Nike’s recent announcement of its Swoosh platform makes a stride further into the metaverse space to construct a powerful metaverse community. Every passing day sees the metaverse reach new levels. The next significant thing that will change the vibe of the digital world is now commonplace technology with organizations such as Nike and Adidas, as well as outstanding game stars such as Manel Kind of Candy Crush and other entries into the Web3 universe.
Metaverse complements innovations, for example, blockchain, IoT, gaming VPN, and 3D visualization, by producing a vivid visual encounter.
“One of the main reasons we started G4AL was because we truly believed and witnessed the metaverse and blockchain to be the next big thing, especially for the next generation of gaming.” “With G4AL, we aim to fully capitalize on the advantages of hosting games within the metaverse or blockchain, such as ownership, decentralization, increased engagement, and an immersive experience,” says the G4AL team.
Yet, what’s the publicity, and for what reason is the metaverse getting such a lot of clout? Will it exist along with current game formats? To know more about this, let’s first talk about the metaverse and how it drives cutting-edge gaming.
What is the Metaverse?
a common online community that unites individuals internationally to interact, engage, and participate. Organizations of today are developing their projects to use next-generation technologies like 3D reconstruction, AI, blockchain, and more to make the metaverse more powerful.
Persistency makes the metaverse tick the most. This implies that it remains accessible even after a player has wrapped up using the gaming platform for a meeting. It likewise excites gamers by offering a virtual environment for the digital imitation of our real world. On metaverse gaming platforms, players can have experiences that are strikingly similar to reality. Using haptic gloves and jackets, users can interact with other players, trade virtual products, and touch virtual items.
In-game items in the metaverse have a monetary value. It suggests that players can earn by exchanging their digital products involving NFTs in the metaverse.
The evolution of online gaming
Gaming before the Metaverse: Players loved multiplayer games before the advancement of blockchain-powered games. In any case, blockchain is generally modifying how online games are played. The expected cases in NFTs and digital currencies astound gamers, with capabilities such as the ability to tokenize in-game items and sell them for digital money. Players can either sell their assets or hoard them until they get prizes from the platform, depending on the unique rules of the games. Those with an inclination for pay-to-play and digital currency spaces are the ones who have lauded the success of NFT games across the globe. These games acquired popularity in addition to the yield, given the phenomenal visual depiction of real objects and the dazzling style.
Gaming after the Metaverse: Metaverse games are the result of the gaming industry’s new progress. Players are turning to Web3-based games to experience cutting-edge gaming, and businesses are currently concentrating on decentralized projects because the future appears to be moving in that direction.  In-game ownership and game economies continue to be important factors when developing metaverse and Web3-based games, as seen in the upcoming title Elemental Raiders.
Consolidating components like the battle pass from Fortnite and Battle Royale while making a sustainable, controlled, and long-haul financial model inside play-to-earn games, all while zeroing in on the actual gameplay experience, remains a foundation to zero in on. G4AL, for example, is doing just that by allowing an extension between free-to-play and play-to-earn through their game pass features, allowing users to earn when they want. To play games together, gamers can team up, welcome their friends, and take part in interaction inside the Web3 economies or metaverse. Because of the interoperability of these platforms on the metaverse, gamers can also move their virtual goods between spaces with minimal modification.
What kind of technology allows the gaming metaverse to grow?
Because of ongoing metaverse advancements, video game developers have been preparing to tackle significant game formats.
Metaverse uses cutting-edge technologies like blockchain and AI to make more vivid games. Here are some of the fundamental tools that are used to make a gaming metaverse:
Virtual reality and augmented reality systems: The primary innovations driving the formation of the metaverse are augmented reality (AR) and virtual reality (VR), which give a completely vivid and exciting 3D experience. AR uses visual parts and characters to change the real world into a virtual one. The framework is viable with mobile phones and other digital gadgets, permitting users to have a vivid encounter anyplace they go.
Digital currency and the blockchain: Building decentralized metaverses is made more accessible with blockchain innovation. Features like digitally showing possession, transferring value, collecting digital assets, and interoperability is made possible. Since digital currencies depend on an actual currency, they can be used to execute business in the metaverse, a vivid 3D environment.
Internet-of-Things (IoT) networking: The IoT permits the metaverse to gather data from this present reality and set it to good use. It connects the metaverse with different actual devices, permitting virtual things to adapt their behavior because of environmental variables like temperature and humidity.
3D model reconstruction: Apart from the knowledge of 3D technology, the COVID-19 pandemic has decisively expanded the frequency with which 3D reconstruction is performed. Numerous real estate organizations have started using virtual visits to better show their properties to prospective purchasers. Being a new concept, the metaverse has been using 3D recreating to upgrade the experience of other existing innovations.
Conclusion
Many firms have delivered cutting-edge gaming frameworks while the metaverse is still in its early stages. Such pioneering efforts, such as Decentral and Sandbox, can be expected to follow comparative efforts from major internet organizations such as Microsoft and Facebook. That is the reason we’ll see a far superior metaverse not long from now.

I swore to myself I'd never redesign the black mask fit because I think it's perfect the (horrible) way it is but then I got bored and had an idea.

I was thinking about Joker being the person Futaba feels most comfortable around and how he’s immediately very protective of her, and urges her to take chances and bond with the others while telling her he’ll be right there for support.
And then I thought back to the beginning of the game and I just wonder if he related to Futaba at all. He didn’t start off the confident leader that he became. He was angry and indignant, yes, but also quiet and hurt. Zoned out and disoriented and passive, even catching himself wondering if what he did was right after all, if this is the cost. He tries to delete the Metaverse app multiple times, outright refusing the call of anything abnormal, because he is trying so so hard to be normal. It doesn’t work. Everyone hates him and doesn’t even give him a chance to explain. They intentionally outcast him. His hands shake when he has to sign his name. Morgana implies he hasn’t been eating well. Attempting to study while students are whispering rumours over his head gets him very little Knowledge - it’s mostly Guts.
He urges Futaba to bond with his friends because he actually tried to isolate himself right at the very start, and honestly? Where would he be if he hadn’t had that support or direction; if Ryuji and Morgana and Ann hadn’t shoved their way into his life?
Ren’s managed to help people because of the Metaverse and Joker, but where would he be as well without the Metaverse and all it gave him?
He might not have had as much of a reason to bond with Ryuji. He would’ve been alone. He felt helpless and unable to change his situation, and without his awakening, he likely would’ve remained feeling that way - aimless and without a capacity to voice his outrage against this injustice.
He keeps his head even lower. It doesn’t work. He zones out more. A teacher is hurting the students. A girl jumps. He watches the aftermath bitterly, and can’t do a thing. The teacher doubles down until he can’t even breathe without someone commenting behind his back. He’s a criminal. He’s dangerous. The school should kick him out. He can’t focus. His test scores drop. The school should never have taken him in. Lost cause. He should just disappear. Maybe something happens one day. He finally snaps, gets into an actual altercation, gets suspended. Maybe he just can’t take the whispers or his own helplessness anymore. He stops going to school. He stops leaving the attic.
Sojiro ends up with not one, but two hikikomori, and is left completely at a loss for what to do.
He keeps making curry.

So gay/Lesbian marriage is not legalized in Japan yet, but they aren't completely opposed to LGBT couples
There's tons of discussion on why Atlus should allow gay romance in the Persona games. I agree. I saw one saying the implementation of a gay romance in Persona 5 could even fit in with the "rebelling against society" themes.
Akeshu/ShuAke scenario I imagine where they decide to get married but since it's not legalized in Japan they just go "🤷‍♀️, Okay, then, if we can't get hitched in the real world, we're doing it in the cognitive world."
Or short version: AKESHU METAVERSE WEDDING OUT OF PURE SPITE FOR THEIR COUNTRY'S LAWS.
Morgana thinks this is a reckless idea, "Did you two forget how dangerous the Metaverse is? What, do you think the Shadows will just obediently attend and sit in the audience? Not to mention how long this is going to take, I hope you're okay with a speed run wedding if you don't want to run into the Reaper."
They ain't listening! Well, Goro might rethink some things since he is pretty logical (for the most part). Joker though gives zero effs, yeah, that's nice Mona, but we literally don't have many options, WE ARE TYING THE KNOT AND WE ARE DOING IT HERE!
We are crashing the depths of Mementos and saying our vows before the Holy Grail, Yaldabaoth can be the Preacher, we are doing this, NO 👏 IS NOT 👏 AN OPTION 👏.

There's something absolutely ironic and even compelling to me about the domino effect regarding Akechi and Sae's interactions. Akechi had to deceive everyone, including his coworkers. Sae in particular was closely tied to the investigations of the crimes he was committing, so of course appearing as non-threatening or even annoying as possible to her was in his best interests.
However, his petty but arguably feeble masquerade is what led to his cognitive self in Sae's brain presumably being easy for the Phantom Thieves to tie up? He was too good at deception and it led to Sae's perception of him being sopping wet cat, which was easy for the Thieves to subdue, so the threatening, real Akechi wouldn't stumble upon Sae's cognition of him as he went to murder Joker.
I know people usually discuss Shido's cognitive Akechi and the implications regarding Akechi's presentation of himself and his layers of deception, but Sae's is the direct contrast to Shido's, and it's very interesting to look at how being a petty little asshole to your stressed out hot lady coworker about her skincare routine can also contribute to her thinking of you a a nuisance at best (until it was almost too late for everyone involved, but hey, it worked out for the best? I think).
I love the layers of Akechi's deception because he was cunning to a fault. Sometimes I wish we could have seen how the Thieves interacted with Sae's cognition of him, because both Sae and Shido had a very biased perception of him, and it makes me wonder who really knew Akechi at all. I'm rambling here, but it's been on my mind for ages. I would love to see if her cognitive Akechi changed after 11/20, considering he went from annoying junior detective to a dangerous murderer in just one day for her, and she doesn't remember any of third semester or even 12/24 when he was there.

Every antagonist in P5 was focused on order and control, so post-game idea: Goro has to fight against chaos.
Imagine the character with an ability called Call of Chaos struggling with a metaverse threat trying to drag him down further into chaos. Post-rehab, still going to therapy, and now there's some other entity in the cognitive world trying to force him to give into the Call. Said entity is even using Call of Chaos itself on peoples shadows and Goro has to prove it isn't him doing it. All the while Akira is seeing the news and starts suspecting Goro's alive because of it and becomes determined to hunt him down.
With Goro in the end gaining total control over the Call, as well as finally having control of his own life.

pulps law is that whenever i get insane enough about something, i will inevitably attempt to make a persona 5 au, regardless of whether or not i am successful at it.
#pulp speaks#anyways guys youre never going to guess what au ive been thinking of lately .#i know the correct way to go about this is make sidestep the main character but you see#i will not be doing that. and actually in fact i will not be following the storyline of persona 5 in the slightest. because lol#but morgana exists in this au purely because i dont think the others would survive without him explaining what the metaverse is 💀#the rangers are a team of detective for the public sector in this au#and dr mortum is an unassuming everyday scientist that should not peak the rangers interest in any way. at all#in the video game that exists in my head the player can pick between playing julia or ricardo#it doesnt change the storyline that much but it does make the character relationships funky so#in my head chen is best friends with julia and argent is best friends with ricardo#chen and ortega stumble into the metaverse together so if you pick julia its two best friends in a life or death situation#but if you pick ricardo its your sisters best friend+kinda your boss in a life or death situation which personally i find extremely funny#regardless of which ortega you play with the other one doesnt know about the metaverse until id say like. the end of the first palace? beca#use thats when they start getting suspicious#and because this is ortega they follow them and find out about the metaverse that way#i dont think they become a phantom thief but i think they do end up covering the others asses irl#dr mortum still isnt actually a doctor but i think theyre the one providing medicine to them at the start of the game#theyre extremely wary of the rangers at the start and ortega can barely convince them to sell them things which they still charge-#-extremely high over. i think the turning point comes when they discover the metaverse because holy fuck they are So excited about it#both because of the implications and what the metaverse could be used For#chen is not thrilled about letting them know this but theyre kind of their supplier so its not like he can argue#i think mortum joins the phantom thieves eventually but as a navi#obviously its in their best interest to provide everything for free now that theyre part of the team but they still have to order supplies-#-so i think the way it works out in game is that theres certain days supplies can be ordered and you have to pay for it but the items can b#-picked up at any day of the week#but also i have no idea how that would work practically (its all in my head anyway so it doesnt actually matter but yk)#theres still more thoughts about this but im ✨running out of tags✨ and also i cannot organize my thoughts enough to explain it#im not main tagging this its going to be my silly self indulgent au for eternity ok

I’m sorry why did Takaya say “I am a shadow the true self” In reference to the old evoker. Are they adding more lore to the persona series, because that’s what the whole thing in p4. Will we get an explanation on the metaverse as well. Will my headcanon on how the metaverse came to be end up shattered.
