~Galleryyuhself~ General Assistance Grant information compiled by the Ministry of Communications for The Ministry of Social Development and family Services.
One of the biggest tasks in Graphic Design is to make a very wordy document appeal to who it is meant for. In this instance the designer has done their best to keep things uniform and all the relevant information sized according to importance. Breaking up the page with a yellow and blue curtain of colour helps the sea of text. The images are place holders and generic clip art, but they are helpfully considered for each type of assistance.

~Galleryyuhself~ Yesterday I read some fake news about government’s step down program from quarantine. It turned out that the measures came from Ireland. The government’s letterhead was not used, the information was taken with skepticism. However. that got me to thinking about the types of APP’s that other countries are putting into place to deal with a post-Covid-19 world.

Example proposal for a location-based COVID-19 contact tracing app: Contacts of individual A (and all individuals using the app) are traced using GPS co-localisations with other app users, supplemented by scanning QR codes displayed on high-traffic public amenities where GPS is too coarse. Individual A requests a SARS-COV-2 test (using the App) and their positive test result triggers an instant notification to individuals who have been in close contact. The app advises isolation for the case (individual A) and quarantine of their contacts.[1]
