I have absolutely no problem watching a couple of silly 30-second ad segments that are clearly jokes poking fun at sponsorships if it means that someone as genuine, hilarious, and kind as Jacob Wysocki gets $100k

Are folks genuinely upset about the LinkedIn sponsorship?

Because what I saw was Dropout doing bits for a sponsorship in order to Robin Hood $100k from LinkedIn to Jacob Wysocki.

I'm not sure how anyone gets mad at that.

My best friend and I have a secret passcode that only the two of us know so that when one of us dies, the other can hold a ouija board session with friends who don’t know the passcode in the hopes of the dead one communicating said passcode from the great beyond, hence proving the possibility of communication from beyond the grave

#and I just think that everyone should do something like this #if you don’t have a passcode to communicate from beyond the grave are you even best friends #my best friend and I have been friends for ten years this September #and we intend to be talking to each other after death too #I was inspired by Houdini and his wife #we have pledged never to use a ouija board until one of us dies and it’s time for said session #I’m skeptical of ouija so we may try other methods as well #the password is completely random and weird so that nobody can just guess it #even knowing us super well wouldn’t give anyone any hints as to what the passcode is #we’re considering telling a third friend just in case two of us somehow die at the same time #anyways #just felt like saying this cuz it’s a fun and silly little thing #oboe rambles
