"When Jesus was in Bethany reclining at table in the house of Simon the leper, a woman came in with an alabaster jar of very costly ointment, made of pure nard.
She broke open the jar and poured the ointment over his head."
Mark 14:3

“Preach the Gospel at all times, and when necessary, use words,” the famous quote goes.
Some Christians believe it’s enough to just let others see the way we live.
I beg to differ because it contradicts the Great Commission. Jesus said, "Go into all the world and preach the Good News to everyone." Mark 16:15 In order to preach, we definitely need words.
Some people think that our behaviour and deeds should draw people to Christ. It may or may not, because I have seen good people in every faith, who are loving, caring and generous. But as you know, that is not going to take them to heaven. They too need to hear the gospel. They too need to call upon the name of Jesus, in order to be saved.
How, then, can they call on the One they have not believed in? And how can they believe in the One of whom they have not heard? And how can they hear without someone preaching to them? – Romans 10:14
May the Lord give us boldness and courage to share the gospel to those around us and may our actions substantiate our message.
