btw I'll call him Striker cuz that name was going around and it's cool) get this stuff? Has their group attacked a Desktop before and managed to steal enough UI to make this guy OP? Cuz he uses a lot of really crazy stuff during this fight and I can't help but wonder what poor animator woke up just to find the entire UI on their software missing lol
I love how Chosen really just pulls the "Throw the kid in the pool to teach them how to swim" on Orange and his powers here lol Then to Chosen's surprise it does not work "Aw shoot the kid is drowning now I gotta save them smh"
YEAHHHH ART POWERS Ok but actually though I find it interesting how differently the Pencil tool works outside a Desktop, like usually Orange like speed-draws the whole entire thing but out here it's like Ah yes, line scribble = E e l I mean it actually kinda makes sense, in the 3D world it'd be really difficult to draw anything really so the Pen just changes function a bit based on the environment
Poor Green does not enjoy climbing it seems :(
This guy can forever one-up everything "Ok but have you beat up a shark with your bare hands and won?
Ok but this guy's style is just like tribal or primitive and it's honestly pretty cool I have no clue what to call them though so that's up to the rest of the fandom to decide ':D
Also someone else on a different site suggested the name "Warnman" for this guy cuz he looks like the typical hazard sign guy who's always showing the dreadful things that will happen if you don't obey the sign and I think the name fits so Warnman is honestly my favorite of these guys just cuz of how wacky they are lol
Also this guy has to be like Anime Stick or something I do not understand this dude at all but they're sick
Let it be known that Warnman is canonically 2D
Dude how much charge do those electro-bullets hold if that thing is STILL zapping Chosen This poor guy Also the way Striker fights throughout this whole scene is so cool
I find it interesting and I think Alan pointed out in the reaction video (really funny btw you should go watch that too) That Striker is totally just messing with them before that, like sure he probably has to be close to the target to use the Pause attack but I like to think he was enjoying the fight before that and is only just doing it now cuz he's bored lol
Aight so the Rocket Group is the one hunting Chosen I wanna know though- why Chosen specifically? Are they just after all Hollowheads with the powers or is it just Chosen they want? Maybe they're after all of them but Chosen is the only one with a super known presence? Also who are these guys?? They seem to be just some independent group but do they hold any sort of actual authority over Stick City? Man I have so many questions
How do you pause fire-? Does it still burn? I assume not cuz I think it woulda burned the guys bringing him by now Man that's wacky but cool Also another question here is like, is that white box a containment unit or some sort of display case? I'm thinking more along the lines of containment but like he's already paused and they left the door open I think??
Aight now we're getting to the theory-fuel Why are they studying all this UI? Where'd they get this UI? Why do all these sticks look exactly the same??? Like I get that it's just supposed to represent a large group of workers and stuff but they are all exactly the same shade-
A h a A h a a a . . . VICTIM???? VIC MY GUY WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE HOW ARE YOU ALIVE?? LIKE I GET YOU'RE PROBABLY MAD AT ALAN LIKE KILLING YOU AND ALL BUT WHAT DO YOU WANT WITH CHOSEN AND EVERYONE?? I have many questions Also I am wondering if all the UI decor in his office is just art or what, are they trophies maybe? They probably had to get the UI for Striker's setup somewhere, did they raid Desktops before? Are those trophies from animators he's beaten? Man Idk but this is so interesting My final take on the episode: AAAAAAAAAAAAAA LET'S GOOO AvA 6 HYPEEE :D
#ava 6 spoilers#animator vs animation#alan becker#reaction#analysis#ramble :D#I am so excited for the rest of this series#These sticks are better than all of cinema you can never prove me wrong

B, D, J, K, M, T (doesn't have to be just DS if you don't want it to be!)
A -> Z FANDOM ASKS.
B - A pairing–platonic, romantic or sexual–that you initially didn’t consider, but someone changed your mind.
it feels like cheating to say any ships that came from rp because 90% of the time there's no way you'd consider them otherwise, but the one that stands out to me is willie and esme (ft. @retrograderesemblance) cherish them, would never have put them together on my own lol.
beyond that, and this doesn't really count for not ever considering it, but I was a w.illabeth disliker until this year, I read several persuasive defenses, and writing lizzie swayed me. so elizabeth herself changed my mind kinda.
D - A pairing you wish you liked but just can’t.
ok listen. it's s.parrington. i get it intellectually and i see the vision but i just don't like it and i have tried for years it is just not. idk. can't do it.
J - Name a fandom you didn’t think about until you saw it all over Tumblr.
i hope this is dark shadows to all my treasured mutuals whom i single-handedly inundate with ds content all over their dashes. my answer would be e.lisabeth das musical or honestly like ? robespierre of french history kinda has a stan army on here.
K - What character has your favorite development arc/the best development arc?
ohhh who would i say for ds. maybe roger because he gets domesticated, and makes truly wild strides in his relationship with his son. ( go white boy break that patrilineal curse ). weirdly i also kinda wanna say joe is up there ? he has an interesting journey from Carolyn's Rejected Puppy All American Fish Boy to like ... helping vic investigate laura, being ang's chew toy, having a mental breakdown. and also deeply caring about david! maybe i just like it when people start caring about the kid.
elsewhere it's jimothy norrington. easy. character arc of all time.
M - Name a character that you’d like to have for a friend.
not many people on this show because that's a death sentence but lowkey.. natalie dupres (josette's "spinster aunt") bc i think we would really get along. fancy french brunches with the gay aunt and we can talk shit about barnabas. even though she would bully me for my french, and rightfully so.
elsewhereeee hmm. alice k.ingsleigh would make a wonderful friend. sybil c.rawley. max b.lack sails.
T - Do you have any hard and fast headcanons that you will die defending?
most of my headcanons about vicki tbh dan curtis can piss off. namely that girl has autism. she dislikes the task of setting her hair / sleeping on rollers and rarely feels like doing it, but her and carolyn will sometimes set hair for each other for some girl time. roger fencing and liz ice skating. i also know i'm right about specifically vic's and carolyn's music taste (monkees/mamas & the papas/paul revere & the raiders/herman's hermits, and jan&dean/the ventures/elvis/beach boys, respectively). vic is also added in the collins family history. david draws her in after she dies/disappears, and elizabeth has her formally added after she discovers his handiwork.
you can also pry my "elizabeth swann's burgundy dress was esme's" from my cold dead hands ! like. that's such an important one to me sdfgfd.
#i feel like i get these asks and then immediately forget all media i've consumed and any other ships that exist other than rv and norvilla#dying suffering french stalkers#➤ answered. ┊ collinsport 4099.#➤ meme responses. ┊ boo !#➤ ooc. ┊ she’s nauseous, she’s hysterical, and she’s exhausted.

How would you rank the main male voice actors for Cyberpunk? Vic, Johnny, Kerry, River, Jackie and Smasher?
I'm sorry this took me forever to get to but I promise I didn't forgot about you
Ranking wise I honestly don't think I can do because the voice acting in this game is damn near flawless but I can talk about my thought on them.
Despite the fact that I will reblog thrist stuff for Vic I see his voice as perfect for a father like figure. You can tell from his voice that the dude has prolly seem some shit but has managed to get away from it and now is happy and content with the life he has.
Keanu did a great fucking job with Johnny. Its not uncommon for people with PTSD and trauma to speak in a flat, monotone voice and we get that from Johnny. Its a subtle way to hint at his mental state. He still shows emotions with his tone and his inflections but manages to keep this monotone draw.
Kerry has just the touch of an accent that I love. A small bit of gravel that shows he's smoked for a long time but not overly so much that it makes it hard to understand him(I have auditory processing issues thanks to ADHD). Fun fact about Kerry, the voice actor did voices for some the Raiders in Fallout 4 so if you ever wanna hear Kerry threaten your life, go play Fallout 4 and keep your ears open.
I don't really have strong thoughts on River's voice. I like his character and that side quest of his is....well...it sure fucking is. But I just don't have strong thoughts him really. I've only romanced him once and while I like him, he's just not a character that takes up alot of space in my head.
Back again with the accents with Jackie and he's another one that I listen to talk for hours. Jackie is so goal driven that shows when he speaks. He gets excited and he's not scared to show that! In the last scene with him, even though he's dying there's still hope in his voice. You can hear that he believes in V no matter what and its tragic beauty.
Listen, if you'd ask me about Smasher six months ago I'd have a different answer but there's something real sexy about voice that I cannot explain even a bit. I always liked Borg from Star Trek even before I admitted to myself that I'm a monsterfucker and he's got Borg vibes. His voice has a mech tone to it, because, well duh, with pretty much all humanity gone. Its interesting.
Looking over everything if I had to rank them I think Johnny and Kerry probably have my favorite voices. If I had to pick a least fave I'd say River just because I'm not as attached to the character. Everyone else just falls some where in the middle. Jackie being on the higher end of that middle with Vic and Smasher prolly on the lower end of the middle.

Hello, Charli! You get a double dose this week! You are a true wonder, I mean it. You have been dealing with so much from being sick, to all this negativity. But I think what I find truly wondrous is your passion, talent, and the love you have. You're a truly amazing writer. And through that, you've taken Caroline and turned her into something amazing. She fits so seamlessly into the Fear Street universe. When people talk about taking a character and making them their own, it's writers like you they're talking about. I'm sorry you've been unfairly targeted. If you give someone a mask, they show their true selves. Those anons are unhappy and wanting attention and hurting you to do it. This will pass and your blog will be a safe space for you once more. I'm cheering you on, always. - ♡♡ Victoria
“I learned there are troubles of more than one kind. Some come from ahead, others come from behind. But I’ve bought a big bat. I’m all ready, you see. Now my troubles are going to have trouble with me.” - Dr. Seuss
// vic, you are honestly the sweetest and thank you so so so very much for this. i needed to hear and be reminded . because truthfully , this week has been a disaster for me mental wise and i've tried so hard to be so positive and to not let the amount of crap that i've been sent get to me and i was doing pretty okay but today was just ... not what i had in mind. it means so so very much that people like you and i think a handful of others? enjoy my caroline . she's been one of my favorites for years and i've been wanting to write her but not in tvdu rpc. simply because there's other awesome caroline blogs already. and plus, i vibe with the horror aspect. this means so much though, so really . . . thank you for reminding me that all of this negativity will pass. and it's not your fault. ya know, the rpc can be a nasty place. i haven't felt entirely safe on my blog in a few days but , it'll get that way again. i'm taking little steps in making sure that my dash and blog is my safe place and i can keep enjoying it here. people can stay unhappy and what not because i'm not going anywhere nor is my caroline. not ever again. i put far too much into her to allow the negativity of others to ruin what i've created thus far. this includes all the friends and dynamics happening on here. they're not worth it.
i hope your weekend is filled with all the love, happiness and amazing things because truly , you're a gem in the rpc and i'm so thankful for you.

What do you think of the 2005 Question mini? I understand it's a bit controversial among the Question die-hards.
I definitely have mixed feelings, which I think I'll put under a read more bc this got longer than expected.... Whoops.
Okay. So. I think it's valuable in the sense that it kinda sets up how Vic is often written post-2005 (hyperviolent & mystical), and I think it dips back into the Ditko-era "be totally convinced what you are doing is right, even if you're burying people alive in cement with a backhoe" mentality, which can be kind of fascinating in combination with the magic stuff.
At the same time, though, I wouldn't consider it "in character" exactly. It's one of those oddball runs. I guess it's closest to The Deaths of Vic Sage in terms of content and character choices (which, depending on how you feel about that, you may or may not like), and isn't what I would consider to be a "here, this is a cool DC character. Check it out!" kind of story. Like. Can you imagine giving someone the 2005 run and saying "yeah this guy has an amazing inner battle and I think he's totally fascinating as a study of how morals can twist as you experience more and more grey situations". I think I would get some strange looks.
That all being said, I think there's a certain point where it gets kind of hysterical watching Vic Sage, high out of his mind, run around Metropolis seeing ghosts. There is something fun about that. The Question has always been a character that played with reality and what could be considered "objective truths", so drugs are nothing new. It's cool to see how an extremely subjective view can influence what a person does in a situation where the answer might not be black and white (although to be totally honest, I think he overreacts severely in the 2005 run.... But I'll get to that in a minute.)
One thing that I'm totally sure about on the story is the plot point about Vic and Lois going to journalism school together and having some kind of tension. Unlike Lois, though, I don't think the poems Vic wrote were about her. I honestly think they were about him. They're almost entirely about finding the hidden side of someone, and seeing secrets that they don't want others to see. They don't read as someone publishing poetry about their crush, they read as self exploration through poetry. I think Vic's shame about Lois thinking they were about her shouldn't have been an unrequited love thing, and I definitely don't think it should have influenced Vic's decision making to the point that he decides that killing willy nilly is totally justified, especially if you think about other times he's killed for love (like in the first Question Quarterly). It wasn't the kind of reaction you would expect from him given the situation. I do think it was an interesting detail, though, regardless of the romance issues. Not even going to get into what Superman might have thought about hearing that poetry and then running out to find the writer reenacting Bob the Builder with gore.
I think that my favorite thing about the run was seeing Vic literally walk in two worlds. You get the social aspect of him not fitting in with his peers while also being seperate entirely from heroes (although I wish they'd shown this more), while also literally having a split in the art to show how divided his thinking is. It's a cool way to showcase how the character is a little different from the version of him in, say, Mysterious Suspense, where a black and white character is literally portrayed in black and white (which, while maybe not an intentional choice, I believe has artistic merit for who the character is and what he embodied). Plus, I think the parts where you see how he sees the world (at least, how he sees it while on powerful psychedelics) are really visually interesting. I <3 bright colors.
Overall, I think it's okay. It's a weird one, and it belongs in the ranks with Frank Miller's Batman comic, PAX, TDOVS, Trinity of Sin, that one 9/11 thing that I don't remember the name of, but I think it's worth a read if you already have a solid understanding of the character and want to see an interesting portrayal. If we rank the 80s run as a 10/10 and PAX as a 1/10, I would put 2005 at a solid 6.

What is your opinion on the “post-cancelation” seasons of Young Justice? Personally, nothing will ever beat season 1 but I appreciate that they stuck to the formula of young heroes establishing themselves without sticking to just the main team. While we’re here, thoughts on Wally coming back? Good idea? Bad idea?
I think season 1 was the best by far. I didn't like season 2 when it was first coming out but it's grown on me over the years.
I very much disliked season 3 and I think season 4 was pretty good with some exceptions.
I go back and forth on whether or not the show should focus on the main season 1 team or follow the new characters introduced each season. on the one hand I do think it makes more sense for the focus to change with each new set of young heroes but... I just don't really like a lot of the new characters, at least compared to the season 1 team. one of the many reasons I disliked season 3 was because I just didn't care about the new characters. I didn't care about Brion or Forager hardly at all. Hated Helga. I did care a little bit about Violet, Tara, and Vic but still not a whole lot.
I do like the show more when it focuses on the older characters from season 1 which I guess is why I enjoyed season 4 a great deal more even if some of the characters didn't get the focus they deserved during their own arcs but whatever I digress.
and that does kind of lean into one of my major problems with the show as a whole: I really don't like the time skips and the addition of sooo many new characters with each season. the longer the time skip, the more we miss out on; and the more characters there are, the less focus each character gets. which is annoying because Greg himself said there will always be a time skip and new characters for each season for as long as the show runs... so one of the things I dislike the most about Young Justice is something that I know will always be intrinsic to the show so that part of the formula I'm really irritated by.
as for Wally coming back, I think it's best if he stays dead. I don't really like Wally all that much as a character, like I don't hate him or anything but he's definitely not one of my favorites you know?
and honestly I kind of like that they've stuck with a character being supposedly permanently dead. it adds more weight to his death if we think he's dead for good. it's why I find comic book deaths to be largely annoying and underwhelming: because we know they're probably not going to stay dead for long. it always makes their deaths feel cheap. so I don't actually mind that Wally hasn't come back yet. though he still might if there are any future seasons/comic tie-ins. no offense at all to people who like Wally and want him to come back, I just think it would be annoying and a cop-out. also most of the characters have moved on from his death so him coming back would mess up some of their own development so there's that too.

Title: Every Day
Author: David Levithan
Genre: YA Fiction | Romance | Fantasy | LGBTQ+
Content Warnings: Self-Harm | Suicidal Ideation | Mentioned Homophobia | Fatphobia | Misgendering
Overall Rating: 9.7/10
Personal Opinion: This story is an old favorite of mine. It was the first book I’d ever purchased for myself and I fell in love with it. The very concept of A, waking up in a new body everyday, is truly fascinating to me. But the fact that they fall in love with a girl, Rhiannon, and end up wanting to be with her regardless of which body they’re in is so utterly romantic.
Do I Own This Book? Yes.
Spoilers Below For My Likes & Dislikes:
Likes:
- Something I loved was seeing all kinds of identities and relationships. The messy sibling dynamics of the Wongs, the bro-fest of the twins. The honeymoon phase of Zara and Amelia, the sweet story of acceptance between Vic and Dawn, and the year-long “are we still sure about this” vibes of Aaron and Hugo. There are so many different types of characters, different lives, we got so many glimpses and it felt special. The uniqueness of every human being just made me love each and every one of them.
- I was curious about some of the lives. Like for Kelsea, I had wondered if she got the help she needed. Luckily, Levithan likes to sate my curiosity by implying that yes, Kelsea does get help. And yes, Michael will make it to his sister’s wedding in Hawaii on time. A disrupts these lives for Rhiannon but it is such a relief that they’re not destroying them. In fact, they may have helped Kelsea.
- A and Rhiannon have some powerful chemistry. It might also be because A kept on pursuing her regardless of what body he was in. Like he put in the work to show that he loved her. Taking her to the beach as Justin, dancing with her as Nathan, making a giant heart out of chopsticks and sugar as George, inviting her to the tree house as Alexander. Like A really knows how to make a girl feel special.
- Also, the last body he was in before he left was Alexander Lin! He’s Asian and he’s such a good boy. He got the most wholesome anniversary gift for his parents, his best friend is a gay guy he once slipped money to so he could pay for his share of dinner, and he’s a creative too. How can I not love him? Obviously, you can’t force a romantic connection between Rhiannon and Alexander so I worry about Alexander’s heart in the sequel but for now, I am transcendent.
- I don’t blame Nathan for reacting the way he did after everything that happened to him. I too would freak out if I was suddenly found on the side of the road by police when previously, the most trouble I’d get in is forgetting to do a homework assignment. It added this other layer to the story that was just super intriguing. Basically by calling A the devil, A really began thinking about the potential of chaos he could bring into a person’s life. It was fascinating. Not to mention, it basically set everything up for the potential of a sequel.
- Reverend Poole is scum but he is a necessary scum. I like what he adds to the story as an entity similar to A. The implication that there are others like A.
Dislikes:
- Justin is trash. He apparently gaslights Rhiannon and also barely gives her the time of day. I am glad they broke up. Granted, it shouldn’t have happened the way it did but man, they are so much better apart. The thing that really bugs me though is that Rhiannon still did a bunch of things with A while still with Justin and honestly, I don’t like that. She should’ve dumped him first. Look, I’m not against her cheating specifically because let’s be honest, Justin sucks, but she still should’ve dumped him when she had the chance instead of just waiting to get caught hugging A as Michael.
- Reverend Poole gives me the creeps. I know he’s technically possessed by an entity like A, and therefore not completely Reverend Poole, but I don’t care. I do not like him.
- Rhiannon, baby, A told you that Vic identifies as a boy and you still misgendered him the entire time. How fucking dare you. I was rooting for you, we were all rooting for you. But I guess it just shows her ignorance because it has been implied before.

7, 12, and 22 please!
7- Favorite one shot character:
I’ll go with go with Colin Wilkes (although technically he did show up again briefly after the Mr. Zsasz arc in Batman: Streets of Gotham). The way he crossed paths with Damian made me go, “Yep, that’s about how I’d imagine Damian making a friend his age.” I liked his powers and from the little we saw of him, it seemed like he had an interesting morality that was influenced by his faith (kind of like Huntress). I’m honestly bummed there wasn’t more done with him. I think he had a lot of potential to be a supporting character for future Damian stories. He’s been erased from continuity by the reboots, but I’m wary of any attempts to reintroduce him since I thought Paul Dini and Dustin Nguyen’s original introduction for the character was so strong. He’s one of those characters that got away 💔
12- Favorite sidekick:
Is anyone surprised that I’m saying Robin? Specifically though, I have to go with Damian Wayne. The dynamic he has with Dick, especially during Dickbats era, says so much about what Robin means to both of them and really puts Dick as the first kid sidekick into perspective, both for Dick and the readers. Like Dick says in Batman (2016) #34, “You and me, kiddo. From the beginning…And all the way to the end.” 💚💛❤️
22- Ideal titans lineup not including the fab 5:
This is so hard. I’ll preface this by saying that I am a New Teen Titans purist but I also have a strong fondness for the first 20 issues of Titans 1999. That being said, I’d have the core team be: Cyborg, Starfire, Jericho, Damage, Ravager, and Green Lantern (Kyle Rayner) with Omen, Bumblebee, Herald, Red Star, Pantha, and Baby Wildebeest as guest appearances. Vic would be the main leader for the team and Kory would take over if Vic’s incapacitated or he needs to step back for a while because he’s dealing with personal stuff (You know, classic Titans scenarios). I promise I didn’t (just) put Grant on this list for my blorbo agenda. His arc in Titans 1999 where Roy takes him to the desert and he works through his trauma was the companion to Kory’s arc where Tamaran waged war against the Gordanians. That made it so the two of them mirrored each other, at least in my eyes. I think if they were in a book together where Kory was actually well written, there’d be plenty of opportunity to explore the different perspectives they have on the cycle of violence and that would also lend itself to some really interesting conflict within the team. I added Kyle in here even though I don’t know him that well (yet!) because I liked him a lot in The New Titans and he had an interesting friendship with Damage that sadly was never explored again after that book. For the guest appearances, I had to include Lilith so she could show up and cause drama (I say this with love). I’m also a big fan of Red Star and his strange little found family, so I’d love to see them work with the Titans again for an arc or two. I’m so glad you gave me 22, it was a lot of fun 😊

In Vicious by VE Schwab, Eli Ever is definitely not my favorite character. He's my most hated character. But I feel like I would have hated him less if he had a "morality pet". Like what Victor Vale had with Sydney.
I hated Serena, and even Eli hated her. Even though they were a team. If I am remembering this right, Eli never showed Serena any bit of meaningful affection or anything. He straight up used her as a tool. If he did have some nice moments with her, I can't remember. The closest bit of affection I can remember is when he said "Says the Siren," to Serena in a playful way, and that's it haha. That's the only sweet moment I can remember Eli sharing with Sydney's monster of an older sister.
EDIT: I reread that part. Eli actually says it in a mocking, angry sort of way. That means Eli pretty much showed no affection for Serena in the entire novel. Even worse.
I actually hate Serena more than I hate Eli. Eli was a monster and killing innocent people left and right, even people who were human, but the only non-stranger he murdered was his professor. And obviously people aren't typically extremely close to their teachers, so there's no surprise there. Meanwhile, Serena tried to have her own little sister killed. And even pointed a gun at her head. Her sister, now. Younger sister at that.
Eli didn't even like Serena. It was definitely even more harder for me to like the guy, when he had no one to show real and genuine affection to. Eli would have killed Serena if she ever outlived her usefulness. His former best friend, Victor, saved Sydney when he didn't even know how useful she would be.
If Eli treated Serena more like Victor treated Sydney, I still would have hated him. But I would have hated him less.
Really would have been cool to see Eli get a person who would have made him more likable by showing his sensitive and caring side. Sydney playing that role with Victor made me really like the guy. Vic actually cared about her. I would even go and say that he loves her as if she were his own daughter. Who does Eli love? Definitely not Serena.
One thing about Eli, though, he always tried to hurt and kill Victor in self-defense. Yeah, he probably would have tried killing him regardless, but he only attacked Victor when Vic was trying to kill him first. I could be wrong. But this is what I think. Even when he shot Victor before the prison stint, he didn't even deliver a killing blow afterwards. He actually called 911. He could have shot and killed Victor before that, but he didn't. And when Eli finally killed Victor in the novel, it didn't bring him peace. The book says he was waiting, and was still waiting when the cops showed up.
I get the impression that Eli cared more about Victor than he did Serena. Even when the two friends became enemies. There's definitely some depth to Eli. There's depth to Serena as well, but it's overshadowed by the fact she tried getting her own sister brutally murdered after just reuniting with her. Seriously. Serena is the worst. At least my bro Eli was killing people who he didn't even know. And the ones he did know, he didn't care about. When someone tries to get your own younger sister killed, you already know they're horrible scum.
I really called Eli "bro". Sigh, that's how much I prefer him over Serena.
Anyway, Vicious is an amazing novel. Go read it. It's one of the few books I rated 4 out of 5 stars. It's probably my second favorite novel.
BTW Eli's body is still intact. He can be brought back from the dead by Sydney. If there will be a Vicious 3, I honestly want to see Eli again. But I doubt it will happen. Sadly. Victor and Eli feel like a Batman versus Joker type of struggle. Endless battle.

qaf for that fandom ask thing? 💜
an outlet for my recent qaf feelings, thank you!! 💜
Favorite Male Character: Look, I was 17 when I saw Brian Kinney for the first time, and we all know you never stand a chance after that. (Also, let's face it, I do have a type and it's emotionally closed off assholes with some kind of sad backstory/issues who also care too much for their own good but try everything to hide that.) The older I get, the more I also appreciate him being honest and, most of all, unapologetically queer, though.
Favorite Female Character: It honestly depends on the season if I like Melanie or Lindsay more, but wow, do I wish we could have kept Leda around (and maybe without the whole threesome-turning-weird story). Also: Shout-out to my girls Daphne and Cynthia, I'm happy every time they get a small appearance! I also think I could have really loved Loretta if they'd done more with her and kept her around longer, but oh well.
Least Favorite Character: It's funny because s4 always makes me think that maybe he isn't so bad, but then s5 starts and I just can't stand Michael and the way he suddenly feels so superior to everyone else and his former life. And while everyone is acting like a total asshole during the custody storyline, he's pissing me off the most. J.R. was never supposed to live with him and Ben? Sure, he was supposed to be involved, but it seems to me like a "oh, all my respectable new friends think it's great to have kids, so I'll just try to get my hands on one that's alredy there" thing, and ugh. At least the show calls him out for that one, as opposed to the rest of the questionable stuff he's done over the years.
Favorite Ship: Brian/Justin will always own my heart. I do think it was the best for them to go their separate ways in the finale, but I also do believe they end up together again at some point. Speaking of which: So will Emmett and Drew, who I also love with all my heart, and they deserved so much better than both the show and the fandom just forgetting about them for the most part, that's the hill I'll die on.
Favorite Friendship: Lately it's probably Brian and Emmett. We don't get to see a lot of it (shame), but what we see is just... so good? Someone once called them the King and Queen of their world, and that's kind of it, I think? They are completely different in the way they present themselves, but ultimately, what motivates them is not that different at all, and they kind of get each other on a deeper level without even having to try.
Favorite Quote: "You wouldn't understand." "Why not?" "Because you're straight."
Worst Character Death (if any): I mean, George was cruel, but Vic. Oh my god, Vic. He was such a great (and under-used) character, and I can see how his death plays an important part in so many other story-arcs and is the most logical, but Vic, okay? And he just moved in with Rodney, that's just as cruel.
This made me so happy you have no idea Moment: The end of s3 when Stockwell loses the election and everything turns from grey to colours again probably doesn't even cound because everyone knows how happy and emotional that whole thing makes me, but it's just so good and still so relevant!! Honorable mentions: Lindsay discovering the letters of her grandma in the attic and finding out she was also a lesbian and having that connection to her even though her parents basically disowned her; Brian and Justin walking into Babylon with a fucking axe to break open the backroom again; Drew kissing Emmett live on air!!
Saddest Moment: Literally every moment Brian has this sad look in his eyes, but if I had to pick one, probably in the s1 finale when he just sits there in the hospital with the bloody scarf around his neck (or the time we see him still weaing the scarf months after that, oh my god).
Favorite Location: Babylon when the glitter confetti starts raining down on people dancing. I am a simple person, I just love the aesthetic.

fma and/or rgu!
both!
fullmetal alchemist (I go by manga/brotherhood narrative)
Favorite character: SCAR!! also ed for being a long-haired goth who respects the miracle of childbirth. an incredibly funny shonen protag compared to most others
Second favorite character: really very fond of lan fan
Least favorite character: ehhhh mustang. besides being an actual fucking war criminal, he's overhyped both in and out of universe and he's annoying as hell. there are better characters to make gay headcanons of
The character I’m most like: sheska probably lmao I like to read and I have an excellent memory
Favorite pairing: arakawa writes very cishet romances with tropes I really don't like (moreso in silver spoon) but I have to say edward and winry still get me good...a lot of it is nostalgia but I just think they're sweet and they both grow a lot as people within the series and they're both really important to each other and I think that's a good basis for a relationship. but I know why people don't like it
Least favorite pairing: al and mei...like she was only 12 when she became infatuated and he never seemed to be into her and also she barely like, knew him and was more into him as an idea? the older I got the clearer it became that it was just a little girl's fantasy not based on a real dynamic so I'm fairly baffled by postcanon concepts of them ending up together (EDIT: ALL THE PEDO ONES TOO OBVS. the popularity of r/yed was one of the most upsetting things to see on here as a 15 yr old)
Favorite moment: hmmm most scenes in briggs I really like. oh you know what scene fucks? when ed's been out of commission for a while because he got stabbed in the mineshaft explosion and the chimeras saved him and the military police come looking for him but don't recognize him bc he changed up his look and the chimera "take him hostage" complete with FINGER GUNS. incredible
Rating out of 10: 9/10. great worldbuilding, action, characters, plot, etc. the slapstick was never funny to me and I got pretty sick of the short jokes and the political messages were rancid and I do think it's somewhat overrated but it's still a really good show. also the dub SUCKS. romi paku >>>>>>>> vic miggy any day
revolutionary girl utena
Favorite character: NANAMI. also anthy
Second favorite character: probably shiori and juri along with utena herself
Least favorite character: no character inspires as much loathing in me as ruka does even though he's not even in the story for very long and other characters literally do more and worse. but I hate him
The character I’m most like: probably utena! I too have a bad habit of misguidedly imposing my own ideals on people and talking over people and assuming I know what people want
Favorite pairing: utena and anthy
Least favorite pairing: well. anything with akio
Favorite moment: there are so many good scenes but the balcony conversation will live in my mind forever...absolutely phenomenal
Rating out of 10: 10/10. with some slight nitpicks about nudity (and honestly, body diversity), I feel like this is one of the greatest shows I've ever seen. it's deep and rich and I don't quite have a handle on all that it's saying or all the metaphors but I compare other media and how other media handles similar sensitive topics to rgu all the time. it's such an unusual show for me to get invested in bc I don't usually like surrealism or things that don't have a literal answer to but I watched it twice and the third time is the one I cried at...very unusual for me since I usually get the full emotional impact on the first watch. but it's just!! it's so brilliant and heartbreaking and hopeful I've seen it three times and I'll definitely watch it again
thank you!

HCs: The Reservoir Dogs Dating an Artist
Original Message: @anon Hi! May I please request h/c’s for the dogs with an artist s/o? thank you have a good day!
Woo!! More Reservoir Dogs prompts! I am super excited to keep diving into these fascinating characters. They make me so happy. Anyways here you go! hope you enjoy :)
Warnings: None! Have fun!
Mr. Orange (Freddy Newandyke)
• This man loves his cartoon and comics, having an artist as an s/o is literally perfect. It’s a match made in heaven!
• He’d always be begging to see what you are currently working on, looking over your shoulder while you’re in the process. Freddy is super enamored by your talent, he wishes he could draw like you.
• Honestly he would even !!! Ask for some pointer tips in exploring his own artistic side.
• Teach this man how to draw please! He’s honestly super giddy about it! Especially if you give him step by step tutorials to draw his favorite comic book heroes.
• The apartment the two of you share is covered in your drawings. Freddy claims that he only hangs the best ones up, but he hangs up every. single. drawing. Also insists that he holds on to every sketchbook. • “I mean, c’mon babe it’s not my fault they’re all so amazing, maybe if you weren’t so talented I wouldn't be running out of space!,” he’ll always tease you.
Mr Blonde (Vic Vega)
• “What’re you working on there, princess?” He picks up your sketchbook, flipping through the pages. If you try to snatch it away from him, he’ll playfully dangle it over your head where you can’t reach.
• Will completely fuel your art supply addiction, no matter your main medium(s). He will surprise you with a trip to your favorite art store, and tells you to buy anything you want. “Okay doll, I’m letting you loose. Get whatever your little heart desires, my treat.”
• Completely spoils you. Even though he likes flexing his dominance and money in front of you, he really wants to support your passions in any way he can. He loves to see you happy.
• Will constantly be asking for you to draw him, lol. He knows he’s beautiful, and thinks he would make a great muse. Stroke his ego a bit more.
• He will spread himself out on the couch without a shirt, cigarette hanging from his lip as you are working on your own projects. “Hey, babe look at me, eh?” He gestures to his body, giving you a little smirk. “Draw me like one of your French Girls, am I right?”
Mr. White (Larry Dimmick)
• Aw man, he loves your art so much :) and is so happy to be in a relationship with such a talented individual. He has no idea how you do it.
• He’s kinda like Mr. Blonde in the regard that he wants to give you everything you need to continue growing as an artist. He’s the first person there if you need a new type of paint, ready to get you whatever you need.
• Will set up a little studio at his place for you, so that you always have your own space to work. Will do a lot of research into this too like he’s really thoughtful !!!
• If you want to pursue an education in the arts / go back to school / etc. etc. he will take on more jobs in order to come up with the money. He wants you to be able to pursue your goals, and he’ll do anything to help you achieve them.
Mr. Brown
• “Wait wait wait wait, so you’re saying you’re an artist (Y/N)? And you didn't TELL ME? Babe, that’s so cool, you never fail to impress me! Can you show me some of your work? Please? Pleaaaase?”
• This man is basically the definition of a golden retriever, he’s so loyal and genuinely excited no matter what you.
• He doesn’t have a plethora of knowledge about art, unlike his expansive trivia on films and music. But, he loves being able to exchange interests with you! He can listen to you gush about your favorite artists all day.
• Literally will learn about art just because of you, and will drop fun trivia to try and impress you. It’s really adorable how hard he tries to relate. It just shows how much he loves you.
• Has definitely commissioned you once or twice to recreate some of his favorite movie posters. He is SUPPORTING. YOUR. ART. Even if you refuse to accept payment this man is GOING to make you take his money. You deserve it.
Mr Pink
• Always being stoned face man that he is, Mr. Pink subtly shows his love for your art.
•Usually just a “Oh, you draw that? That’s pretty good, good job.” It might not seem like a lot compared to the other Dog’s reactions, but sometimes even the smallest of gestures go a long way in your relationship with Mr. Pink.
• Will just silently sit next to you while you’re drawing, not saying a word. He finds it to be incredibly relaxing being just near you. He personally just loves the sounds tbh, either your pen across paper, paint across canvas, etc.
• He just really loves the process of drawing, if that makes sense! The technical aspect of it.
• Sometimes when it is just the two of you, Mr. Pink tells you how much he loves and appreciates your art. He’s so proud of how far you’ve come artistically.
• Mr. Pink has his favorite painting you’ve done hanging proudly in his apartment too. It’s the centerpiece of the place.
• He’s just scared to show his true feelings in front of the Dogs, because he doesn’t want the boys to see how whipped he truly is for you.

Reviewing Grey's Anatomy Episodes but this time its Season 17
(To those people on my page who don't watch Grey's Anatomy but are being subjected to this I'm so sorry but I really just like to vent about this show.)
Its season 17 now Yay.
They're dealing with the covid 19 pandemic and I'm sure the writers probably did lots of research to make sure that they had the most accurate representation of the situation in the hospitals and otherwise.
___________________________________________
First we're going to start with the love triangle that is Teddy, Tom and Owen.
Owen
Now this is in no way excusing what he's done in the past for the longest while I've loathed Owen Hunt but..... now I feel sorry for him. He saw he had a problem he went to therapy to get himself right, he was actually a good partner for once and communicated in his relationship, he took his time and didn't jump into marriage spontaneously and then Teddy cheated on him over but dial to be heard by everyone in the operating theater with Owen on their wedding day. (I don't want to sound bad but this might also be karma coming to but him in the ass.) I felt so much 2nd hand embarrassment for him and the pain he had in his face the whole time he pretended not to know about her cheating was just oof. I loved though the end where he drove away for the mean time I really do agree with him taking some time and space before he makes a decision. Most of the times he made a lot of sudden decisions that later came back to bite him.
Teddy
Oh Teddy, she used to be one of my favorite characters from a little after she came to the time she left but now they just carried her character so far down hill that it's hard to keep the same energy I had before, now. Everyone at Grey Sloan is on Owen's side and giving her the cold shoulder and she really wants everyone to mind their own business (I honestly agree though, you're in the middle of a pandemic mind your business and do your job now isn't the time to be shunning coworkers because they cheated.) However when she did explain her side I kinda understood it a bit better. It's still an awful thing to do but I know plenty of people who sabotage their own happiness because they aren't used to it. Hell I do it myself sometimes. But then I was also pissed when she just pretended she did nothing wrong at first. First thing first she acted kinda offended when Owen explained why he hadn't called to cancel the wedding to her. Was it kinda sus? The answer is yes but you literally cheated on him that same day, you needed the extra time sis. Not to mention the several time he hinted to her that he knew and gave her the chance to confess yet she lied through her teeth whenever he hinted at it and flat out lied again when he asked if she had anything to confess. I get the whole sabotage route but God was I happy when Owen got in his truck, drove off and left her.
Tom
I was honestly rooting for Tom in the beginning, despite him being a douche I knew deep down he had a heart somewhere, but I actually started to feel less sorry for him last season when he continued to sleep with Teddy despite knowing her situation which he pointed out to her several times and she still ignored it. I know he loves her but let's be honest, she's going to pick Owen as long as he decides to actually take her back and Tom will be left alone and heart broken with his $100000 worth of boxes in booties and a golf club to measure 6 ft distance between him and everyone else. Honestly I kinda saw a panic attack coming, if they're treating Teddy bad then they're probably treating him even more like crap based on the fact that no one besides Teddy, Catherine and maybe Amelia liked him to begin with. This may also be an unpopular opinion but I actually agree with Catherine for making him resign of chief of all chiefs his head hasn't and probably won't be in the game for a while. At least he still gets to be head of neuro. He bought a whole $100000 dollars in booties alone by mistake during an already tough pandemic between that and everything else going on around him I'm not surprised he broke. What did surprise me was that no one even went near him to help even after the attack was finished. Dislike him or not at least ask him how he's doing geeze.
___________________________________________
Jo and Jackson (Never thought I'd have to put the two of them together in a title.)
Truly the biggest shock of the night besides the trailer for next week which I will freak out about later.
Jo
So Jo has decided that in order for her to feel herself again she has to do the devils tango with someone and because they're in a pandemic and she trusts him she chose Jackson. The night of the appointment to do the deed Jo ends up crying in his mouth. The way she treated him afterwards at first was a little uncalled for in my opinion, I mean she was the one who asked for the favor. But later they talked and it was all cool again. Jo didn't really have that big of a plot this episode so not too much to talk about.
Jackson
Agreed way to quickly to doing the devils tango with Jo if you ask me. Seems a little sus. I really hope they aren't rushing him and Jo into anything give the girl some room to breath and also give Jackson a proper plot he seems to be a plot filler for everyone right now like they have no real purpose for him on the show at the moment. I'm beginning to really think that he was the one who was supposed to die last season. I really do love his and Richard's relationship. Jackson never really had a good father and Webber seems to be filling that spot quite nicely. Him pushing Webber to fight to get better and convince him that his career can be saved was heartwarming. And can we take a moment to talk about Harriet finally appearing from the world of Narnia to bless us with her presence? And boy was she a blessing. That baby that plays Harriet was awesome from her repeating Vic saying she can't be a step mom all to her facial expressions. I hope to see baby Harriet again very soon. But speaking of Vic, did she not know that Jackson was a father? How the hell did she expect to never run into her at some point? Then there's the whole question of what did she even expect of the relationship with Jackson if she never intended to even try to accept being around his daughter? also if she really want to be Robbie Rotten from Lazy town and avoid being around kids, maybe she should call or text first instead of showing up in just a fluffy jacket and nothing else.
___________________________________________
Deluca
Glad to see he finally got the help he needed and is back put tho work. I felt so upset last season when everyone just treated him like crap without trying to help him, but they made up for it a little by trying to help him with the intervention. He was also right about the sex trafficking case and I was so glad to see that he was able to be there as her doctor. Plus he's now also finally in dark blue scrubs it has felt like forever before he got those but I digress. He is now on his way once again to be a kick ass surgeon with the awesome skills hes already showcasing. I just hope he continues to look after himself. Deluca shine like the star you are babe.
___________________________________________
Maggie
Has finally found a man who understands her, he is so nice and kind and caring the whole episode I was mentally yelling go get it hun to the screen. She deserves someone who can take her seriously and understand her awkwardness as well as her tendencies finally she has stepped out of the role of cheerleader and support character and is branching out to something else and I'm here for it. And her yelling at Catherine, to share her piece of mind. I was so proud. Go get it sis.
___________________________________________
Richard
Richard Webber is back in the building, finally the king has returned to himself and already solving problems in day one. At the beginning when he publicly called Catherine a pain in the ass I was so stoked I finally thought that he was done being pushed around by her but then he took her back in the end it also kinda felt like she bought him in order to get him back with the hiring him as the new chief of chiefs but I wish them the best of luck, Webber deserves to be happy. I was also happy to see him and Bailey interacting like friends again. For a while it was awkward between them but now it's like the balance has been restored. Side note, him laughing at Teddy and Owen made me laugh so loudly especially when he asked Teddy if her name was still Altman despite the fact he clearly knew about the phonecall drama, not gonna lie I'd do the same.
___________________________________________
Catherine
Not much there, just her being angry at the pandemic and loss of money, lack of power to save lives as well as trying to win Webber back which she successfully did after firing Koracick and giving Richard his job and finally giving him a heartfelt apology without being petty.
___________________________________________
Bailey
It might just be me but so far despite the fact that it's only been 2 episodes. Bailey seems somewhat better this season. Her guilt over Deluca was definitely warranted but at least she tried to make up for it (and just like Harriet her OCD has decided to rejoin us for a visit from Narnia.) For the past few seasons she's been a slight pain but now she seems more like herself.
Her and Ben are adorable as usual, coming every 12 hours to clap for the doctors just to see her then the cute hand signals they made for each other, between Ben, Link and recently added to the group of awesome partners Winston, I'm beginning to wonder where I can find me one of these super thoughtful understanding handsome men. The two guys that knocked her over as well spraining her ankle really should have to pay or something or at least apologize, they literally just knocked a doctor off her feet and made her wheel chair bound, the chief ro be exact. Her and Webber are on talking terms and well again but she really needs to know how to express concern better. She once told Ben that when she's scared she yells but a lot of things would have gone a lot more smoothly if she'd just reminded him he was a high risk for covid and state her concern for him to begin with instead of barking out orders.
I'm also wondering if shes going to be able to handle the whole Covid situation so well for the whole time, with all the chaos and disorganization with the whole ordeal not to mention the whole fit she had with the germs in the episode. I think it'll be a good storyline now that Grey's seems to be bringing mental awareness back up.
___________________________________________
Link and Amelia
They have now officially reached my list along with Ben and Bailey and a few others that are no longer on the show that have reached the stage of killing the couple goals on this show.
Despite the fact that they're not only raising their own baby but also Bailey, Ellis and Zola yet their relationship is still solid. I'm so proud of my baby Amelia she has come a long way from the woman who didn't even want kids to begin with.
I loved the fact that he wasn't upset over her forgetting his birthday and acted like nothing was wrong, just so she wouldn't feel bad about forgetting. I would have been livid set a reminder on your phone babes. Either way she definitely made up for it later with the whole redoing his birthday thing. Also welcome to the world Scout. Looking forward to seeing them more often.
___________________________________________
Levi
How did it all turn so bad, Nico has turned into such a jerk at this point I'm not even sure I'd be to upset if he left if it wasn't for the fact that I ship the person he was before and Levi so much I'm still hoping that they'll go back to how they were before Nico became a lying hypocrite. At the end I was practically begging Levi to push him away, Nico doesn't deserve it not after the way he treated him and he hasn't even shown a hint of remorse to this day.
___________________________________________
Meredith
The biggest shock of the whole episode. I honestly knew something was going to happen to her from the time she fell asleep and started the dream on the beach. Dreaming of beaches have never been a good sign on Grey's I just thought she was going to collapse from stress because she really had been pushing herself all episode. The thing with Meredith is that she cares so much for her patients and does anything she can to save them, but based on the preview of the next episode and the tests they showed it doesn't seem to be test. And let's just talk about that huge bombshell they dropped by bringing back Derek I never thought I'd see Patrick Dempsey on the show again. By the end of the episode I was already literally shaking in anticipation for the next episode. I know they can't kill Meredith, without her there literally is no Grey's Anatomy. That being said I really hope they don't give her cancer, (I know Patrick is involved with helping a charity for cancer.) And I also really hope she isn't getting alzheimers I just hope it's nothing serious in general. She's been through enough man. I just want this to be a really touching moment where I get to see Merder have some touching moments and it doesn't end up to be Izzie and Denny all over again. I don't think anyone is ready to handle that. I read in a spoiler that there's supposed to be some more visitors arriving on the beach and I'm stoked for it so I really hope it's a real spoiler I'm tired of rewatching the newer seasons to experience some of the old joy.
