~Galleryyuhself~ I have started the new year with a look at the great improvement in the advetising campaign of Trinidad and Tobago Mortgage Finance Company Limited. As you can observe, the latter two images are very run of the mill graphics and typography. It may get the message across, but it is not particularly memorable. The use of attractive, personable cartoon illustrations are a much stronger and ultimately more successful choice. The images are very appealing and relatable.

One of the biggest tasks in Graphic Design is to make a very wordy document appeal to who it is meant for. In this instance the designer has done their best to keep things uniform and all the relevant information sized according to importance. Breaking up the page with a yellow and blue curtain of colour helps the sea of text. The images are place holders and generic clip art, but they are helpfully considered for each type of assistance.
