Jisu Shugamee is a 14 yr old 5’7 tall student that tends at UA class A-01 . Jisu is known for being a drama monarch with a bit of a chaotic and feral personality despite being mute (always not saying a word).

They're also known for being irresponsible, energetic, cocky, witty, and having a sly personality along with the habit of joking around and goofing off and at times a little too much. But other than being a goofball, they're an opportunist and improviser that will take down any antagonists, if given the chance!!

Background:

Ever since childhood Jisu's family has always owned a circus , a circus that was always handed down from generation from generation (Jisu's dad's side of the family) like a family heirloom. Jisu was a lot more happy during childhood, but soon their childhood was ruined once the circus was passed down to their dad

,their dad started emotionally neglecting them and their mom for the circus and Jisu's dad basically became an emotionally and physically abusive helicopter parent towards Jisu and an emotionally and physically abusive husband towards his wife and Jisu had to keep coming home tired and achy every. single. night , and it all started becoming repetitive and boring for both Jisu and Jisu's mom.

Finally it was the last straw for Jisu's mom when the abuse from Jisu's dad got worse . This caused both of Jisu's parents to start having fights and arguments which soon escalated into a divorce , Jisu's mom getting custody of Jisu, than freeing the circus animals.

It may have taken Jisu a while to see their dad's true nature (evil), but seeing their mom do all of that made Jisu see her as a hero

OK, odd question, but I would like to get into writing more smut but I've never actually done anything sexual with anyone and I'm still learning how to be more intimate with myself (Tmi sorry) so with my lack of knowledge in the realm of the devils tango do you have any tips for how someone who has never done anything with anyone to write good smut? (I'll admit I would actually use porn but I get easily annoyed watching straight porn and I cringe because of how dry it looks no matter if it'd m/f, f/f, m/f and obviously porn is all fake so there's that)

Hi! Thank you so much for reaching out. I am glad you feel comfortable asking me about this!

Definitely don't use porn as a reference (at least mainstream porn anyway) - it's not a good indication of what's pleasurable for men or women.

If you are a visual learner, I'd highly recommend Owen Gray - he runs a website called Deeplush and creates erotic content that is centred around female pleasure.

For the actual writing, I have thrown together some tips below the cut. I hope you find them useful!

Keep your language appropriate. If you're writing for canon era HotD, for instance, then words like "pussy", "dick", "cum", "clit", "ass", "boobs" etc. should not be anywhere in your vocabulary. Instead try "cunt", "cock", "spend", "pearl", "backside", "breasts". Make sure the language you're using is appropriate to the tone of the story too - if it's gentle lovemaking then words like "cock" and "cunt" can be really jarring, so soften it up with phrases like "pulsating manhood" and "wet heat" (it's fine if you giggled at this, it takes a while before you can type/read stuff like this and not want to cringe yourself inside out). Also, typically "cum" is a noun and should be used (in modern fics) as a means to describe...well..cum. The verbiage of this is "come", so if you want to bring someone to orgasm you'd say "I want you to come".

Focus on describing the sensations rather than the mechanics of the act itself. Yeah, we need to know if the characters are slamming ass or not, but keep your physical descriptors brief, so that it doesn't read like a lesson in anatomy. Instead, focus on the physical sensations - i.e. you're aiming for "every thrust of his length inside of her made her feel light headed with the dizzying sensation of lust" rather than "he thrust his cock into her before withdrawing it and then repeating the action".

"He freed his erection" will save you. There is nothing more awkward in smut writing than having to describe the physical act of a person taking out their penis. Avoid the unnecessary clutter of describing the unfastening of trousers simply by stating "he freed his erection".

Onomatopoeia is not your friend. Don't describe the noises your characters make by typing out things like "oooh" and "aahhh", and avoid using descriptors like "slap slap slap". Show, don't tell! For instance, "she cried out in pleasure, the meeting of their flesh as his thighs made repeated powerful impact with the backs of hers echoed off of the vaulted ceiling."

If the smut doesn't fit, don't force it. Smut isn't a prerequisite of fanfiction writing. Don't write it for notes. If it adds nothing to your narrative, or you just aren't comfortable writing it, leave it out.

Finally; the cervix is not an erogenous zone! It does not feel pleasurable when a man hits your cervix with the head of his cock. It's incredibly painful. I read far too many fan fics where this is described as a pleasurable experience for a woman, it simply isn't. Deeper is not always better.

Not a weird question at all! Personal experience isn’t that important since you’re only writing it, don’t worry.

Main things are the following:

Read a lot of porn for stylistic reference, and check out websites like Scarlateen to know how it ACTUALLY works. (yes that means you’ll have to at least look at diagrams at some point.)

Why? Well. A minimum of sex ed is pretty important to write smut that won’t make your readers cringe in pain/weirded out, and you want to know what body parts are called or how they interact with one another. Sex in particular is extremely romanticized and exaggerated in media, so you’ll want to have a solid reference of the truth before you start writing your own exaggerations, else you’ll end up with whatever the hell is happening on pixiv on a daily basis.

(Do not trust porn or hentai for facts, they tend to have a half-decent grasp on dicks but absolutely do not know how anything else works, especially hentai. The amount of times I’ve caught a glimpse of breasts being treated like they cum milk… my guess is that it’s mostly cis guy making that and they’re making very wrong assumptions.)

It’s just like everything else in writing, you can break rules and write something unrealistic or unusual if you want, but to do good work you have to already know the usual way things go. Know the rules before you break them!!! Educate yourself!!!!!

Additionally you’ll want to learn about concepts like consent, kink, and protection, not just anatomy. Same reason, know how the rules work before you try to bend or break them. Else you’ll probably let unconscious bias drive your writing and you’ll get swamped by unfortunate implications. (Talking from personal experience with my first fic lmao, it wasn’t literal smut but by god was it creepy how clueless I was. Or 50 shades of Gray that’s apparently a horrid misrepresentation of what BDSM culture is actually like.)

As for how to write a sex scene, it’s very similar to a fight scene. It’s a lot about the gestures but without a minimum of thought, feelings or descriptions it just sounds like an ikea building manual, so watch out. Mind your rhythm as well.

Final advice, make sure you acknowledge the agency of your characters!

Sex isn’t something that should just be happening to someone, all participants should be doing something, even if it’s grumbling that they can’t do anything coz they’re tied up. Thoughts and feelings and sensations, every participant should be having them, even if it’s not explicit. Hell, even if they’re asleep, there should be some reaction of some kind, or a specific remark about a lack of reaction, just make sure that area is covered so you’re not straight up ignoring their agency exists.

Otherwise you end up with a sex toy instead of a character.

You don’t have to, but I would start off slow with a short and sweet scene if you’re feeling awkward about your first erotica. Keep it simple. Or you can go crazy and add tentacles or aliens, really, it’s up to you, it’s just that writing something simple is probably gonna be easier. I did start on the tentacle stuff though so really you can just do whatever you want.

Ease yourself into it, practice, don’t be shy! Sex is a very natural (not obligatory! just natural!) part of life and nothing to be ashamed of, be it irl or in writing.

Oh and make sure you don’t sear anyone’s eyeballs, warn for your content appropriately when you share your work! Be a good neighbor when sharing a public space.

Also another fun thing happened, my brother is in between watching Criminal Minds at random episodes and today he was watching 14x09 and like two minutes into the episode, I hear him scream all the way to my room ‘BRIAN!! ITS BRIAN! BRIAN, OH MY GOD, WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE?!’ I had no idea that Gale was on Criminal Minds and I can’t believe my brother is the one who discovered it while not even knowing his name. Also i would like you to know that at one point Gale’s character kisses one of the leads (he plays her ex husband) and my brother gasped and went ‘oh…i wonder if it’s weird for him to kiss women?’ (This made me giggle a little ngl) Also he was a BIG fan of Gale with a bit of a beard that he has in the episode and he really liked the glasses on him. And immediately he went ‘part of me thinks this is what Brian in his 40-50s would be like but I think he’d be dressed better and he would for sure hide his glasses hut Justin would catch him with them one day’ and he was very thrown off by Gale’s voice/talking. I feel like the only way to explain it (if you haven’t seen it) is that in the episode Gale talks/is more like how he is in real life? Idk if that makes sense but to me it didn’t come as a surprise but obviously my brother had a strong reaction since all he’s seen is Brian Kinney. And there was this moment (i really hope im not spoiling anything omg) where Gale’s character who is a recovering addict in a flashback attacked his ex wife and he went ‘oh shit. Oh fuck. This is..so not Brian like. Oh god, my Brian would never do that *long pause and then he kinda giggles at himself* i guess that’s why they call it acting.’ He was so happy to see his Brian is in something other than qaf and he kept talking about what other shows he could be in. And it’s gonna suck when he finds out that Gale and Randy kinda stepped back from tv/media. Anyway, I had to let you know about this because he genuinely screamed so fucking loud when he saw Gale, that if my neighbors didn’t know him by now, they’d for sure call the cops. This also reminded me of you talking about your future fic where Brian has a beard and my immediate thought was ‘she already has a fan even though he has no clue about fics’ cause he REALLY liked the look but Gale did have a shorter beard in the ep thankfully

I think I’ve seen that episode of Criminal Minds! He also has a part on Law & Order SVU (he plays a very creepy fertility doctor) and Gray’s Anatomy (he plays an actual nazi).

I LOVE that he’s a fan of Bearded Gale even if he doesn’t yet know what fic is. I’m aiming to start posting my new fic in December so that’s enough time to finish the series, devour all the bts information and footage, and get introduced to the wonderful world of fanfiction.

I totally know what you mean when you say the difference between Brian’s voice and Gale’s… it is called acting!
