Help me find a fic PLEASE

Okay so the premise of the fic is Remus dies. Sirius is still alive so it's obviously canon divergence but there's not much else to it except that the transformations would get harder and harder on Remus each month and the fact that he makes it longer than they both thought he would. I remember the fic mentioning his age - I think he's in his 50s or 60s. Sirius is then with him (I think James is too) and he's holding his hand after a transformation when he eventually passes.

It's a short fic - 2k words or less

I've scoured Tumblr and AO3 and I'm coming up empty and I've even asked people on twitter who are all like "yeah I remember reading it" but won't get back to me on a name!!! I'm literally desperate at this point whoever helps me find it I will dedicate a fic to them

my tc wore a short sleeve polo today. his arms are so damn strong looking, and i couldn’t stop looking at him. like holy fuck. i was staring at his hands yesterday but today i got to look at his arms omggg

utterly cannot stand the type of post thats like "what are the female characters you like" and i KNOW it's not the fault of the people who make those posts i know they only do it because 95% of this site's blorbos are men. but i hate it anyway. like really the only way you can get fandom people to talk about women is to explicitly tell them to talk about women. and it always comes off so disingenuous because i KNOW most people reblogging those posts would never say those characters on a generic "what are your favorite characters" post. like it's all just so bleak :/
