Patience

Romans 12:12

"Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer."

We suffer from the challenges of this world and trauma from our childhood. This trauma leaves a scar on our minds and can cause friction within our loved ones who are there during the healing process. Triggers that activate the trauma may cause our loved ones' patience to be tested in many ways, and frustration can result from losing that patience. Do not lose heart and pray without ceasing for their recovery. God can heal immediately, but when long-suffering is endured for healing. Don't stop praying.

James 5:11

"As you know, we count as blessed those who have persevered. You have heard of Job’s perseverance and have seen what the Lord finally brought about. The Lord is full of compassion and mercy."

Our God's loving mercy endures forever. He is a God that restores all things taken away from us, in spirit and within our minds. We know that he makes everything work together for the good of those who love Him and are called according to his purpose for them. What the enemy intended to destroy you with will be turned around to help those who have and are suffering similarly to what occurred to you.

Through Jesus Christ, we can connect with God the Father. However, in Jesus, we can relate to God in the flesh. He suffered as we suffer. He walked through similar challenges we face today and suffered great emotional and mental anguish. From early childhood, being chased down to be killed as an infant, the feeling of losing a dear friend, and the great distress and high emotional state he was in Gethsemane. We all suffer, but that pain connects us, and we can give empathy because of that pain.

Father God, I thank the readers for taking time off from their busy schedules to read this message of hope in their time of healing over themselves or their loved ones. May your presence be magnified in their place of prayer and worship so that peace may overcome the anxiety over the circumstances. There is nothing you cannot heal Father, and we pray for restoration of the body, mind, and spirit to be realigned into the design you made this loving individual to be Father. Be gloried in their story of how you moved mountains on their behalf and shook all the trauma, and pain and replaced it with rejoicing and dancing.

I pray this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, Amen.
