In today's modern world with smartphones and calendars with alerts to remind you, there's genuinely no excuse for forgetting important dates like that.

It's not funny or quirky to neglect your partner in such basic manner.

i think part of the reason why i'm still obsessed off my rocker out of this world insane about ethubs after A FULL YEAR is because i just. like. don't fully get them lol. i don't have a super strong foundation on how to interpret them and it intrigues me!! like desertduo ok my beloved desertduo they're special to me and i Understand them. i have clear-cut motives for them in my head and an idea of why they're Like That. meanwhile ethubs is like Whaaa?? like Huh??? and it's been compelling me to write in-depth analysis fics and draw emotionally charged fanart and associate every other song on the planet with them for a full 13 months nearly straight and i really just cannot imagine it stopping anytime soon

(i also think it's so funny that i started watching last life with the intention of my interest in them being temporary. like the whole idea was to throw myself into a new duo and seek out all the content for them i could find before inevitably burning out in like a week because i was going through it and wanted something to distract myself with. but i just like never stopped being fascinated by them and it kept getting worse and worse and i'M STILL HERE)
