The fact that Nico knew what happened in both situations, but still asked just in case it was all a bad dream. Just in case he had a ‘normal’ mortal dream rather than a factual dream. Oh, and then he runs away in both scenes, leaving a literal trail of death behind (ironic)

What would 141 think if Soap's cousin who was in the military, who inspired Soap was a shadow? What would the shadows call him?

The cousin definitely went by MacTavish (if they’re on Soap’s father side of the family) or their Shadow number, but once the Shadows (especially Graves) realize they’re related to the one and only Soap MacTavish? They’re relentless. Everyone calls them a cleaning product (“Degreaser, come look at this!”) and they’re laughing like lunatics over every new one. They think it’s hilarious.

But then Graves comes up with something and it sticks.

“Soap’s your cuz, huh?”

“Yes, sir…”

I’m still chuckling to myself over the fact that Buck handed the guy the air freshener from his car - while discussing his playboy past with Eddie and how he’s not a player any more - the car being completely torched and unsalvageable being a metaphor for bucks dating history - but he still comes up smelling of ‘roses’ and the whole idea that new grown can be found in the aftermath of a forest fire etc - all while Eddie sees buck - to the core!!

It seriously pleases me so much when I see other people headcanonning that the Master that challenged the Toymaker was Saxon. No, general RTD vibes and old men tensimm potential or even Neil Patrick Harris making a John Simm impression is no evidence. And by narrative alone it would make more sense it was Spymaster.

But I think there's a good reason to assume it is indeed this regeneration that would think "I'm going to challenge the Toymaker to a game and either I win or count on him to be too smug to just kill me if I lose" is a good idea.
