Handel i Malmö

Det blev en rejäl tur idag. Inledningsvis var vi hos duktiga Camilla i Sjöbo för att bli friserade. Sen en sväng på bolaget och ICA Kvantum, och därefter vidare till Malmö. Handel på Västchark bland annat. Nästa mål var Triangelen, och bland annat Hallbergs där jag köpte nya örhängen i silver, för att slippa fler allergiska reaktioner. Lite klädshopping passade vi också på att göra. Blev också…

As an ex dancer myself, I'll go easy but his turn out is pretty good, particularly his standing 5th position (its not quite 100% a 5th but its way over a 3rd) his arms are pretty solid & he keeps his shoulders lowered which is not easy whilst doing this in a suit jacket lol. He gets good height on his jumps and he's light on his feet as he runs. He doesn't spot when he turns but as he suffers from severe balance issues his complete turns are really solid. BUT HE NEEDS TO POINT HIS FEET/TOES 😆

Sorry for anyone having traumatic dance class flashbacks lol.

I remember this “hit” list as I was working as a short order cook in “The Village” in NYC. The restaurant where I worked had a juke box and during the lunch rush, each and every song on this list would light up and play …. over and over. Some of them made me flinch every time i heard them. But it was mostly a fun job for awhile and then I took a go-go dancer job and we danced to the tunes in the juke box. Yes. All of them. I don’t think I will ever under any circumstances listen to “American Pie” again. Now “I’ll Take You There” by the Staples Singers :: that still bears listening. Also “O Girl” by the Chi-Lites.

One of the greatest ballet recordings of all time is Marco Spada with David Hallberg, Evgenia Obraztsova, Semyon Chudin, Olga Smirnova, and Igor Tsvirko from 2013. Everything about it is flawless and I can't really watch any Marco Spada without comparing it to that performance. No one can or will come close.

A young woman named Samantha is shot in Central Park on July 4, 2023. The investigation ends up being connected to the mysterious fires also plaguing the city as well as the downtown music scene and an uptown family straining under their many secrets.

City on Fire is based on the novel by Garth Risk Hallberg. The series stars Chase Sui Wonders, Wyatt Oleff, Jemima Kirke, Nico Cameron Mitchell, Geoff Pierson, and Beth Malone. Josh Schwartz and Stephanie Savage serve as writers, showrunners, and executive producers.

City on Fire premieres on Apple TV+ on May 12, 2023.
