Strawberry Funnel Cake

Funnel Cake Bites 🍩🎡

These Funnel Cake Bites are a fun and easy way to enjoy the taste of classic funnel cake in a bite-sized form. Perfect for a sweet treat or party snack!

You Will Need:

1 cup all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

2 tablespoons granulated sugar

1 large egg

3/4 cup milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Vegetable oil (for frying)

Powdered sugar (for dusting)

Instructions:

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and granulated sugar.

In a separate bowl, beat the egg and mix in the milk and vanilla extract.

Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until smooth.

Heat about 2 inches of vegetable oil in a deep skillet or pot over medium heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).

Drop spoonfuls of batter into the hot oil, frying in batches. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.

Remove the funnel cake bites with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.

Dust generously with powdered sugar and serve warm.
