HI HELLO! For the past couple of months me and @childdevourer1 have been losing our minds over and au where Jay became the green ninja instead of Lloyd (we saw that one fun fact about how it was originally gonna be Jay and went fucking feral).

Anyways I made a comic about it. We may write a fic about it one day but for now it's just a lot of strung together ideas.

Lone Voyager | [Speedpaint]

I had another Astronomy Moment™ and I wanted to draw Silver in a costume semi-inspired by the Voyager probes. This was also a sort-of study of the artist Rella's lighting!

Diamond castle au- Silver as Melody, the muse apprentice!

Son of the muses of dance and history respectively, Silver had been apprenticing under the three muses ever since he was just a young god, all with the intentions of becoming a muse himself one day when he was ready, being inspired by his parents’ beautiful music

However over the centuries as he was growing up, tensions began to grow and grow between his parents, to the point were they could barely stand to be in the same room together without being at each-other’s throats (i mean they usually were at each-other’s throats but the vibe was more venomous than out of sense of competition), so much so that their music wasn’t in harmony anymore, just, like, total dissonance

The arguments got so bad that Silver started spending most of his time with the muse of music, Mephiles, to get away from the fighting. But then Silver overhears that he plans to take over and rule over all arts by himself.

He ran to his parents to tell them what happened and, thinking quickly, the two muses made the decision to hide the castle along with their instruments, telling Silver the key to finding it again just in case something went wrong while they were confronting Mephiles, telling him to get as far away as possible and hide so that, no matter what happens, Mephiles won’t find out the castle

To hide, Silver used his whistle to hide inside a mirror and has been stuck inside for millennium since, stuck in eternal silence for fear of being found. He doesn’t know what happened to his parents but hopes that one day they’ll find him and set him free

…2000 years after he hid inside the mirror, it’s found by two girls with beautiful music

More stuff for my God`s Favorites AU a bits of lore under the cut

As the name of AU "Gods favorites" says (and also it a bit obvious in their designs) all of them are blessed by some kind of godlike entities Sonis is blessed by Light Gaia (of course he is) and Tails is blessed by Dark Gaia (it also call out to my Dark Gaia fan lore where it created kitsunes and vampire bats and gifted werebeast forms to them) while Knucles wasn't blessed but happen to be a host to Chaos also Shadow is a full half god entity since in this AU Black Doom counts as cosmic godlike creature soooo

So about Sonic and Tails by themselves they can't activate their bigger and stronger forms aka werehog and magical fox form but they can lead their powers to each other to do so

Corrupt Gods AU

an au where basically Sonic is Tails' actual dad but tails is cursed with bad omens since he was a child

sonic has to go back to his past with his relationships with the gods to try and figure out a way to cure tails from his curse

Sonic is a demi-god and thats how he knows all these gods, they use to treat him just like he was an actual god but one day he got turned into a werehog and he fell in love with a mortal

long story short beauty and the beast style without the kidnapping and stuff (the love stuff breaking the curse)

blah blah blah he was given the choice of being among gods or with his love

he chose love

Tails was cursed with bad omens unintentionally from Silver who was just sent to check on Sonic and accidently spread his power onto an unborn fetus, Tails always brought bad luck wherever he went, causing him to not be popular among his peers and due to his extra tail he was labelled as "cursed"

All i have so far for the gods are

Knuckles - God of the Echidnas

Amy - Goddess of Strength

Shadow - God of Death

-he doesnt like being out that much so he hides away with silver and blaze to not cause havoc

-him and knuckles are ex's lol

Silver - God of Bad Fortune

-is technically dead/ is a ghost

-was alive at some point but he got murdered by Whisper and was made into a ghost

Blaze - Goddess of Destruction

-meditates a lot to get things under control

Here are the major gods from my upcoming one-shot, in order of most powerful/older god to the "weakest". None of them are weak because as major gods they're the most powerful of all of them, but there's still an order.

Gods are wished into existence and grow their powers by mortals’ wishes and prayers. If a god cannot answer too many prayers due to a growing need, another god may be wished into existence to share the load.

Banira was the first ever god and for the longest time, the only one. She is nature, weather, night and day, inner peace. At first, she was everything, but other gods came with time. She’s still the most known and widespread prayed god, though she is usually prayed to for gentle winters, plentiful hunts and gathers, and sometimes to help with inner turmoil, though the last one isn't quite widespread and only used in clans who mainly worship her.

Rozu is about all kinds of love and following one's heart. She's rarely if not never a tribe or clan's main god, but most if not all people have at least once prayed to her to solve a dispute, get the courage to talk to someone, to have a pregnancy go well, and all these prayers people don't quite admit to make her the second most powerful god.

Shiruba is the last of the four to have appeared, as a mix of all three existing gods (Shaido is the third oldest technically and also not, more on that later) with protection and justice. Wishing for a clan's survival in winter, for someone to fight off an illness while another goes to get their medicine, for someone lost in the forest to return safely, these used to be handled by other gods, but went into Shiruba's territory. He's surprisingly often a clan's main god, but usually more for the protection part than the justice. One could say he's the god of karma.

Shaido's case is rather unique, as his purpose has changed. He was "born" as the god of strength and power... But then he fell. A god can fall and become a mortal by accident when they go into the mortal realm directly to answer a prayer, and that's what happened to Shaido (it was the first time this happened). After thirty years in the mortal realm, tragedy hit, and as it triggered the return of Shaido’s godhood... Strenght and power felt like such useless things, his mind never considered these. And with his mortal years changing him and the tragedy hitting and making him know of such painful visceral emotion as loss and despair... He became the god of loss and grief. Disappearing for so long and changing his purpose kinda cancelled a lot of the power he had since he didn’t get the prayers and all, which made him weaker for a moment, but mortals sure know of loss, so it didn’t take long for him to become a major god again, though his purpose being "younger" and the slight reduction of the amount of prayers he gets keeps him as the fourth major god for now. He is prayed to at funeral ceremonies, and often after one's death, or just any situation where one needs to grieve. His connection to mortal emotions has made him a lot more empathetic, and he's the god that has gone into the mortal world for direct intervention the most, usually for someone so grief-striken they're unable to get better despite their best effort (the most well-known case of a mother who had lost her very young child). He cannot take the grief away, but sometimes his answers give the last boost needed to start the road to recovery. Anyone who has seen Shaido (and therefor had a direct intervention from him) report an overwhelming sense of comfort and warmth.

THE MAKING OF BRONZE THE HEDGEHOG:

Bronze and We Have the Sky were always kind of hand in hand. When I first conceptualized WHTS, I knew that I wanted to give Silver a sibling to act as the gateway into the messed up implications of the future. Since Silver’s parents were always intended to be with the Ascendancy, it kind of made sense to make this little sibling character someone living on the outside.

You would think that I spent a lot of time trying to come up with this mystery sibling, but you’d be mistaken. I drew her first design on the same page as the original Ascendancy outfit, and she kind of just stuck.

Here we have the original designs! Created on January 14th 2024.

Kinda rough around the edges huh. Here are some of the key differences between the two.

Clearly, a lot has changed between now and then. But her central idea has always been the same. It took a little while before we landed on her final design. Her quills got bigger, she got her pigtail-style quills, the headphones disappeared, and for a while, she didn't even have her comically large zipper. Here's some screenshots I found from other concept art.

This piece of concept art is in the end what cemented her into the character design we have now. Her sleeves are part of the bodysuit here, which changes to be a vest with a shirt underneath it, but isn’t too far removed from the current design.

Hilariously, this was done before Dr. Foam was designed. Dr. Foam didn’t have a design until about halfway through Chapter 4 in May of 2024, so in this piece of concept art for the finale in the future, he was not only a girl, but some kind of raccoon. And, didn’t have a chao; instead, had a little Gemerl like robot assistant. That was changed to the chao, because the Chao is significantly smaller and inconspicuous. And thats how we landed with her current design!

But thats just her design! What about her personality?

She was originally going to be quite a bit more serious, to match the fact that she was intended to be older and supposed to be a little edgier. I mean, look at those headphones and piercings. But, when it came time to write, I wanted to juxtapose Silver’s slightly more serious demeanor with her childish, silly side, and ultimately made her 12 and softened her design. She still has the earrings, but they’re smaller and more girlish. Her personality was cemented in March though, and has more or less remained the same since.

So, concluding thoughts? Happy birthday Bronze, we’ll see you again soon. :)
