New random BSD take based on nothing but my own thoughts and selfish desires of making Chuuya a little bit more feral gremlin. This may be a bit long and all over the place.

So, I was thinking about fanart I’ve seen of Tetcho and Chuuya and I think it’d be fucking great if Chuuya was also sort of a menace when it came to mixing food? Like not to the same degree as Tetcho (though they both get worse the more they hang out together) but not only does Chuuya have some weird genetics/lab rat shit going on with him (who knows what may be up with his sense of taste,) he also grew up in a gang of kids on the street. That boy did NOT have a normal diet and I feel like Kyoyous training could only do so much.

Anyway, I think Chuuya also enjoys horrific food combinations, (perhaps partially due to him still having the inclination to eat what he can when he can.) I like the concept that Chuuya’s the kind of person to just mix everything on his plate together into one homogeneous lump and eat it like that. You know those horrible like, 50’s American gelatin creations with the unflavored gelatin and peas and bananas with Mayo on top kinda thing? Genuinely something he would eat and enjoy. Cabbage and peanut butter sandwich? Down the hatch. Eats onions like apples and enjoys tormenting Dazai with it. (Who yeah, okay, his eating habits may not be the BEST but at least he doesn’t put wasabi on Oreos and then dip them in coffee like a fucking psychopathic chibi he knows.)

I don’t think Dazai was completely disgusted by Chuuya’s eating habits though (well okay maybe he was but he found it funny too.) He enjoyed experimenting with different combinations and trying to find where Chuuya drew the line. He used to add random shit to Chuuya’s food when he wasn’t looking, just to see if his partner would notice (usually he didn’t, or maybe he simply didn’t care.)

As Chuuya gets older I think his pallet does become a bit more refined, (or at least he pretends it is when company’s around,) thanks to Kyoyou’s etiquette training and having access to actual recipes and such. But he still eats weird shit I think, and a friendship/relationship with Tetcho I feel would have them making and consuming the most ungodly meals to ever grace the earth. Those absolutely fucked protein shakes some people make? Yeah.

I love them being friends and shit ‘cuz I think they would both amplify each others nasty little bitey gremlin attributes and it would be fucking hilarious. Also boyfriends getting swole together? + the height difference? Hell yeah.

Anyway Chuuya deserves to be more of a gremlin I think. He may know how to act like a sophisticated gentleman at this point, but he’s still a punk ass troublemaker, he just dresses better now. Love him sm <3

(Also mostly unrelated, very not thought out idea, Dazai has gotten Atsushi to eat part of a leather shoe before. I don’t know why but it just feels like something he would do.)

Then Chuuya collapses of blood loss--

At some point, what I really want in BSD is for Atsushi to fight Chuuya. Like, idk the reason, maybe to settle an issue between the mafia and the agency, instead of a war they pick a fighter.

Atsushi just expects it to be Akutagawa, because that's who he's always fighting but then Chuuya shows up. Because he's the mafia's top fighter, of course they're gonna choose him. I want everyone worried over Atsushi, I want conflicted Dazai trying to stop it happening.

But the fight goes ahead. You can tell at first Chuuya is toying with Atsushi, testing the waters, trying to get him to take the fight seriously, because Atsushi has a habit of holding back. Chuuya gets what he wants, he says something that gets under Atsushi's skin, so the kid goes at him full force. Everyone's waiting to see a squashed tiger.

Except Atsushi used his claws. His claws that cut through any ability, including Chuuya's seemingly invincible shield of gravity. And Chuuya's stood there, with four deep gashes going from his shoulder, down and across his torso

And he's grinning like a mad man.

Because, finally, he's got a fight he as to try in, an opponent who not only can stand up to his ability but slice right through it. He's got to think, he's got to use his skills outside of his ability and Chuuya's ecstatic.

Chuuya still wins the fight, but that means the conflicts over now. So he holds out his hand and helps Atsushi up. He says he fought well, has a good teacher but he's got a long way to go. And to Atsushi's absolute horror, Chuuya gives him the highest praise he has, "Can't wait for the next one."

Now Atsushi has to deal with two mafia men regularly jumping out at him and demanding a fight. But where Akutagawa's demands sound like death threats, Chuuya's have the energy of a very excited dog trying to force you to play fetch with it.

Fanfic idea - Young Atsushi x Young Chuuya

Prompt: Young Chuuya technically kidnaps young Atushi

Actual idea-

So I imagine that both the PM and ADA are fighting against a skill user that has the ability to reverse time on a person.

Like an affected person’s body and mind will revert to the state that the user chooses. 

During the fight both Chuuya and Atsushi get hit and revert back to their 7 year old selves. 

Atsushi is, given his background at the orphanage(coughfuckyouheadmastercough, malnourished,  absolutely terrified, and badly hurt in his seven year old body. 

Of course the ADA try to get to him, specifically Dazai to reverse the ability. 

I’m imagining this small and fragile Atushi just shivering near some destroyed building, hyperventilating and curling in on himself trying to cover the now fresh wounds that were caused by the orphanage. 

And Dazai is just reaching his hand out and trying to subtly get closer and closer to Atsushi so he can nullify the ability.

But this isn’t a rational adult this is a scared and traumatized child who see’s a scary stranger reaching out to grab him like the director would. 

He doesn’t want to get hurt or punished because he’s somehow out of the orphanage. 

He feels trapped.

So this 7 year old Atsushi does what any other 7 year old would do if they were hurt and scared.

He screams.

Now cue Chuuya who is also in his 7 year old body and memory’s.

He can’t remember shit before he was 7 so he kinda has a huge blank spot about what the heck is going on. 

Until he hears a kid screaming and see’s some bandaged weirdo trying to grab an obviously hurt/scared kid. 

(And in my head cannon Atsushi as a 7 year old would be smaller then 7 year old Chuuya).

This of course pisses young Chuuya off so he does what is most natural to him. He grabs the heaviest object he can to chuck it at the guy to get him away from the kid. 

(I’m imagining this as a mailbox or some sort of vending machine and that Chuuya just naturally has insane instinctual control of his gravity manipulation) 

Chuuya then proceeds to grab the kid before floating away from the bandaged weirdo and all the other crazy ass adults who seem to be trying to kidnap the both of them. 

Over time young Chuuya and Atsushi bond and grow reliant on each other. Chuuya takes on a protector role while Atsusuhi tries his best to warn Chuuya of incoming danger (Tiger hearing really helps in this case). 

And turns out young Chuuya and young Atsushi make terrifyingly effective partners cause they keep evading both the ADA and PM. 

(Low key everyone is kind of terrified of this young Chuuya losing control and exploding.)

But overall it’s just the idea of young Chuuya and young Atsushi becoming friends and having puppy crushes on each other. 

Like Atsushi is amazed at Chuuya’s strength, bravery, and intelligence as they escape the adults pursuing them.

And Chuuya is constantly charmed about how genuinely happy Atsushi is about doing things like sharing food with him, holding hands, and playing games with him.

Katai, Kunikida and Chuuya are punks.

Akutagawa is goth (does the traditional make up but dresses more on the romantic side.) Higuchi was goth as a teenager but not anymore.

Atsushi and Poe are emo’s. Kouyou doesn’t consider herself anything, but she does listen to and enjoys the songs Chuuya sends her.

She also definitely had an emo phase as a teenager, burned all the proof and if you bring it up you’re dead.

Hirotsu and Ango are metal heads.

Can we stop acting like dazai was the devil. Like yes he did bad things but he was a child. He was 15 alone and in the mafia where althe was told to do was bad things. ALL dazai knew how to do is lie and deceive because it what he's always had to do.it's self preservation. Like??? When will people realize dazai wasn't a monster and was justa child brought up in an Unsafe and abusive environment. Behaviors are learned your aren't born with them. Dazai was a suicidal child just trying to survive all'he knew was manipulation and Iying because that's all he was taught. He abused akutagawa because that's all he was taught. And as he got older it's all he knows how to do. Obviously he's gotten better but he's still morally grey. And that's ok but it's not enough to call him a monster. hes trying so so hard to change, and even if he may not realise it or cling guiltily to his past, the entire prison arc shows how much effort hes put in to become a better person it isnt easy, growing up exposed to death/violence resulting in empathy and apathy issues, all while battling an emptiness inside thats slowly eating up ones will to live. hes genuinely trying to recover from that period of his life, and i cannot express how proud i am solely because of that. hes finally found a healthy environment, a family, and he deserves it along with so much more. he may be deemed as a “monster“ in the past, that cannot be erased, but he hates that part about himself too. being in the good or bad used to make no difference to him, but i strongly believe it does hate that part of him.  Dazai slander are fún and everything - BUT people seem to not get his character right. No, he's not an edgy boy. He genuinely wants to change for the best to make Oda proud, 'BUT HE ABUSED AKUTAGAWA’ , yeah, Akutagawa abused Kyoka and nobody is talking about how its litterally GENERATIONAL TRAUMA. Dazal was never raised correctly, he got raised by Mori and used by him to make him his right hand, maybe because of his ability, or he saw potential in him. He never fell parental Love nor being special to Someone except for Oda. "He LEFT Chuuya!!!“ ok and? Chuuya doesn't need him to live: Dazai LITTERALLY SAW PEOPLE GETTING KILLED/KILLING THEM ON THE DAILEY (AND HE WITNISSED ODAS DEATH - THE ONLY PERSON THAT MADE HIM WANT TO CHANGE.) his eyes at the age of 14, and Mori made him live in a shipping container. And about him and chuuya - the thing is they DO CARE ABOUT EACHOTHER. but nobody seems to care about chuuya other than the fact hes hot asf anf the fact that he is ’super mega gay for dazai 🥺🥺🥺’ because are we reading/watching the same series???? There’s SO MUCH to his character too!!!! But all everyone talks about with him is with dazai, chuuyas character is CRAZY WELL WRITTEN and everyone dumbs it down to ‘he’s an angry short boy with a god inside him and he’s mega gay for dazai and he’s also really hot’ like no - stfu he’s not actually super hot headed and it’s CANNON he’s usually pretty calm and collected. On the other side of the coin is that dazai DOES care about him - in Stormbringer ; Dazai literally willing gave Chuuya an option to either use corruption on Verlaine when he used his true form or to retreat and not do it, which gave a sense of Dazai giving Chuuya the choice to do what he wants without forcing him to, and the fact that when Chuuya used corruption, he was being injured badly to the point where Abahabaki was going to destroy Chuuya which FREAKED DAZAI OUT , and the fact that Dazai certainly believes that Chuuya is human shows that Dazai does care about Chuuya in certain ways without showing due to afraid of losing someone he cares about. and In age 15 Dazai, was willing to help Chuuya to find Abahabaki and defeat Rimbaud, along with stormbringer with him helping Chuuya to find out if he's human or not and to defeat Verlaine.

Theory time with Higuchi!

For anyone who wants a good read and some info on Ichiyo (Natsu) Higuchi this Reddit Post was really interesting

I first want to say I have zero evidence or reasoning behind most of this shit specifically the two abilities I’m pulling out of my ass (I do still love my Flowers at Dusk theory don’t get me wrong and a lot of the Growing Pains / Child’s Play theories are beautiful). Again these are for entertainment only I have no bets on these being real LOL

1. Draining / Absorbing

2. Her word is law

Now before I get into these (1,2) I want to bring up an interesting point seen in the Reddit Post I shared.

Specifically the Mori does not punish Higuchi part- and remembering the episodes in particular he really doesn’t. At most he is disappointed in her failure and asks if “she is suited for this job.”

Now this also made me realise (again the Reddit Post mentioned this too I found after reading further) the Command Unit is in direct line to Mori just after Executives.

Meaning she is high ranked overall in the Mafia not just amongst the Black Lizard.

She is Akutagawa’s equal - role wise in the mafia.

Why?

We know she is an ability user (not what the ability is) so is she simply well connected to Mori or is she a Secret Weapon? Or both.

Somehow she had to make it to Commander level even with the lack of respect she receives (until rescuing Akutagawa but even then they still don’t treat her like a leader).

I propose an option that also has no standing or reasoning.

She’s related to the previous boss.

Someone who didn’t have a choice to have anything but a mafioso lifestyle.

A granddaughter or a great niece etc. but let’s go with grandchild for this post- a favoured one at that- which I will get to.

Yes, this would technically mean she’s been in the mafia the longest compared to many characters (Dazai, Chuuya, Akutagawa etc).

I hear your “Wouldn’t Hirotsu know then?” It’s entirely possible if she is a favoured grandchild the Boss would have only wanted certain people to know about her when she was so young plus it’s not like every grandparent shares a last name with their grandchild (he could be her mother’s father).

It’s also possible if he knew the boss had a grandkid she would have been known as Natsu not Ichiyo at the time (since that is the authors real name).

And we all know I head-cannon that our girl is naturally brunette / raven haired so of course I'm adding in more plot with the name thing. Could be just for fun, maybe it was ordered, maybe it's so the people who did know about Natsu wouldn't point her out (Mori just hiding the nepotism).

In any case if this was how Mori knew her- after digging and of course killing him it’s entirely plausible that he’d 1. Look at it as an opportunity to fuck over the guy even when he’s dead 2. She’s a valuable asset because of it.

By that I mean her family name would hold power eg. she goes by Natsu (boss last name) when Mori needs something that only her family could get him.

Or she’s incredibly powerful and he’d be an idiot to not keep her. Perhaps she hates her power and he keeps that in check- she does what he says and then she doesn’t need to use it / she doesn’t have control - because less control over that means more control over her.

It’s not like she’d be his heir or anything (though that would be a funny fic idea- people trying to fight for the next in line and Mori is just like no I have a replacement it's Higuchi).

Anyway onto my not at all reasonable Ability theories.

1. Draining / Absorbing

This one was originally a "takes abilities" theory- which has absolutely no merit being a theory at all unless for whatever reason Asagiri decides that she and Dazai have been secretly related the whole time.

In the Reddit Post OP theorises that she could paralyse her opponents using her novella Takekurabe (Comparing Heights) with the English titles Growing Up and Child’s Play as the forefront. Though I’ve seen the use of the title Growing Pains instead of Up as well.

Using OP's word's, I don't think Higuchi will have a name-based ability (eg. Beast Beneath the Moonlight or Thou Shalt Not Die) and so for this crack theory I'm also using Growing Pains / Childs Play.

I suggest that she can drain or absorb abilities instead- leaving her opponents with a dull aching because a part of them is practically gone should she drain an ability to its dredges. She could probably kill someone if she wasn’t careful and took too much.

Think Rogue from X-Men.

That would make her a formidable enemy to have and an even better secret weapon.

It would also make her just another tool like Dazai was- instead of halting an ability she practically takes it away (which is plausible if we really dug into it, but this is more she takes the power or energy involved in using the ability).

Where did this idea even come from you ask?

Honestly no clue but I was trying really hard to figure out what possible ability she could have, and I have landed on it must be powerful and this would absolutely be an ability that she would hide until necessary. It would also be a play on the novella titles instead of simply going Child's play= dolls= voodoo doll ability for example (mostly because that's kind of Q's ability) but more a play on how for some people transitioning into adulthood is draining and not as fun as when the world was too big for us.

2. Her word is Law

Okay this is also a stretch just so we are clear BUT I think it's more plausible than draining / absorbing. I don't really know which title I'd give this one because I'm leaning again to a more a non-name-based ability (eg. No Longer Human or Plum Blossom in the Snow) so for the fun of it lets call this Flowers at Dusk (Yamizakura- yes, the one I usually use in Fics).

When I say her word is law I don't mean legally speaking- think Jessica / Paul Atreides or the Reverend Mother from Dune and how they use 'the voice'.

This ability came to mind since Ichiyo Higuchi is an important figure in Japan, though it wasn't like she would be able to sway politics or anything of the like. Her works are important, the words in the stories are significant. Key word, words.

This would be a valuable power worth keeping hidden and close to the chest, she would make her way up the ranks fast with such an ability and more than likely she'd be a great asset in regard to interrogations.

Mori would absolutely keep this ability a secret and keep her close because of it. Let's play into the idea that she hates or is afraid of her ability, a power that takes away others free will or control would be hard to deal with depending on your mental fortitude or upbringing.

If she said jump you would jump, if she said kill you would kill.

She'd be the perfect secret weapon with an ability like this especially if no one else knew and she got kidnapped- whoops they didn't put on ability suppressors ...oh hey where did she go?

I feel like this is a plausible option- only because we know nothing but that she is an ability user. It would make sense for her to be closer to Mori- he'd ensure she would never use the ability on him and considering people underestimate her already it would be an uppercut of a power to have and no one (but Dazai or those who are deaf I suppose) would be able to get away from it.

We'd really have to get into the meat of this ability and flesh out weaknesses par her voice box and No Longer Human. Is it the vibrations in her voice? Does she need a key word? Can she only use it on a certain number of people at a time? Could she pinpoint who isn't going to be affected if it were with a large group.

For example- The Black Lizard get cornered, and she needs to use her ability would her yelling STOP, MOVE BACK or FREEZE (any key words really) affect Gin, Hirotsu, Tachihara or Akutagawa?

Can you tell I like this idea for an ability lol.

Dazai is tired.

Every morning he wakes up. Goes to a meeting. The meeting is boring. Someone probably died. Or supplies aren’t getting past law enforcement. Or someone is mad at him. He can’t really bring himself to himself to care.

No one has noticed this shift in his attitude, to them the boss has always been a cold piece of shit with no emotion. “The demon prodigy is as cold as ice” he hears whispers in the halls of the Port Mafia building. He doesn’t bother to try and change his way, they are mostly correct.

Mostly…

Osamu sighs as he opens the door to his penthouse suite. He would have rather just slept in his office if it wasn’t for a certain … someone.

“Osamu you’re fucking late!” A familiar voice calls from the kitchen. He sighs as the cold mask he is so tired of falls off in the comfort of the warm inviting suite.

Most of the Mafia assumes that a man like him lives in a dark cold flat. That he only sleeps and eats there. Little do they know that the lively ginger that remains at his side most days lives there too, brining his noise and color.

A flurry of reds envelops him as he sheds his coat and tight suite shirt. The smell of spice and wine takes over his senses as he melts into Chuuya’s arms.

“Long day, huh” his partner only slightly mocks him as he leads the exhausted man into the kitchen.

“I don’t know how you’re not, Chuu” osamu sighs as he collapses onto a stool to watch his love cook. Long ago Chuuya had taken on the job of cooking for the both of them. One, so Dazai would eat and two, so he wouldn’t burn down their place. Now he was cooking up some ramen for the two of them.

“I’m not running the whole operation, I just gotta follow orders” Chuuya winks at his boss as he serves up the food.

“We both know how much you *love* following orders” Osamu smirks at his partner as the redhead laughs deeply.

Later as they lay in bed, limbs tangled together, Osamu sighs deeply and quietly states,

“I want out, Chuu”

It wasn’t a question, just a soft firm statement shared between lovers.

“You sure?” The sleepy response came from the redhead.

“Absolutely”

“Tomorrow?”

“Tomorrow.”

Chuuya pulled him closer and softly kissed his hair, knowing he wouldn’t be able to do that for a long time.

Atsushi walked into his Boss’ office for the early morning meeting they had scheduled. The office was empty but Atsushi assumed the man would be in soon enough. After a few minutes without the dark haired man arriving he noticed a letter on the desk with his name scrawled on the front.

Atsushi,

I’m sorry it had to happen like this, you know how the mafia is about deserters. Hirotsu will take over in my stead and Kouyou and you will be his seconds.

You’ll do great.

The weretiger looked terrified at his partner who was standing quietly behind him. A commotion drew their attention to the large windows in time to see a flash of black and red falling.

Reaching the ground floor they were in time to hear the rumble of gravity breaking concrete. This only confirmed the suspicions of the two. As they walked out the front doors of the Mori Corp. they were just in time to see the red headed exectutive collapse the sidewalk.

It had been a long suspicion that the boss and his prized executive had a relationship more intimate than the partners they claims to be, though no one dared voice those rumors. Both members of Double Black were ruthless and violent if provoked. Though in most eyes the display in front of their eyes confirmed how close the duo was.

Red markings creep onto Chuuyas skin as he feels the weight of gravity bend to his will. The concrete he stands on cracks and buckles. Rebar screeches and snaps as immeasurable stress is placed upon it. His eyes blur as he sees the body beneath him, laying much too still.

The body is mangled and bloody, its dark coat crumpled as it hit the pavement. But what hit Chuuya the hardest was the scarf. The blood red scarf that Chuuya has given Dazai so many years ago.

It was a cold night when Chuuya had gotten a call from his new partner to meet on the roof of the skyscraper the Mafia called home.

On that rooftop the two of them had made a pact to remain loyal to eachother, above all else.

Dazai had given him the leather choker that still lay on his neck. A “collar for my faithful dog” the brunette had said. And despite chuuyas chagrin he had been a faithful dog to Dazai since that day. Not that Osamu had made him do anything he would have protested (much) to.

In return Chuuya had given him a blood red scarf that adorned his bandaged neck since that day. “A reminder of your job” Chuuya had said bitterly, referring to Corruption. But since that day Osamu had always been there to bring him back.

The concrete finally collapsed and Chuuya floated down with the rubble. Each progressive story of the underground the gravity punched through. Corruption had fully taken over Chuuyas body and there was no stopping it…not anymore.

He knew what people would say, the rumors he had confirmed by this but he didn’t care anymore. There was no point to continue like this, without him there.

His consciousness fell away until there was only red, Arahabiki fully taking over his mind and body until Chuuya was shut in a little corner.

He sat in an empty room, looking through his own eyes and watching the chaos that the god inside him was inflicting on the world. It appeared Arahabiki wanted to take both him and the body beneath them to a deep grave where no one would find them.

We must be deep at this point

I wonder how much father we need to go

Arahabiki will find him

The windows closed and the room fell dark around him. Chuuya laid down and closed his eyes, simply waiting.

And waiting…

And waiting…

And finally a soft blue light enveloped the room. It was a comforting, familiar light. He had felt it many times before… and at this point it felt like home.

Chuuya opened his eyes, his real eyes, and saw a pair of bright brown eyes waiting for him. A hand held his cheek tenderly.

“Did you have a fun time princess” Osamu’s mocking tone flowed into his ears.

“You asshole, you put your scarf on the body” Chuuyas bit back, his voice rasping.

“I thought it would sell it more” Osamu had now picked up Chuuya, who was in no condition to walk, and began to walk towards a tunnel that was poking into the hole they stood in.

“Asshole” came a quiet response from the redhead.

“Sorry Chuu” he whispered back, he knew Chuuya had a much harder role in this to play but he did it beautifully as always.

Chuuya awoke in a soft, clean smelling bed. He stretched, feeling his bones pop as he looked around him.

Dazai sat a few feet away, drinking something and looking out the open door of a shipping container. Beyond him was the vast blue ocean, now a new shade of teal that he knew belonged to the tropics of Oceania.

He stood up and stumbled over to his partner who looked up at him, a happy smile plastered on his face. Chuuya had waited years to see that smile grace his lips again.

“Welcome to our new life, love” Osamu whispered as he pressed a kiss to Chuuya’s lips.

“Thank goodness it worked” Chuuya slumped into his arms, body still exhausted.

“You should have seen the explosion! It was magnificent” Osamu smiled as he wrapped his arms around the redhead. “Could have fooled me that Arahabiki imploded deep underground”

So everything had gone to plan

The mafia would think them dead and they could live out their lives, far away from the violence and destruction.

Just them on an island Dazai had bought years ago and spent days untying it from both their names.

“I think you should go blonde” Chuuya mumbled, combing his fingers through his partners hair

“Only if you go brunette” came the laughing response

Head cannon: Lippman is mostly sober (except for special occasions) because he heard that alcohol makes you age faster and it dries out the skin.

And when he does drink it’s wine. I have a secret thought that lippmann’s taste in wine is what inspired chuuya. He gives me the energy of the sassy wine aunt. One time chuuya had a really bad shift and just found himself at lippman’s door after. He couldn’t really figure out why he drove himself to Lippmann’s apartment but it just felt right. Lippmann let him in with open arms and just immediately opened his cabinet and started pouring an expensive glass of Cabernet Sauvignon like a classy wine mom. It became a bit of a ritual of going to Lippmann’s once every two weeks or so to sit at his kitchen bar and drink wine with him while he cooked dinner and complained about celebrity drama. And lippmann always would pour himself the teeniest tiniest little glass because of aging.

I low key think Lippmann also has a low alcohol tolerance and he gets kinda hiccuppy and giggly when he’s drunk,

BSD snow head cannons pt2

I got more then ten likes on pt 1, so you peoples now have to suffer pt 2

Dazai doesn’t like being cold, but like I said in pt1 he loves pranking Kunikida. I also head cannon that he’s just cold year round, which is helpful during the summer and hot days but horrible for the winter.

During the winter Dazai is super clingy, Chuuya is the opposite of Dazai and is always hot (I mean look at him☺️) And during the winter is Dazai’s personal heater.

Nikolai is the guy who’s wearing a t-shirt and shorts in like below freezing, and claims he’s not cold but is clearly shivering. He somehow has a snowball cannon and is menace with it

Fyodor is like skin and bones, so he wears a lot of layers when he goes out. But he rarely goes outside of his home. Nikolai has to physically drag him outside to touch grass when there isn’t snow, with snow it’s ten times worse. And when he sees Nikolai shivering he gives him one of his many jackets
