Some ideas and things you can do to romanticise the Spring season 🫧˚˖𓍢ִ໋🌷͙֒✧˚.🧚🏻♀️.
Spring Wardrobe - Spring is the perfect time to start integrating new pieces into your wardrobe. Long flowing dresses, maxi skirts, pretty blouses, milkmaid dresses/shirts, rompers, dungarees, mini skirts, cami’s and so much more. Make sure to add a pair of new Spring pumps (Mary janes are perfect) and some pretty floral hair bandanna’s and flower crowns in there too. Pastel pinks, yellows, blues, greens and white fit perfect for this time of year, along with patterns and materials like floral print and lace 🩰
Change your eating habits. Put away the comfort food from winter and indulge in the delicious delicacy’s of Spring. Fresh fruit and vegetables can make endless recipes for Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner, sweet things like Oatmeal, Honey, gelato and any particularly sweet fruits are perfect for this time of year 🍒🥗🍵
Consume Spring media 💐 The media you consume affects your mood, consuming uplifting Spring content will not only make you feel happier in yourself, but will also make you look forward to and romanticise the season more. I have a list of Movies, TV shows & books you can consume in Spring that I will be uploading shortly ☀️
Read Spring books. There are SO many out there, classics are perfect for this time of year but any whimsical, forest-core, fantasy story’s like “The Hobbit” or “The legend of King Arthur” are perfect too 📖
Listen to classical music, movie soundtracks and pretty instrumentals whenever you are doing any of the following activities (I find it helps romanticising a lot! 🎶🌷)
Have a picnic outside - Bring a wicker picnic basket, beautiful picnic blanket, fancy plates and cutlery and have a picnic fit for a countryside princess outside, either at the park or in a field. Wear a big sun hat to keep shaded from the sun and be sure to bring the essentials (Princess picnic food can include miniature sandwiches, scones, cookies, cakes & cupcakes, fruits like strawberries, cherries and apples, any snacks you can think of, lemonade and sweet iced tea) 🌷
Host a Tea Party (either indoors or outside) Set a table with all your finest dinnerware pieces, wear a floaty dress and white gloves, and use your most precious Teapot to pour fruity and sweet flavoured teas into any delicate teacups you can find. You can even make this Bridgerton inspired and have a high-tea esque party. With cookies and strawberry shortcake, cupcakes and miniature sandwiches. Make sure to set the table with a pretty tablecloth, fresh flowers and napkins/fine cutlery for yourself or your guests. Play some classical music and enjoy 🫖
Go berry/fruit picking. This time of year is perfect for Strawberry, Cherry’s & fruit picking in general. Wear a big straw hat, a long dress and don’t forget to bring your basket with you to collect the fruit in 🍓
Visit a flower field 🌸 💐 this time of year, flowers are in full bloom. Wear the most beautiful dress and a flower crown, so you are ready to twirl in the flower fields to your hearts content 🌷
Bake new Spring recipes. There are SO many Spring/Easter baking ideas on Pinterest. Have a look at any and compile a list of Bakes you want to try this Spring season 🍰
Cook new Spring recipes, you can even incorporate any new foods you have tried into the recipes and be sure to write them down in your recipe book 🥧
Make flower crowns! You can use fresh flowers or fake flowers, some wire or plain headbands. Get creative with them, use flowers, gems, lace, ribbon (this is a lovely activity to do with friends outside) 🌸
Press flowers (Such a Spring fairy activity!) any wild flowers you find (preferably dying or damaged) take them home and press them in a heavy book
Go on Forest Fairy walks. Explore your local forests, parks, meadows in the most vibrant green and pink dresses, wear flower crowns and just be one with nature, listen to fairytale music and take in the wildlife and nature around you 🧚♀️
Decorate your bedroom/space for Spring. This can be as simple as changing the bedding or by going all out and re-decorating your room completely. Fresh flowers, fake plants, cottage-core illustrations of animals look lovely too 🌷
Celebrate Easter like a Spring princess (really get into it this year) enjoy a beautiful Spring breakfast, paint eggs, eat chocolate, do some Easter bakes in the kitchen, make Easter Sunday a special day for you 🐣
Journal/Sketch/Paint - Painting outside is one of my favourite things to do, and you could even set up your easel/painting supplies in a garden or local field and paint the scenery 💐 Journalling all about your pretty Spring days can be uplifting and I find that sketching illustrations of Flowers, woodland animals and just Nature in general makes me feel so at ease any time I do so 🦢
Visit historical places like castles, botanical gardens and garden centres. These places are always abloom in Spring. Most of these places offer café’s and afternoon tea’s too! 🌸
Visit a cute Café for afternoon tea 🫖 (Make sure to wear a pretty outfit!)
Go frolicking in meadows. Roll down hills and twirl in flower fields 🌼
Feed birds and take time out to Spend time with nature and wildlife 🐰

PAC: Lunar Eclipse - General Messages
Sup y'all, I'm back for the second round of my PAC marathon happening before the end of October! I wanted to pull some guidance from this lunar eclipse season, especially since it's felt very energetically heavy since the last full moon. All three piles are going through some stage of great transformation taking place -- just in time for Scorpio season.
To assist me, I've consulted three red dragons, known in the deck as Watcher dragons, to help you choose your reading. I like Universal Dragon oracle as an "energy" deck by embodying the traits each dragon represents through meditation practice, and these red dragons specialize in guiding through important life transitions. If you prefer to choose intuitively by color, I've also added three gemstones for your piles below:

Please be gentle with yourself at this time, pile 1. You're in need of a soothing kind of support. This could be a turbulent time to deal with purging out any negativity from your past. You may get reminders of some old issues which return out of nowhere to grab your attention. Even if occasional, you may need to remind yourself that you will be okay.
Be open with giving yourself comfort, or letting others baby you a little bit when you're feeling down. The King of Pentacles could be you or someone else, but this is the profile of somebody who is generous and aims to please. Embodying Venusian energy, this King wants you to feel at rest and does not mind offering tasty fruit or a warm blanket to cheer you up. Sitting next to the Four of Cups, it may be emphasizing that you need to allow yourself the chance to receive this care.
If your issue is related to a partnership, going out and spending time with friends or even on your own may be a better way to take it easy, instead of trying to work out anything now. This is not the exact time or place to be settling out bigger issues in your relationships unless it's urgent. They'll show up on their own time anyway. This reading wants to focus on maintaining your emotional well being. If this is not relationship but involves a situation in the present, then step away as much as you can and be as kind and patient with yourself as possible.
The key here is to maintain self awareness when these strong emotions move through you, that's what the Knowledge dragon wants you to know. "Knowing is half the battle." There may be a strong pull to making the kind of choices that can lead to major growth in your life path, but although new events and alliance are waiting ahead of you, the lunar eclipse is a golden opportunity to just purge and completely release whatever trauma based feelings are trying to hold you back.
You could be particularly affected by the phases and placements of the moon. Check your natal chart to see and compare the transiting moon with yours, see how the moon makes contact with other planets as it moves through each of the signs. If you're interested in brushing up your studies, whether astronomy or astrology, this is a very good time to glean a lot more insight than normal. It's easier to learn lessons when you're in a state of ease.
(extra note: I see multiple fruits in your pile: the apple stained glass, cherry quartz, pomegranate, and the berries the blue jays are holding. Fruits can be a reference to eating healthy snacks, or an emphasis on romance. These mood swings may feel intense, but they will yield fruit for you. Please take it how it resonates for you.)

Hey pile 2, you picked one of my favorite cards in this dragon deck! I love how the light in the tree hollow resembles a portal. The energy of the Retrograde card looks to be the very opposite: all the colors of nature are drained, and all that's left are structures of near perfect symmetry and order. It's almost like you're the figure in the Retrograde card who's actually looking back and choosing to leave behind the old structure for the new and unknown with nervous enthusiasm., but not without wistfulness.
This is something you've likely sensed would happen and now that the predicted situation is at hand, things must change quickly to adjust. It reminds me of movies where the character is watching something like a building fall or a ship sink, but they have an escape pod where they can be safe with family. In these movies, the character always takes another look back to remember all the good and bad times that made it so special. The character wants to stay in that space forever until the others shout "c'mon! Hurry up!"
It's understandable that when we sense a big change is underway, we take time out to appreciate the good times had. There's a difference, though, between simply being nostalgic by enjoying memories, and the fear based resistance of walking towards whatever lies ahead. You may have recently gone through a deep shadow work period where some of your anxieties were brought to light and dealt with. You're nearing the end of this difficult cycle, however, so give yourself the chance to breathe a little before moving on.
When the next chapter comes, it may happen rather quickly. That's why the Six of Cups and Lepidolite want you to take a step back just a little and heal your more gentle, imaginative, fun loving side. Read an old comic book or bake cookies, surround yourself with familiar things. This will allow you to be more flexible and resilient about encountering anything that comes next, instead of feeling worn out.
You're at a place now where you're ready to let go of an old cycle, one that kept you feeling a little stuck in the dark. Some balance is needed. Enjoying pieces of the past does not mean getting mired in it and unable to progress. If anything, sometimes it's necessary to take a step back to move two steps forward, like when we watch a movie twice and see new things we hadn't noticed during the first watch. Bring the best from the past with you. When the time is right, don't be afraid to not run, not walk, but to step carefully into the portal.
Pile 3: Emergence Dragon + Lapis Lazuli

Overwhelmingly, pile 3, I'm seeing that you're getting the green light to go ahead and embark on your next path. Notice all the teal color in your oracle cards? It's a popular color in hospitals as it provides a gentle contrast to healing that could be painful and frightening for patients. I initially imagined someone wading through a dark sewer only to approach the light of the other side. In the Understanding card, you can see that the hooded figure is walking over the stream and not in it. It's as if the bridge appeared out of nowhere. And the water looks pure and flowing smooth.
Something in your external world may be pushing you along to your next journey, whether or not you're entirely ready. What is it you would like to do, or where is it you would like to go next? I feel with the Judgement card, it's talking about a specific issue or event in your life. It's less a case of throwing darts to see what will stick and more of following the path that aligns with your true self. Your life is leading you to your life path with two thumbs up.
It's as if Judgement as a card represented an intersection, where many roads of various directions diverge into one area. You must put your turn signal on and indicate where you plan to proceed next. The sooner you can get clear on which road to take, the faster your next chapter will roll out. Just make sure you're using the right signal.
The biggest hurdle to overcome will be the ever present comfort zone. A comfort zone is not something to be fought. It's a necessary part of keeping up with the body and mind. Imagine constantly taking in novel material? That's what babies do, and they speak in gurgles 'cause they can hardly stand that everything is so new! It can be overwhelming.
People aren't always meant to push themselves to miserable exhaustion like Atlas just because a life of being more relaxed and certain seems boring and less fulfilling. But at the same time, we must learn to expand past what we know and love to something fresh and exciting. Whatever goal you're seeking to start or resolve, the light is green and you have the right of way. Spend time getting clear on your choices. But don't hold back anymore!

For @nostalgiamonth's "Food" prompt. The classic Jell-O recipe book, first published in 1962 by the General Foods Corporation as far as I could find. There's no date inside my copy of it.
Powdered Jell-O gelatin was first introduced in America in 1897, as a way to make gelatin-based dishes quicker and easier to make. It's popularity soared in the 1930s with the advent of electric refrigeration, with sales peaking in 1968, after which they began a slow decline over the next two decades. As more and more women entered the work force, they didn't have time or energy to craft elegantly molded desserts and salads to show off their creativity in the kitchen, at least not on any kind of a regular basis. By the late '80s, with sales having decreased by 50% since their peak, the brand changed to marketing their product as a kid's snack, and selling it pre-made in plastic cups. I can't imagine anything more boring, so let's return to the sixties, when Jell-O briefly offered such flavours as celery, Italian Salad, Mixed Vegetables, and Seasoned Tomato to use as bases for their salad recipes. None of them lasted long, however although personally if I wanted to encase cole slaw or potato salad ingredients in Jell-O, the Italian Salad or Celery flavours sound much more appealing than adding them to a fruit flavour. So get ready to add some veggies to fruit gelatin! Mm, doesn't this Vegetable Trio Loaf look delicious?

You could also try the Barbecue Salad, which doesn't actually feature any barbeque sauce in the basic recipe, but which does offer suggestions for extra flavour!
Ingredients: 1 package Lemon or Orange Jell-O 3 Oz 1 1/4 cups hot water 1 8 oz. can of tomato sauce 1 1/2 tablespoons vinegar 1/2 teaspoon salt Dash of pepper Directions Dissolve Jell-O in hot water. Add tomato sauce and other ingredients. Blend. Pour into individual molds. Chill until firm. Place on crisp greens with mayonnaise. For extra spiciness, add any of the following before chilling: onion juice, seasoning or celery salt, cayenne, Worcestershire sauce, tabasco sauce or horseradish.

You can simply watch this brave soul who made and taste-tested a bunch of vintage Jell-O recipes in her New Joy of Jell-O Project. (Fascinating viewing, and while I'm not going to spoiler you, I will say that not all of the recipes got a complete thumbs down, some much to her surprise.)

Or there's Chicken Mousse, if you need something to serve up at your next Sunday luncheon if you want the guests never to come back.
Last, if you by now are desperate to cleanse your palette with a more fruit-based dessert dish, I offer the Avocado Strawberry Ring, since avocados seems to be a big thing right now. I'm not a fan myself, but if you like them, this recipe got a passing grade, and since the strawberries are only a garnish for the center of the ring, you can substitute any other fresh fruit of your preference. I'd think a smaller berry like blueberries or blackberries would like nice, myself. Or cherries.
And if anyone grew up on any fancy Jell-O recipes, I'd love to hear about them -- both the good and the bad.

She primarily gets around through the use of her stylish cherry red sports car. When traveling out of state, Oeno travels by plane or ferry.
Her and her sisters are natives of Delos. They played their small part in the Titanomachy- mainly supplying ships in the Olympian Navy with grapes, wine, & grain. Oeno made Santorini her home after the war.
In the mornings after taking a quick shower, she'll start off her day with sunbathing by the pool. She'll then go for a walk through the vineyard.
For breakfast she loves eggs benedict with grilled asparagus. She also loves raspberry pain au chocolat, mixed berry parfaits, an egg omelette (added with peppers & black olives) with strips of maple glazed bacon, aloo choka, as well as a BIG bowl of Golly Grains mixed berry medley cereal- whole grain flakes with dried strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries.
Despite living on opposite corners of Olympius, Oeno & her sisters have a close relationship. They keep in touch constantly and they take annual vacations to Delos where they all stay at the summer beach house they co-own.
A go-to drink for her is a glass of pinot noir. She also enjoys passionfruit juice, rosé wine, champagne, blueberry gin & tonics, appletinis, her homemade mixed berry smoothies, strawberry daiquiris, palomas, dark cherry cola, lemon-lime soda, cosmopolitans, strawberry lemonade, and mixed berry sangrias. Her usual from The Roasted Bean is a medium dark chocolate mocha frappuccino.
She's not as close to her nephew as she'd like to be.
One of her favorite snacks are merlot gummy bears. She'll typically buy a pound of them from The Luxe.
Oeno calls being a mom "the greatest job ever." Her and Pandaisia are like best girlfriends! She was a financial backer for her daughter's business Cocoa Delights. When she visits Pandaisia in New Olympus, they'll visit the newest restaurant to try before retiring to her daughter's penthouse apartment to enjoy wine ice cream and a chick flick movie marathon on TV.
She frequents the beauty salon often to maintain her shimmering golden brown highlights in her hair.
When Oeno travels to New Olympus she'll also visit her ex-husband. There was no drama between her and Záchari. They figured out that they're better as friends than spouses. In the city they'll have family dinners with their daughter in Záchari's apartment. They also talk on the phone once a week.
She repurposed her wedding ring (a cushion cut seven carat amethyst surrounded by miniature pink sapphires into a necklace, which she gifted to her daughter.
From The Bread Box she loves getting the mixed green salad with berries topped with candied pecans & extra strawberry balsamic dressing.
Oeno is a proud business owner of a wine bar called Drys & Gyalí. Various cheeses, charcuterie boards, as well as sweet and savory hors d'oeuvres are served there too. Social events like annual wine tastings, poetry slams, trivia nights, and painting workshops are hosted there as well. Aside from the location in Santorini, there's also one in Naxos & Crete- with an upcoming location in Thebes.
For other means of income she's a spokesperson for Cocktails on Ice, the alcohol infused frozen treat brand of Methe (goddess of drunkenness). She also models for/endorses Euryphaessa.
Her favorite treats from Cocktails on Ice includes the chocolate cabernet ice cream and the sorbet flavors cool as cosmo, passionfruit margarita, & strawberry white sangria.
In the pantheon Oeno is good friends with Panigýri (goddess of festivals), Trochilus (god of the mill wheel), Aegle (goddess of good health), The Nesoi, Pherusa (goddess of substance & farm estates), Apólafsi (god of enjoyment), Sponde (goddess of libations), Livádi (goddess of meadows), Eudaimonia (goddess of happiness), Kéfi (goddess of mirth), Argía (goddess of holidays), Felis (Titaness of cats), Demeter (goddess of the harvest & agriculture), Promylaia, and Eunostos (goddess of the flour mill).

Her favorite holiday is the Dionysia. The Bacchus Festival in Thebes is the craziest wildest thing she's ever been a part of. At one festival Oeno went to along with her sisters, Argía, and Panigýri, she flashed one of the theater performers on a float (with help from some liquid courage!)
For a friendaversary gift, Kéfi gifted her a dark purple Megaleio handbag. It cost 19,500 drachmas.
Oeno's all time favorite dessert is the triple berry cheesecake from Hollyhock's Bakery.
For her most recent birthday, she was gifted the Diamond Ave. jeweled strawberry clutch from Livádi.
Her last hookup was with a ballroom dance instructor, a mortal man named Phillippos.

Her lips wore the perfect shade of merlot red lipstick, her nails were manicured & painted brandy black, and her hair was styled in a sleek & straight lob. Oeno complimented her outfit with black satin platform heels, a pearl & pear garnet drop pendant necklace set in 24K gold from Euryphaessa, and a jeweled wine bottle clutch from Diamond Ave.
She thinks that her ex-husband is crazy for turning down the offer to star in his own dating reality TV show produced by Clymene (Titaness of fame & renown). If the same opportunity was offered to her, she'd say yes in a heartbeat!
Her all time favorite meal is beef pelau.
In Oeno's free time she enjoys swimming, surfing, cooking, painting, dancing, going shopping, going to the cinema, watching TV, reading, and spending time with friends.

YES DINNER PARTIES BITCHES I genuinely love dinner parties so much and I love hosTING AND FEEDING PEOPLE LIKE nobody believes me when I say that I want people to leave my home STUFFED omfg the granny in me just wants people to EAT.
Okay now that this is out of the way, the thought of cooking for seven men (who eat so much like help) does stress me out a little HAHAHAH like how much is enough? what is yummy? what kinda beverages do they want?? what about dessert and little snacks?? besties I might actually fade away, this is giving me real life stress hahahah

If the dinner party happens in winter, I'd make them the yummiest, most soul healing roasted chicken of their life. The recipe's been in my family since generations and it never dissapoints. I made it for my friends one time and they each got three portions YEAH that's how good it is
Drinks? First of all, I work at a brewery so Imma serve beer and whisky from the brewery. The kinda, god like amazing tasting beer and whisky that even snobs like me enjoy the taste of. It's genuinely so good HAHAH I'd serve that. AND local wine, because I live in the official wine region of Austria and our wine SLAPS. I'm a fruit fiend so here's an attempt
Easy Snacking:
Apples (apple cutters make this 10x easier, also can be dipped in almost anything you want, I love adding a slice of cheddar and honey on mine, favorite type is honey crisp)
Pears (same as apple, but if you just aren't an apple fan, my favorites are bosc and asian pears! both are soft, crunchy, and sweet)
Cherries (if you like "meatier" textures they're great but best to get when they're actually in season, they do have pits if that's a turn off
Grapes (for extra texture freeze them!)
Berries in general: blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, blackberries, etc (I won't lie, not my favorite due to seeds, but my siblings loves them for the seeds
Clementines/Tangerines/Mandarins (I'm gonna be so honest I can't tell the difference between the three, but any of them are better than oranges in my opinion: easy to peel and sweeter)
Pomegranate Seeds (buy them from the store and skip the hastle of cutting one)
Raw Coconut (easy snacking if you buy it precut from the store like me, otherwise it's more of a hassle. it tends to be a required taste as people tend to either love or hate it, I'd describe it as chewy and weirdly dry and wet at the same time)
Figs (I love the flavor but their mushy texture can be off putting at times, I usually have to be in the mood to eat them raw)
Lychee (maybe the least "easy" on this list but still pretty low effort, sweet but mild and not overpowering, texture is similar to a grape)
Persimmons (these are one of my all time favorites. depending on ripeness they're either crunchier with a more subtle sweet flavor, or mushier with a sweeter one (I prefer them crunchy)
Cutting Required (I use fruit cutters for many of these, but there's a variety of way you can cut them, find what works best for you):
Mango (I cute them by cutting off sides around the pit then dicing them so that it doesn't cut the skin, allowing you to bite off cubes while holding the outside(horrible explanation but if you look up how to cut one you'll see it)
Pineapple (another fruit that can be made easier by getting a fruit cutter, pineapple cutters cut out the core and make a cute spiral so it's fun to eat as well! listen, if a cutter makes it easier to eat what you like, and you have the money, get it!)
Mangosteen (don't be fooled by the name, I'd describe it as a love child of lychee and pomegranate. the outside it hard so can be a bit annoying to eat for a small fruit but in my opinion worth the pay off)
Pomegranate (if you don't want to buy just the seeds you can always cut it yourself! my sister prefers it this way)
Dragon Fruit (seedy, but a very mild flavor)
Papaya (not my favorite, but my mom could eat these for a week straight. also! the seeds are great for cooking)

Cantaloupe (my favorite melon)

i mean this in the gentlest way possible: you need to eat vegetables. you need to become comfortable with doing so. i do not care if you are a picky eater because of autism (hi, i used to be this person!), you need to find at least some vegetables you can eat. find a different way to prepare them. chances are you would like a vegetable you hate if you prepared it in a stew or roasted it with seasoning or included it as an ingredient in a recipe. just. please start eating better. potatoes and corn are not sufficient vegetables for a healthy diet.
