All dialog should serve a purpose, whether to reveal something about a character, advance the plot or set a mood. Avoid “empty” exchanges that fill space but add no value. If a conversation seems pointless or dull, cut or rewrite it.

Stardew Valley Sims 4 Generations Challenge
Original challenge by @chellplays, some revisions by @lybeuh
This is a twelve-generation challenge for all of the marriage candidates from concernedape’s Stardew Valley. This challenge is completely base game compatible with optional challenges for dlc. (Updated to at least High School Years EP)
Usual rules apply, meaning no cheats that give you an unfair advantage. Your sims do not have to look or be named after the characters in each generation. Do whatever you like!
Generation 1: Abigail
    You were raised with humble upbringings. Your dad ran a general store, while your mom was best at complaining about your “alternative lifestyle.” You left home looking to start a life free of rules and parents, and with 20 000 simoleons in your pocket, you settled down in a new city.
Traits: music lover, loves outdoors, geek (alternatively, cats & dogs dlc: cat lover; snowy escape dlc: adventurous).
Aspiration: the curator.
Career: entertainer (musician branch) or tech guru (esport gamer branch).
Goals:
Have one “quirky” trait, appearance-wise (e.g., Unnatural hair color).
Obtain at least five points in the videogame skill.
max out the rock-climbing skill.
reach at least level 5 in any musical instrument.
Complete the frog collection.
Snowy Escape dlc: climb the top of the mountain in Mt. Komorebi
Have two best friends and marry one of them.
Befriend a ghost. Alternatively, with the vampires dlc, befriend a vampire.

Overview
The "Teen Spirit Legacy Challenge" revolves around the life stages and growth of teenagers. Each generation will start with a teenage heir who faces the challenges and experiences of growing up, making choices that shape their future and the future of their family. Your goal is to guide each generation from their teenage years through to adulthood, ensuring they leave a lasting legacy for the next teen heir.
General Rules
No cheats (except for moving objects for building purposes).
Lifespan: Set to normal.
Money: Start with the initial §20,000 and use the "freerealestate off" cheat if necessary to ensure you start with the correct amount.
Mods: Mods that alter gameplay are not allowed, but aesthetic mods (such as custom content for clothes and hairstyles) are fine.
Aging: Must be turned on.
Traits and Aspirations: You can choose them as you wish, but try to align them with each generation’s theme.

Two to Tango Challenge
Two to Tango is a Sims 4 legacy challenge for occult types. In this challenge your sims will be from different occult types, in pairs like merfolk and vampire, or werewolf and alien. The goal for this challenge is simple. Each generation the heir, or main sim, will be with an occult that is not their own. The first pairing is up to your own choosing as long as they are different from one another, but each generation will have different rules and things to complete. As humans count as occult types, there should be 15 different pairings when having all occult types in your game.

This challenge will have 10 generations.
Only opposites can be married, no same occult marriages.
If you pair a human and another occult together and your heir is human, you can have the heir become another occult through whatever transformation they have to go through. They cannot be married to a human before the occult change, from human to (insert other occult), as that would go against the rules of the challenge. 
You cannot have duplicate generations, I.E. gen 1 is Vampire & Merfolk, gen 2 cannot be the same as gen 1. You shouldn’t duplicate a pairing unless you are doing the challenge twice or you don’t have all occult types.

Since I’m probably going to be posting the completed “sophont design stuff with some bits on society and culture” stuff for some of AE’s non human sophonts, I think this is a good stage to formally introduce them all.
Ghostjays: Sapient Canada jay descendants, which are usually about raven sized or so. Generally still clearly corvid like but have some traits more similar to those seen in other passerines. Have some peculiar traits (a fourth toe that can rotate backwards to give the foot a zygodactyl toe arrangement, more drongo or starling like wings, a large gape and shrike like tomial tooth on an odd shortened beak ) as adaptations for their weird highly arboreal omnivore lifestyle, but still do generally bear a solid resemblance to other corvids even if they’re very unique looking. They’re by far the least shy and most curious and intrepid of the sophonts overall, and are generally quite extroverted. They’re also among the biggest tech geeks of the bunch.
Willowdrakes: Sapient sirens, which are a clade of dragons (Astral Echoes’s dragons or, as they’re more commonly known, “griffindrakes”, are a clade of weird volant dromaeosaurs descended from Sauronitholestes). Kinda a weird blend of shearwater, owl, auk, nuthatch, and dromaeosaur appearance wise. Ancestrally pelagic omnivores that nested in temperate rainforests and coastal coniferous forests in general like marbled murrelets do, but different groups have expanded their range into a wide range of other habitats. Some are coastal, others live inland around lakes, rivers, and wetlands, and several have stuck to a largely pelagic existence. In spite of those differences, all of them are frankly obsessed with art in some shape or form (this is derived from them ancestrally doing elaborate bower construction as an important part of their courtship process). They’re also, for a lack of a better word, the most queer things on the planet (which is to say they’re exceedingly LGBTQ+ supportive on a cultural level. All of the sophonts are generally pretty supportive of it (even if some of them are still in the process of learning about it all), but willowdrakes take it to a whole new level).
Moonsprites: Lesser galago descendants, and members of a family of “Astraean lemurs” that have specialized in the direction of carnivory and became agile, arboreal or semi-arboreal mesocarnivores. Basically resemble a mix of galago, gibbon, bamboo lemur, sportive lemur, and painted wolf appearance wise. Weird arboreal endurance hunters, very comparable to arboreal painted wolves. Kinda fill the niche of elves in AE, but it’s loose. Also quite artsy, but are particularly fond of music, and several groups are frankly obsessed with gothic stuff and the whole aesthetic. Also probably highly spiritual but the religion stuff for the AE sophonts in general still needs to be figured out/worked on more.
Warrendwarves: Wallaby descendants, but I wouldn’t blame someone for thinking otherwise since they’re quite different to a lot of AE’s other macropodids. They’re basically bettongs on roids in many aspects of their appearance and ecology, but have plenty of weird elements to their physiology and ecology. They’re the other tech geeks, and have notable interest in architecture, construction and engineering (although they also like general art and are quite fond of science, something they share with the ghostjays). Being prey animals, they’re often reluctant to trust other sophonts, and a solid chunk of them are either kind of grouchy and standoffish, anxiety ridden, a bit snarky or cynical, or something between all of those. However, if you get through that shell, they’re lovable loyal tech nerds.
Brinewraith: These guys are undergoing an overhaul so I’ll add that once I finish their revised designs and whatnot.

Generation 4: E-Girl
Traits: Geek, Lazy, Materialistic

Your previous gen was very strict about all of the academics, so you wanted to lean more into technology than just books. This sim must wear comfortable but fashionable clothes and wear intense makeup. They must complete the career and aspiration. They must have a very nice game room and require having the more views video station and the drone. Must stream as often as possible and upload a video every day. Must max the programming skill and max fame.

Your previous gen was all about the newest tech, but you weren’t really a huge fan of all the electronics and wanted a more rustic way of living.
