im new to naruto and the fandom so i didnt know there was some kind of war between sasunaru and gaanaru shippers. and YALL!! theres one obvious solution. naruto has two hands.

They are sweet tho!!!! ToT They were never one of my top Naruto ships but also. You don't have to hardcore ship them to know that Gaara imprinted on Naruto like a baby duckling and wholeheartedly adores him and that's great, I love that. :D

Something about the Five Kage Summit arc convinces me that Naruto and Gaara would have similar couple energy to Kakashi and Yamato.

I think the more level-headed one (Gaara and Yamato respectively), would approach moments of deep personal conflict with “I am going to be pragmatic about this,” and the person whose emotions are closer to the surface (Naruto and Kakashi) are more like, “I don’t want to be reasonable, I want to be upset!” But in a romantic relationship problem, specifically, I think both parties would role reverse.

Angstober Day 4: "Blood"

I saw a version of this with a pairing I dislike at some point, so I made it NaruGaa... I also fucking love MCR like the basic emo I am

I REFUSE to call Gaara and Naruto's ship "GaaNaru". It doesn't roll off the tongue and feels like a jumble of sounds in my mouth. Gaaruto was RIGHT THERE. IT EVEN FITS THE RULE OF SMUSHING NAMES TOGETHER.

Goodnight Kiss

''Aren’t ya gonna kiss me good night?” Naruto breathes as he laid on the bed with Gaara. He curled closer to the redhead, resting his arms and cheek on his chest. His heart beat was steady, a rhythmic pattern his own breath slowed to follow.

Both of their muscles relax in each other’s heat. Melting away the soreness from the day’s hardship. It had been a week since they slept together, a few weeks since they got together. It was still new, yet was still natural. The jinchuuriki felt at home, two foxes tucked safely in their burrow away from the world. Nothing could touch them but each other. These words were no exceptions to Gaara as he blinked.

“Goodnight… kiss?”

“Yeah… A sweet one please…? On the—“ He yawns, snuggling deeper into his arms. “Forehead please…”

The sand jinchuuriki’s gaze softened, partially understanding what his lover asked for. “A forehead kiss?”

The fox jinchuuriki hummed in response, eyes close. His boyfriend draws his hand from his hip. “I’m not familiar with that… but…” He lean in, brushing the golden hair aside and plants his lips on his forehead, letting his lips sink in before pulling away. Warmth radiate from his kiss, a wide smile crept to the blonde’s lips.

Gaara pulls him even closer with his other arm, feeling his breath on his neck and stares into his sky blue eyes that seemed to sparkle in the moonlight. He speaks softly and quietly. “Yes…. You may have as many as you want, Naruto….” As if it was a promise.

The other ninja could only chuckle and star up at him, lulled and mesmerized “Ahhh…. Gaara…” His gaze was lovestruck, beaming a lazy smile. It may have lasted a moment, but for him it was eternal bliss from never before. His first yet most treasured goodnight kiss. He would trade all his money and noodles to taste another. And to say he can get them whenever without a fee and always with love… what more could a guy as for?

Gaara’s cheeks grew warm, his heart pumping to a quicker pace. Even the cover of night couldn’t stop his sunshine from glowing brightly. The blonde presses his own sacred kiss to his bare shoulder, before flopping back to his chest. He returned it with his own small smile. The redhead yawns.

“Goodnight Gaara…” He murmurs, eyes closed.

“Goodnight Naruto…” His own eyes becoming heavy as his hand tangles itself in the golden mop of hair on the back while his chin resides on top. The sand around them seemed to swoon, slithering in circles until forming a protective yet airy cocoon around them.

have been experiencing a long period of social reclusion and having no idea what the cause is but i feel like i have figured it out after miraculously forcing myself back into "social mode" somewhat. i think it's because right now the thing i am the most insane about (naruto) is an interest that like... almost none of my friends share and the very few who have at least Read it aren't currently insane about it like i am. and the conundrum here is that i want to have friends to talk about it with and play dolls with (read: write/rp together) and infodump with. but i also can't really be like "read this 700 chapter manga which is really good for the first 300 or so chapters and then mid for most of the rest of it and a downright baffling end stretch & all this just for sasuke to name his kid Salad" with my current friends especially because i don'tthink most would be very into it... but all of my current friends are on the same autism wavelength as me & interpret things in similar ways to me. and finding new people i 100% vibe with is so hard bro. i'm already fighting a losing battle being a hardcore gaaruto truther mannnnn
