The wonderful @aatticsaltt contacted me and helped me work out a new listing for mini-comics! Sort of a first for me. Working on this was wild, but rewarding! Figuring out the setting, background-character designs, and smaller details was a super fun learning experience.

This is a comic based on the first chapter of this support!deku fic, which I highly recommend you read if you want a good slow-burn! The first chapter is possibly my favorite, starting the story off with great imagery and consistently good characterization. There are a lot of feel-good and funny moments throughout the fic, as well as some absolutely gut wrenching scenes (and many more of both to come). Please check it out!

And just as a side note about Salt: I’m so grateful to have been given the opportunity to work with her and have her as a friend. It’s been an incredible pleasure.

Oh don’t mind me, it’s just 1 am and I am once again thinking about how throughout the show Lena is constantly Kara’s grounding tool and and let’s her show the vulnerable side of her and keeps Kara from just going “full supergirl” and reminding her that Kara Danvers is important too.

#my hero academia #boku no hero academia #bnha #bnha fanart #mha fanart #izuku midoriya #deku #todoroki shouto #bakugou katsuki #kirishima eijirou #soul eater au #my favorite hobby: making soul eater aus for my favs in every show i watch #okay so both todoroki and kirishimas weapon forms are inspired by some weapons already in tbe show #cuz i dig em #todoroki is a pair of gauntlet-like gloves that are hot/cold similar to Kilik's fire/thunder pots #and kirishima is a giant broad sword similar to crona's demon sword ragnorok #but i think their resonance moves are really where the creativity can come from!!#i would really love for one of bakugo and kirishimas resonance moves to be sending explosive shockwaves thru the ground #todoroki being massive gauntlets i thought were a cool way to blend the half hot/half cold with izuku's combat intensive style w his fists #anyway i could go on for hours #also fuck drawing swords who told them to be so annoying with perspective #westy doodles
