Very much so a hot take but Daredevil isn't even in the top 5 pre-D+ MCU shows that needed an additional season. Luke Cage, Iron Fist, Cloak and Dagger, Runaways, and Agent Carter all needed the revival more.

Daredevil Season 3 is honestly a fantastic ending for the series in my opinion, and with the five other shows I mentioned, not only did four of them only get two seasons, but all five were left with major unresolved plotlines. Luke Cage S3 could easily have been one of the best MCU seasons with Luke taking over Harlem's Paradise, Iron Fist S3 was gonna really get crazy with the Orson Randall stuff, Cloak and Dagger S3 would have finally had Ty and Tandy get together, Runaways S4 would have actually gotten around to having Alex go joker mode, and Agent Carter literally ended on a pre-credits scene where one of the shows main characters got shot in the head by an unknown assailant. All these shows need continuations way more, I'm sorry.

It's not that I don't like Daredevil, I love that show. My other two favorites are Jessica Jones and Agents of Shield, and you'll notice they're both absent from my above list because they also ended pretty well in my opinion. They don't need continuations like the other shows do.

I'll also say Marvel revived the wrong X-Men animated show, but I'll save that discussion for another day.

Faye the 'camel'

Faye was like a 'camel' - she could work for a long time without drinking or eating anything.

She is a diva without airs.

When the time came for her to do the work, she did everything well and would leave immediately after doing it properly. After she was finished, she would get in the car right after.

She works the fastest among the many artists he has worked with.

Shot an MV in 15 minutes

He once heard from a TVB director that she took 15 minutes to shoot an MV during the Cinepoly era (he forgot which song). TVB filmed the MV in a back alley in the city. In 15 minutes, the entire MV was shot and the result was not bad because Faye knew exactly what she was doing.

Not as cool as you think

One year he arranged the Po Leung Charity Show (Gala Spectacular). There were many stars involved including Faye, Leon Lai, Harlem Yu, Terry Lin, Candy Lo, Karen Mok, F4, etc. Because it was a charity show, the production did not have a lot of money. Hairstylists and makeup artists for big stars is not cheap. Faye also uses star makeup artists and hairstylists. But they could only afford 'charity prices'. After hearing this, Faye discussed it with her assistant. Because she knew it was a charity show, she would rather do her own makeup. She was willing to save money and didn't want the company to spend unnecessary money. They were really grateful to Faye (along with her managers Katie and Sister Kwan).

"I think this heavenly queen is really not as cool as you think. In fact, I think she is compassionate and righteous. On the surface, she thinks she is cool. She is actually cold on the outside and hot on the inside."

No dancers

Faye only had one request during that performance: she didn't want dancers. But the problem was her performance was over 10 minutes of singing. It’s difficult to do a live performance without dancers (it's usually required by TVB). He told the production to try to keep the number of dancers as little as possible. There were no complaints from Faye or her manager.

Doesn't like to do publicity

Faye rarely holds autograph sessions. When she was at Sony Music, there was a signing event for "To Love" held at Neway's in Causeway Bay. This was before the concert ("Faye Extraordinary"). Katie suddenly said: "Do we need to do some publicity for the concert?" It was suggested that the publicity could be held during the band rehearsal. It would be a good time to meet reporters.

Faye really didn't want to do it. She really doesn't like publicity and doesn't like to socialize. She just wanted to put on the concert. Why do so much?

Sister Kwan (scolded her): If you don't do publicity, you might as well not do anything at all. Don't even do the concerts.

Faye was willing to do it after listening and the issue was over.

On the day of the concert rehearsal, he suddenly received a call from Ah Fei's assistant, requesting him to come upstairs right away. Faye saw so many reporters and was reluctant to do the publicity work.

He usually never talked to Faye before. But when she saw him, she was willing to cooperate with the media again. He guessed that in her mind, it made her at ease because back when she was at Cinepoly, she did a concert with Leon Lai whom he often worked with then. She was familiar with him. She is quiet but she knew who he was and there's a natural understanding.

So she began to take photos, did interviews, and sang. She may have refused at first but finally did it all.

He thinks the heavenly queen is absolutely not as cold or impersonal as everyone says.

Bobby Day (July 1, 1930 -July 27, 1990) Rock and Roll and R&B singer/songwriter/producer and multi-instrumental artist was known for his only major hit “Rockin’ Robin”. In 1958, the single, written by Leon Rene under the pseudonym Jimmie Thomas, reached #1 on the R&B chart, #2 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart, and sold over one million copies.

He was born in Fort Worth. His mother was Julie Jennings. He moved to Los Angeles at age 15 and began performing with the Hollywood Flames at Otis’s Barrelhouse Club in Watts.

He made his first recording, “Young Girl” with the Hollywood Flames. The song was released in 1950. He had minor music success as the lead singer of the Hollywood Flames, performing under the stage name of Bobby Day. Their hit song “Buzz, Buzz, Buzz” which he wrote, reached #11 on the R&B charts. He formed his group, the Satellites, which backed him on “Little Bitty Pretty One”. He and Earl Nelson performed as the duo Bob and Earl. He and Earl recorded “Gee Whiz,” and “Harlem Shuffle” under his real name, Robert Bryd.

He wrote and recorded “Little Bitty Pretty One” but it was made popular by Thurston Harris whose version hit #6 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. The single was recorded by Frankie Lymon, followed by Clyde McPhatter. The Jackson Five recorded the song, which reached #13 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart and #2 on the Billboard R&B chart. He wrote and recorded “Over and Over” which climbed to #40 on the pop chart. He wrote and recorded “The Bluebird, The Buzzard, and the Oriole,” and “That’s All I Want”. He recorded on several record labels including Rendezvous, RCA, Sure-Shot, and Jama Records.

He appeared on several variety shows in the 1950s, 1960s, and 1970s including American Bandstand and The Midnight Special.

A 16-year-old boy has been arrested for a shooting outside a Manhattan smoke shop that left two men dead and a third man wounded by a stray bullet, police said Wednesday.

The teen was taken into custody Tuesday and charged with murder and gun possession, police said. His name was not released by the NYPD because he is a juvenile.

Startling surveillance video obtained by the Daily News shows two men talking outside Blue Sky Smoke Shop at W. 207th St. and Tenth Ave. in Inwood when the shooter, wearing a black ski mask, opens fire at them from across the street about 11:40 p.m. Sunday.

One of the men drops to the sidewalk but then lifts his head to shout twice, “Call an ambulance.”

Michael James, 44, shot in the face, was rushed by medics to Harlem Hospital, where he died at 12:12 a.m. Monday. The shooter’s other target, 45-year-old Alejandro Ramirez, died at New York-Presbyterian Allen Hospital minutes later, cops said.

A bystander was celebrating Father’s Day with friends when he stepped out onto the street to take a call and ended up being grazed by a bullet on his knee.

“Somebody called me and I go out because the music’s too loud at the place,” said the 36-year-old man, who asked to remain anonymous.

He looked down and saw the injury on his knee.

“I feel hot and that’s it,” the man said. “I don’t know what happened.”
