Adin is one of my favorite characters simply because he is the first to really bring out the worst in Cale.

Yeah, the White Star and say, Venion Stan are at their own category, but the level of sheer rage Adin brought out of him was astounding to say the least.

About the White Star: “There is no need to understand it.” (...) That is a bastard you don’t need to understand. Understanding him would not change what that bastard did.

He tells us over and again how much Adin and Alberu resemble each other, and Oh, who else is like Adin? Cale

So the minds of someone like The White Star and Co. are an unsolved mystery that he can't be bothered to figure out

But Adin?

Oh, he gets it

However Cale, well, Kim Rok Soo, was not as soft. Especially when it came to dealing with himself.

Every single decision Adin makes, Cale knows exactly where it's coming from, and that annoys him to hell and back

If I had a coin for every time Cale strangled someone, I'd have a small amount (lost count lmao), but it's funny that at least two would come from the same person

If Cale didn't know that Alberu always acted with the best intentions for the Kingdom, the first thing he would've done right after avoiding getting beaten up by Choi Han was to make sure Alberu stopped being the crown prince

(when I was like 15, I was thinking up names for my super hero characters, and I wanted to pick ones I normally didn't use, so I started picking names from whatever I was watching/reading; I literally was watching Splash one afternoon, and decided to name one of the kids Madison)

I’m watching Splash (1984) which is a romcom about a guy who falls in love with a mermaid, and when she chooses a human name she chooses Madison and guy says “that’s not a real name, but alright” which seems to imply that Madison was not a name until at least the 80’s and all girls named Madison are actually named after the mermaid. thought you should know
