the supercomputer is able to predict which box(es) you'll choose with near perfect accuracy. it scans your brain before you go into the room and makes its prediction on what you'll choose. it's never been wrong before

your options are:

choose BOTH boxes, and take home the contents

or

JUST choose box B, and take home the contents

here's the catch

if the computer thinks you'll take JUST box B, then box B will have a million dollars in it. if the computer thinks you'll take BOTH boxes, then box B will have nothing

the computer scans you. the doors open. you're faced with your choice
