I’ve heard about that Lol. I’m glad it didn’t happen so much of Tyler’s character is wrapped in Forwood and Klaus slavery… and I know the concept was pre-kc but unless they had plans to write Tyler like a character and not a toy for Caroline’s happiness then it should’ve been kept anyway. Knowing how close Michael Trevino and Candice King are I’m sure they would’ve been down for that. Candice never seemed like the biggest KC stan to me. Michael is spoken for. As much as fans talk about how Leah, Phoebe and Danielle were harassed by shippers. Michael got that relentless backlash first.

The writers never would’ve kicked Caroline off the screen for anything because she is their favorite but it would’ve been helpful if Caroline could have saw the things Tyler was seeing with the other werewolves who were oppressed like him. Let Tyler talk about how that abuse from his father impacts why he fights for others like him. As much as Tyler gets dragged for that season 1 personality (and it sucked) he himself doesn’t repeats that behavior unlike some people. Michael being a MOC heavily impacted Tyler’s writing even though he’s white. Tyler being the most overhated character comes with levels of that discussion people won’t have lmao.

Yeah, knowing how Julie & co threw Caroline into many relationships it probably all would have been just another prop for Caroline’s importance as a character.

truly respect patho2's changes to the willows... the whole time in 1 I've been thinking "it would be nice if anna's interior reflected her being a hoarder of medicine by amassing a collection of other objects, thereby offering insight into her character and creating a sense that she has despoiled or disorganized the house by living in it" and 2 did hit that spot on.
