I see some people trying to argument she's bi and it's like......Wtf no, she's the most lesbian. Lesbianest. Lesbiantron 3000.

"She liked Mitsuki when she thought she was a guy". They're missing key points here. First of all, her character sheet shows she doesn't care at all about boys

Aya likes "older guys" while she completely ignores the boys who flirt with her at school. I don't want to spoil anything to new fans, but Aya is the embodiment of comphet. She "likes" older guys because she knows she won't be with them.

Aya mostly liked Mitsuki when she thought she was a guy because of her aesthetic. Being "different", having the same musical taste...And she was glad when she found out Mitsuki is a girl. She was only mad Mitsuki didn't tell her sooner.

Isn't it a big coincidence Aya doesn't like any boy of her age, but the first guy she likes ends up being a girl? Aya liked Mitsuki's aesthetic, and thought she could make an exception with "him".

I don't mind headcanons, I love them, but when we're talking about the characters in-canon, we must take the information we have from the media, not let our own perceptions of the characters alter what they are.
