I FINISHED IT YALL!! wore it for the first time ever and it felt absolutely amazing. I didn't think I would love it that much but it is now my child. Thank you for coming along on this mini journey, I want to start a new top soon so stay tuned for that <3

I had this sweater for a while, but didn't quite like some of the designs on the front of it, so I finally got the inspiration of how I wanted to change it.

I crocheted two long grey pieces and added some lighter grey crocheted ghosts on top. I also made some bigger ghosts for elbow patches, switched the buttons and did a grey stitched stripe with yarn. The rest is part of the pattern already on the sweater.

Started a 100 square Halloween blanket. There’s no way I can get it done in time but I’ll happily keep working on it after the holiday.

UPDATE for my spider web sweater

I finished the second sleeve, took a 10 day break (had a friend visiting) and I just got back to unraveling the first sleeve! I forgot to write down the exact number of chains and structure of the other one, so I'll have to do some guesswork but I'm sure it will turn out pretty much identical =) very excited to see how it all comes together in the end!

i also noticed that the sweater is kinda droopy where I sewed it on the sides; I should have probably made the spiderweb panels smaller but it's too late so I'll embrace the imperfections and try to tweak it so it's tighter.

PS: currently trying to motivate myself to stick to this so I might start posting previous projects. love yall <3
