How much stress can you take?

I have kept my heart beating at its full maximum rate for 70 minutes straight on the bike, running I'm very limited by my leg joints but can do 20 minutes straight about 3 times if I take intermittent breaks to let my joints recover.

I have only "chemically" tested it with semi high doses of typical/legal/easily available stimulants as I avoid side effects (anything you can find in a pre-workout, plus poppers basically). I always do at least 20 minutes of hard exercise when I do these bouts because I don't get maximum rates just with the stimulants, although it's extremely fun boosting my resting heart rate from the 30s to the 110s. This is a sometimes treat to be sure, I don't want to be an addict.

When I have the time and space my hardcore breath control, pressure, stimmed up and exercise sessions will usually last about 4 hours.

And the amazing thing is, inevitably it is my body that tires. My heart feels amazing afterward. Light, happy inside me. Like I've given it a spa day. I'll often test my heart out a day or two after such a session and find it performing well, to confirm that at least for me doing this appears to even be beneficial. Fundamentally this draws from daily hard exercise to keep my heart strong, even on days when I'm not making content I'm keeping my heart fast for at least an hour and checking that it recovers by minimum 50 bpm in a minute.

Terrortober 2022 Day 7 - Free Day (Alias)

Am I the only one who is like , weirded out by how common and “ normal” choking is considered?, like if i didn’t know better, I would assume it was like electrocution or knife-play, something rare and freaky and hardcore a small number of people are engaged in and have to actively seek out, not something ubiquitous and almost vanilla. I’ve read horror stories of people choked without warning because they assumed from porn that was just how sex works, and of course there are the possible injuries. It’s honestly the one thing that makes me look at puritan weirdos and think, maybe There right about porn being actively harmful.
