Since we’re in our beron era I’m gonna speak my truth and say that he may or may not have been a little hot at the High lords meeting when he kept spewing all these bangers.

Feyre’s lack of political awareness and need to dickride the IC in any circumstance is actually astounding. Especially during the High Lords’ meeting when she just assumed her little gang is somehow better than everyone else

Genuinely, have we even seen Mor or the Bat Boys do anything that warrants them being stronger/better than the guys who are literally magic personified??? Azriel vs. Eris in the Choking Scene

Eris inner monologue: Eris had known for a long time that one day his tongue would possibly get him killed. He was playing a delicate game, and even though he couldn't afford to make mistakes, that didn't mean he was exempt from making them. Still, if he made it out alive, he would be able to use it to his advantage. Proof that the Night Court was undoubtedly, wholeheartedly his enemy. No room for an alliance of betrayal, his father would think, with a court whose Shadowsinger so openly despised him. And if he didn't make it...well, he supposed there were worse ways to die. Even with his face twisted with rage, the Shadowsinger was still undeniably beautiful. Not a bad sight to see on the way out. Perhaps beautiful enough that, even though the centuries of work Eris put into curating the perfect storm, the hundreds of years of torture he'd endured just to get to a point where he could secure the crown, would be all for nothing, he would still be dying with something of his own. This one thing he could call his, and only his, the one thing that he had true dominion over. The image of death that nobody else would see. Death as something beautiful. A kind of death that, for a fleeting moment, would only belong to him.

Azriel inner monologue: me when I fuckign get you

Rhysand: *pretends for fifty years to team up with Amarantha, who enslaved all of Prythian and regularly tortures and kills people according to her whims, in order to keep the secret subgroup of his citizens safe that nobody knows about. And later reveals that he was good all along*

Prythian: Wooo! Rhysand rocks!!

Tamlin: *fights against Amarantha and for Prythian for 50 years straight, even lets people that he cares dearly for sacrifice themselves for the cause, which eventually leads to the curse being broken, saving everyone in Prythian from Amarantha. Then he momentarily pretends to team up with Hybern, but reveals that it was a ploy to get intel on Hybern and all of it also served the purpose of keeping all of Prythian safe*

Prythian: Booo!! How are we supposed to trust you now? You seem evil and we believe Rhysand over you!

I’ve got to ask: Why do people think this mess of a plotline makes sense? 😀

🌅when he meets you he is calm and collected unnervingly calm. But in private he’s a blushing mess and trying to punch himself to see if he is awake or asleep since you were to perfect.

🌅you are most likely his mate so he does everything in your power to make you feel content around him.

🌅he has gentle lingering touches on your lower back as if to guid you closer to him.

🌅shows you the best places to watch the sun.

🌅once you get comfortable enough with him he will finally kiss you a gentle kiss that turns into a raw passion.

🌅his possessive nature shines through when you talk to others. He gets so jealous that he orders everyone (without you knowing) to not talk to you and if they do he will banish them.

🌅he won’t necessarily kill anyone but he will banish them or get people to torture them.

🌅if you try to reject him he gets on his knees in front of you sobbing . BEGGING you not to leave him . Trying to manipulate you into feeling guilty.

🌅your marriage is at the most beautiful part of dawn where everything has a dim glow.

🌅names you his high lady and bows at you in front of the WHOLE court to prove his devotion.

🌅would love LOVE to have children with you he is thinking about 3-4 children. He doesn’t mind if there his blood or not as long as you are the picture perfect family .

🌅buys you the most gorgeous silks and the most rare flowers that only grow in dawn court.

🌅rivals he banishes he doesn’t want to kill anyone but they aren’t allowed to have you … think of it as a compromise.

🌅one of the better yanderes to have since he loves you and doesn’t want to harm you or anyone…

🌅you shouldn’t really have a problem with him cause he’s a sweetheart and will do whatever you say ( as long as you stay with him).

I dont understand how Feyre and Azriel can attack Beron at the high lords meeting and nothing happens to them. Even after Rhys tells her there will be wards in place and the consequences of attacking another could be as serious as death. It's either terrible writing or it's brilliant writing and will come back later to bite them in the ass.

Okay, but why did every High Lord bring one, maybe two companions to the meeting, while Rhysand and Feyre invited all of their pals and extended family? And allowed them to speak as if any of them has any real experience on ruling a court or actual authority to do so? That was so fucking wild. And the other High Lords just, accepted it? Out of fear? You’re telling me that six fucking High Lords couldn’t put Rhysand in his place, when it is canon that Tamlin alone can rival him?

And they all willingly helped bring Rhysand back? You’re telling me no one thought that “Hey, maybe we’re better off without him!”? Even though he was evil personified and a fucking pain in everyone’s ass? Aren’t the High Lords supposedly cunning and selfish? Was no one afraid that he might come back with a sliver of their power like Feyre did? Not even a knife to my throat could convince me to help resurrect that winged rat. I’d throw a ball celebrating his death the moment I got back in my court.

SJM needs to bring back Nuan. She is one of the coolest characters in the whole ACOTAR series! We only hear from her once in ACOWAR at the High lords meeting and then she is never seen again!!!

She:

- Created an antidote to Faebane that was indisputably a turning point in the war

- Is a MASTER tinkerer who created Lucien’s Metal eye (THAT FUNCTIONS LIKE A REAL EYE)

- Stared down a Highlord (Tarquin) 

- Has ties to a place called Xian (which I am assuming is on the continent???) and could potentially pivot the Series to explore the Continent

-Stood up for herself against Beron (fuck that guy)

It amazes me when people say Feyre isn't biased because one of the things she says is Mor, Cassian, and Az were three of the deadliest people in the room during the HIGH LORDS MEETING.

Cassian, Azriel, and Mor were still as death--their fury rippling off them in silent waves. But whether Tamlin noticed or cared that three of the deadliest people in this room were currently contemplating his demise, he didn't let on.

There are seven high lords in the room. The High Lords ARE power, as it is often described. Az, Mor, and Cassian are nowhere NEAR the most deadly or powerful. And Tamlin, as one of those High Lords could destroy those three in a second.

Please be real, Feyre.
