A bit of background on the last one! It came with a VA called ALTERNATIVE ELECTRICS -FUTURHYTHM 1992, i helped someone else on tumblr acquire it because it contains a rare Soft Ballet mix and i've been fascinated with this VA ever since. From what i gather from an old deepl'd Ameba blog entry, this VA was released by the defunct label EDGE (known for P-Model, Pizzicato Five, Soft Ballet and others), during a time where all those famous bands had left for greener pastures - except Soft Ballet. So their last saving throw was releasing this VA with the Soft Ballet mixes as a draft horse and the rest filled with what other bands they had left or could gather. In fact the only other band that released *anything* other than what's on that VA was 2nd Communication, and that was only because a friend of them managed to slip a demo tape to one of the members of The Klinik and managed to land a contract at their Belgian label. Thus, "Oscilloscope" hasn't released anything than the two songs on this VA. And their members? The vocalist Trast C. Howard was involved in 2nd Communication as well but seems to be in the art industry now, and the only thing i can dig up on the composer Hidehiro Funauchi is that he was a composer employed by Konami in the 80s and is credited with many songs on Castlevania I and II.

Errrrrr sorry for nerding out ^^ I really should make a whole post on this VA some time.
