Dungeon Meshi was such a fun watch and needless to say, I'm eagerly awaiting season 2. I had to give this sweet man a drawing, he deserves the world ♥️.

For this piece I really wanted to play with dramatic lighting, and warm lighting felt right for Senshi. I wanted him to look like he was by the fire ready to feed his hungry friends with some fresh bread.

I do think by playing with warm light and warm shadow, I begin to understand why people tell you to do a mix of warm/cold. The lighting felt a bit monotonous but in this case it gave a cozy vibe so I'll take it.
