Okay, can I gush about how much I enjoyed drawing this one scene? idk why, but it itches a spot in my brain. Something about Sam being way too tall for the shot and having the entire middle ground be essentially half a city. Sense of scale is always fun to play around with.

This comic has been a very fun way to implement my different interests.

This part is very inspired by my silly Godzilla obsession. LITERALLY. This one scene was heavily inspired by the Godzilla comic I'm reading :)

Also YES. Godzilla showed up in the OG Marvel Comic series and it's as cheesy and beautiful as you can imagine.

Imagine you and your Giant Friend trying to bond with more than just words. Your size difference is so big and frightening that sometimes it makes you think, "Can he see you?" Perhaps in your head it happens like chatter with an ant or something pathetic, but in truth, it will be like communication between different civilized beings. Intelligent beings. Gods, after all. And the Gods always have a different character.

Not everyone can accept a person.

Not everyone appreciates the qualities of goodness.  Some accept evil and deceit, and some prefer courage and tranquility in life.

These Monsters are different, but the part that unites them leads to only one thing – Love, or maybe just sympathy. Their gentle touches were so warm that it encouraged you to stay with them forever and just feel the gesture on you every second.

Simply... Agreeably.

They try so hard to be careful with you. They don't know what movement will make you frightened or scream in pain. You are different. You're human. He is a monster. And yet, it is attractive.

Sometimes they like the reaction you show them.

It was like something really close to happiness, unlike Titans like them. You are immediately visible and understandable. Are you happy or sad. They're thankful for something that gave you people such a developed ability with emotionality.
