the old bakery house foundry cove willow creek wip

continuing the remake of the foundry cove neighborhood in willow creek into an industrial worker's hood zone, i made this building as a squat.

a long time ago, it used to be a bakery, then it got converted into a sweatshop when foundry cove began its decent, and then it was abandoned. now it's occupied by three squatters who are wild party-throwing sims and form a throuple.

the interior is done too but i'm lazy with taking pics :D

it was hard to match it into the background because there are some weird sheds around this area of willow creek, and they look like a mix of barn and industrial styles, and i only wanted to keep the industrial part.

also a very old build, i made it for some of my first ts4 sims ever, and remade it countless times since then. this is my favorite version.

It's Annie's first Winterfest and Summer's invited her over to hang out. Gift exchange is common so Annie gifts Summer a book she stole from the library. Summer will never know as she scratched off the part on the inside back cover which was stamped "Property of Willow Creek Archive"

Eddie Finch inherited this gas station from his father and with the help of his wife he even opened a diner. Now that she's gone he and the diner are in ruins - can he and his son Addam save the family business?

foundry cove willow creek wip

lil wip for the foundry cove in willow creek, another neighborhood i'm remaking.

not that much to see yet as i'm trying to coordinate the lots with eachother while also finding a style that suits the kind-of-trashy-industrial-hood vibe i want aand also blends with the surroundings - it's too much at once but it's fun

the building is the Coryell's Court apartments, a real building in Seattle which appears in the 90's grunge-era movie Singles, that i love.

i built it a looong time ago, but i still have it in my game because it turned out nice. it was in another neighborhood, but i thought it'd really fit in here, and i'm in love with how it did.
