This study was tasked with the purpose of collecting information describing the teleportation of material objects, providing a description of teleportation as it occurs in physics, its theoretical and experimental status, and a projection of potential applications. The study also consisted of a search for teleportation phenomena occurring naturally or under laboratory conditions that can be assembled into a model describing the conditions required to accomplish the transfer of objects. This included a review and documentation of quantum teleportation, its theoretical basis, technological development, and its potential applications. The characteristics of teleportation were defined and physical theories were evaluated in terms of their ability to completely describe the phenomena. Contemporary physics, as well as theories that presently challenge the current physics paradigm were investigated. The author identified and proposed two unique physics models for teleportation that are based on the manipulation of either the general relativistic spacetime metric or the spacetime vacuum electromagnetic (zero-point fluctuations) parameters. Naturally occurring anomalous teleportation phenomena that were previously studied by the United States and foreign governments were also documented in the study and are reviewed in the report. The author proposes an additional model for teleportation that is based on a combination of the experimental results from the previous government studies and advanced physics concepts. Numerous recommendations outlining proposals for further theoretical and experimental studies are given in the report. The report also includes an extensive teleportation bibliography.

Introduzione

Il 31 gennaio di quest’anno ha segnato il sesto anno dalla scomparsa di Ingo Swann, celebre “remote viewer” che per anni ha collaborato con la CIA fornendo varie informazioni tramite le proprie visualizzazioni a distanza, molte delle quali si sarebbero poi rivelate esatte.

A inizio anni ’70, le agenzie di intelligence statunitensi iniziarono a preoccuparsi di voci sempre più insistenti riguardanti l’utilizzo, da parte dell’Unione Sovietica, di mezzi non convenzionali connessi a ricerche sul paranormale, in primis la visione a distanza. Da qui nacque un interesse spasmodico per queste tematiche, unitamente alla ricerca di soggetti che fossero realmente in possesso di capacità fuori del comune.

Proprio in questa ricerca la figura di Ingo Swann emerse per via dei suoi “poteri” inconsueti.

Tra i file del progetto Stargate (atto allo studio della visione a distanza e all’utilizzo delle sue applicazioni) vi è un memorandum datato 22 febbraio 1973, redatto dai celebri fisici Hal Puthoff e Russel Targ, in cui si legge di un esperimento di misurazioni biometriche nel corso del quale Ingo Swann aveva mostrato la capacità di alterare volontariamente l’intensità del campo magnetico,

L’interesse verso Swann crebbe a mano a mano che egli riuscì a dare dimostrazioni concrete di riuscire realmente a vedere a distanza, come quando fu in grado di descrivere quanto contenuto in una installazione sotterranea di una azienda che si occupava di energia alternativa.

È nel 1975 che le attività di Swann per la CIA prendono una svolta imprevista, quando venne reclutato da un sedicente signor Axelrod. Nel febbraio di quell’anno, una telefonata lo avvisò di un prossimo contatto con un presunto “man in black”. Fu così che, alcune settimane dopo, alle 3 di notte ricevette una chiamata in cui si richiedeva la sua presenza a Washington. L’indicazione era di trovarsi al Museo di Storia Naturale, dove Swann, come in un film di spionaggio, venne perquisito e incappucciato per non riconoscere dove sarebbe stato portato.

Come si può capire, Swann era molto agitato, non riuscendo a rendersi conto di cosa stesse accadendo.

L’opera di reclutamento da parte di Axelrod avvenne a voce, senza alcun foglio, in modo che tutto potesse permanere nella massima segretezza. Swann apprese da subito che gli interessi di Axelrod superavano ogni immaginazione, dal momento che costui voleva che Swann cercasse di vedere a distanza la superficie della Luna e trovasse conferma all’esistenza di una tecnologia avanzata che avesse sviluppato la capacità di entrare in contatto con il cervello umano.

Non solo. Axelrod pose molte domande a Swann sul suo lavoro e sul metodo che utilizzava per vedere a distanza, chiedendo se secondo lui il vedere a distanza operasse tramite una sorta di connessione a una “mente-computer” universale. Anche il pianeta Giove destò l’interesse di Axelrod, in particolare per il fatto che Swann aveva condotto esperimenti di visione a distanza e voleva capire se potesse notare elementi che venissero successivamente confermati dalla Nasa, in ciò dando quindi prova di poter vedere anche a milioni di chilometri di distanza dalla Terra. Il che accadde puntualmente, con informazioni che la Nasa avrebbe “scoperto” negli anni successivi e che Swann era riuscito a vedere.

Rivelazioni straordinarie

Sempre nel corso di quell’incontro, Axelrod propose a Swann un contratto di 1000 dollari al giorno per osservare a distanza la Luna.

Ed è qui che entrano in gioco aspetti ancor più pregnanti.

Axelrod, infatti, fornì a Swann delle coordinate ben precise verso le quali puntare la propria capacità di visione remota.

Swann, concentrandosi sulle zone indicate da Axelrod, percepì immediatamente delle presenze non terrestri sul suolo lunare, notando crateri sul lato nascosto della Luna nei quali sentiva e vedeva presenze oltre che vere e proprie strutture artificiali.

Nelle profondità di un cratere vide una nebbia verde densa, illuminata da file di luci artificiali montate su torri molto alte. Swann rimase impressionato dal fatto che qualcuno avesse costruito un avamposto sulla Luna. Secondo Swann, pertanto, Axelrod gli aveva commissionato di concentrare la propria visione a distanza sulla Luna perché entità extraterrestri si erano comportate in maniera ostile nei confronti degli Stati Uniti.

Proprio durante una di queste visioni a distanza Swann si accorse di essere stato notato da due umanoidi che abitavano una base lunare e si sentì in pericolo, al punto da temere di poter essere rintracciato e fulminato da un qualche raggio che lo disintegrasse senza alcun preavviso.

A supporto di ciò, un recente documentario per la televisione, “Apollo 11: The Untold Story”, ha aggiunto credibilità a quanto raccontato da Swann. Buzz Aldrin, infatti, ha raccontato di aver visto un UFO nel corso del viaggio verso la Luna: “c’era qualcosa là fuori, sufficientemente vicino da poterlo osservare, ma cosa poteva essere? Ora ovviamente non stavamo per farci sfuggire ‘Hey Houston, c’è qualcosa che si muove vicino a noi e non sappiamo cosa sia, voi lo sapete? Potete dirci cos’è?’”

Nell’estate del 1976 Swann andò varie volte a Los Angeles per incontrare alcuni suoi amici e, senza alcun preavviso, rivide gli uomini al soldo di Axelrod. Si trovava in un supermarket di Hollywood quando la sua attenzione venne catturata da una donna estremamente affascinante. Mentre la fissava, Swann si sentì come percorso da una scossa elettrica che gli fece rizzare i capelli. Egli interpretò questo segnale come una sorta di monito che la donna in questione non fosse come sembrava, bensì si trattasse di una extraterrestre. Le sue preoccupazioni aumentarono quando, a riprova dell’idea che si era fatto, vide due uomini vestiti di nero, tipo men in black, che fissavano a loro volta la donna.

Di lì a poco Swann ricevette una chiamata che lo diresse a un altro telefono, dove lo attendeva in linea Axelrod, cui chiese chi fosse la donna al supermercato. A incutere ulteriore terrore, Axelrod gli rispose che doveva stare molto attento dato che si trattava di una persona molto pericolosa. Infatti, stando ad Axelrod, non solo vi erano extraterrestri sulla Luna, ma anche sulla Terra, con perfetta capacità di camuffarsi tra la gente normale.

Axelrod volle inoltre informarsi di come stesse procedendo il suo lavoro di remote viewing allo Stanford Research Institute, dato che voleva sapere quando fosse giunto a una precisione del 65% nelle sue visualizzazioni a distanza e, nel momento in cui questo livello fosse stato raggiunto, Swann avrebbe dovuto indicare su un pezzo di carta la cifra, collocando questo foglio sulla sua scrivania all’interno dello Stanford Research Institute.

Swann si attenne alle istruzioni e mise il foglio di carta come pattuito. Dopo un giorno, al posto del proprio foglio c’era della polvere disposta a formare la scritta “aspetta un contatto”. Le perplessità di Swann aumentavano di giorno in giorno, non sapendo di preciso con chi avesse a che fare: CIA, Mossad, MI-5, KGB? Ogni possibilità era credibile.

L’avvistamento di Swann

Il contatto di cui al messaggio nella polvere ebbe luogo nel luglio 1977, pochi giorni dopo averlo ricevuto. Axelrod si trovava proprio all’interno dello Stanford Research Institute. Dopo un breve colloquio, Axelrod fece salire Swann su una jeep che lo condusse all’aeroporto di San Jose dove lo attendeva un Lear Jet e lo informò che avrebbero potuto vedere un UFO da vicino. Dopo molte ore di volo il velivolo atterrò su una pista priva di luci e Swann venne condotto su una vettura che gli fece fare un tragitto di due ore tra erte montagne. Giunti a destinazione, Swann, Axelrod e altri due uomini dovettero camminare ancora per giungere al luogo prestabilito.

“Tu limitati a guardare, ne parleremo dopo. Non muoverti a meno che non te lo dica io. Sono in grado di intercettare il calore, i rumori e il movimento” furono le parole di Axelrod.

Giunti in prossimità di un piccolo lago, si levò una nebbia grigiastra, per poi assumere colorazioni diverse. Lampi di luce rossa e gialla squarciarono la scena in ogni direzione. A seguire, ecco comparire un oggetto sopra lo specchio d’acqua. Era triangolare, e non sembrò giungere sul luogo, quanto piuttosto comparire all’improvviso, causando la comparsa di un anomalo vento che provocò la caduta di alcuni rami di pino. Swann ha testimoniato che alcuni raggi di luce rossa vennero sparati dall’oggetto che continuava ad aumentare di dimensioni, pur rimanendo stazionario sopra il lago. Secondo Swann l’oggetto era di almeno 30 metri. Notando che Swann rimaneva a guardare l’oggetto in uno stato di torpore, Axelrod e gli altri due uomini lo portarono via sotto braccio, pochi istanti prima che un raggio colpisse la posizione in cui si trovava Swann.

Da poco più lontano egli si accorse che il misterioso velivolo stava drenando acqua dal lago, in un vortice che si dipartiva dalla superficie per raggiungere l’oggetto.

I quattro si allontanarono velocemente e, una volta giunti all’aeroporto dove erano atterrati, Swann notò un velivolo del servizio postale dell’Alaska, il che gli fece presumere di trovarsi in Alaska.

Nel viaggio di ritorno Axelrod gli spiegò che la loro missione sarebbe terminata a breve e sarebbe stata continuata da altri per motivi di sicurezza. La settimana seguente, inoltre, Swann sarebbe stato sottoposto a una accurata visita medica per verificare che fosse tutto in regola e non ci fossero stati problemi fisici a seguito dell’incontro ravvicinato. Quella fu l’ultima volta che Swann vide il misterioso Axelrod.

Considerazioni conclusive

Il quadro che emerge è estremamente preciso: un soggetto in possesso di capacità fuori del comune viene dapprima inserito in un progetto di visione a distanza “standard” per poi passare a ricerche ancora più estreme su tematiche più sensibili e classificate di quanto non fossero le questioni concernenti la Guerra Fredda e i segreti dell’Unione Sovietica.

Che Swann fosse in grado di vedere a distanza è un dato acclarato non in discussione. Il problema è capire se le informazioni emerse in relazione all’avvistamento avuto e raccontato dallo stesso Swann così come quanto visto sulla Luna corrispondano a realtà oppure no.

Su questi aspetti non si può che sospendere il giudizio, per quanto siano sempre di più le voci che si rincorrono e che vanno a dipingere un quadro in cui risulta arduo ipotizzare che si possa trattare solo e sempre di elementi privi di fondamento.
