🎥Disney 100 Month, Week 1: Favorite Movie (part 3)🎥

❄️Much to my surprise, I ended up loving “Frozen II” as much as the first one! The plot is amazing, the songs are incredible, and I identified with Elsa even more than in the first film. ‘Show Yourself’ literally changed my outlook on life, and that is not an exaggeration.❄️

🍂I have most of the Disney Store dolls from both films, but the ones from ‘Some Things Never Change’ are a couple of my favorites.🍂

Anyway! Here's my version of Ashton Drake's 14" singing Elsa ❄️

This is such a pretty doll, and the sculpt has lots of potential, so I focused on giving her the classic "Elsa" look, styling her hair (which apparently isn't rooted, more like sewn weft glued all around...very debatable choice since it leaves weird bumps all over the head and makes styling kinda hard) and changing her bodice!

While the round paillettes are super cute, the client requested a more dinamic look, which I achieved by cutting and glueing tiny pearlescent and sparkly multicolored rectangular paillettes, overlapped all around the bodice. It took quite a bit, but the result is worth the time, it's so shiny ✨

Did we get the tiniest, most piddly bit of "snow"? Yes. Was I going to use it as an excuse to take pics of Rose and Lira in the Frozen 2 outfits my parents got me for Christmas? YEP! XD

I did get a few lil Easter treats on Sunday 😄 I don’t like alot of chocolate so the Easter Bunny usually gives me lil something else that I’ll enjoy. I got these cool lil Frozen figures/dolls of Anna and Elsa. One set from the first movie and another set from the second movie. I think their great I love them. I did also get a tiny bit of chocolate tho of course I did get a lil basket of Cadbury Creme Eggs being I love those and I get some every year at Easter time. also my Dad came over and gave me a lil chocolate bunny as he does every year 😁 but anyway I do hope everyone had a good Easter this year too. 😃

There is currently a theory that the Frozen franchise will get a new short called "Disney Frozen Winter Festival" because of the reveal of Mattel's new doll collection. I found this image on the "serch.collection" profile on Instagram.

The phrase I found on a website talking about this collection was "Meet new collection of Disney Frozen dolls from Mattel, inspired by Disney Frozen Winter Festival", seems suspicio.

The website also has text saying that this collection will be launched in September 2024 and this image to illustrate.

Are we going to have a new short? And if so, will it be released before or during september since it wouldn't feel like such a long distance from the release of the dolls? Why are Kristoff and Sven not mentioned in this initial collection? Questions that we officially don't have the answer to, but I wouldn't complain about a new short.
