im watching adam mcintyres video on colleen ballinger (the most popular one at least) and its making me feel sick bc i really feel for him. a lot of the things hes talking about also happened to me but on a lesser scale because the adults that were grooming me werent influencers. one of the adults was someone who held a lot of influence in the corner of the internet that i was on when i was 10 though so i relate to that. i was groomed for almost two years. every adult who does shit like what colleen did is disgusting

Our 12-yo dog has decided this year he's gonna stop shedding just hair, as his pug heritage requires, and instead start shedding like a cocker spaniel, which should be nowhere in the last ten to twenty generations of his DNA. Just clumps of dead hair requiring manual removal.

When did we realize this? Five days after the groomer gave him a puppy cut. The groomer didn't notice either, because he's never done that ever before.

He knows what a brush is and is relatively fine with them. He knows what the eye-gunk comb is, and is not okay with that. But that's the only thing that'll shift his fur right now.

Oh, and that pug DNA gives him a wrinkly back.

I spent twenty minutes manipulating his back skin in ways he associates only with getting shaved, using a brush which he knows should go on a face in an area he was pretty sure he had no face (but what if he was WRONG?), occasionally getting stuck on clumps of fur that somehow don't pull as hard as he knows they should.

And when I was done with doing things that should have been awful but somehow weren't, he was visibly bewildered that he was no longer itchy. And also about an inch thinner around his torso. He's not sure what just happened, but he was Fussed With, so he knows he's in the right for sulking.

Everyone lives au where after the war Commander Fox gets arrested for killing Chancellor Palpatine, who never did anything wrong in his life, ever. Fox pleads guilty and requests execution.

Unfortunately for him, the entire Coruscant Guard has been planing for this (along with other possible scenarios) for years. They’ve put together a legal team of clones who got online degrees in law, whose main defense is that government property can’t be convicted of murder. The Republic’s reps claim that Fox is a person and therefore absolutely can do murder, so they whip out a dictionary and read the definition for slavery.

The trial gets derailed by all the accusations leveled at the government, which are all true. Mountains of evidence are brought in, literly. Several large filing cabinets are dragged into the room filled to the brim with tax statements, photos, documents, contracts ect exposing not only the deep corruption through the entire senate, but also provides enough information to jail at least half the senate.

It’s broadcast on live tv and is the most watched event in history.

Fox keeps trying to get the death sentence. He has no intention of actually dying tho (he plans to fake it and retire to run a crew of con artists and steal from the ultra wealthy.) Fox confesses to murdering multiple people, but each time evidence places him far away from the scene of the crime, usually because Fox himself planted that evidence and now his extreme competence is biting him in the ass.

The fact that Palpatine was a Sith Lord, was planing on taking over the republic, working with the separatists, and that he started the war are not brought up at all. All crimes brought up are things like grooming children or embezzlement.

It was used by Nazi Germany to justify the Holocaust, and today it still serves as the blueprint for most conspiracy theories - even if modern conspiracy theorists try to hide it, downplay it, or rationalize it with another, equally absurd conspiracy theory.
