Hi! I know I haven't been on, let alone posted anything in a while but, how have you all been? What new fandoms have you discovered? Any new accomplishments or goals you'd like to share?

Since we've spoken, I graduated, had a few medical procedures done, went to Korea, had a terrible job then had an amazing job... and I only plan to keep going!

I've been writing deliciously nasty things on and off in my spare time, just... not for the same fandoms. Maybe I'll post again one day but don't count on it ahah.

super normal about the entire council but currently erinde because thats whose chapter i'm writing,,,, she was forced into an abusive relationship and was trapped for years and the only way she knew how to cope with it was to completely emotionally disconnect and stop caring about the relationship until she realized she'd be expected to bring children into it which was her wakeup call to run away and start a new life in the central empire where she hoped that she could be respected for her full worth in her new job and to actually make an impact with her life only to slowly realize that she had just ended up in a new inescapable cage while watching a child be caught in the middle of it. so she does the only thing she knows how and just emotionally disconnects again until she realizes just how bad things are and says fuck you to the council and breaks things off with them again

First attempt at drawing Gideon and Kremy went surprisingly well maybe I’m destined to become a scaly idk. You guys have no idea how hard it was finding a pose that was easy to draw with Kremy’s alligator mouth. I probably forgot like 400 fey curses I barely remembered gideons flower crown. I’m not drawing that thing but imagine the dulcet tones of the worlds greatest bard (morning Ross) playing in the background.

Guys you can’t blame me I just watched episode 15 and I was possessed and blacked out and woke up staring at this

hello hehe yes i did :) i was only going to show friends but i guess this is a good excuse to post pictures of it 🫶🏽

it’s my first ever hardcover bind so i was prepared to make a lot of silly little mistakes and this one definitely does, but i love how it turned out still, i think she’s so cute .. i’m also just happy to finish a personal project that took up so much time to make 🥹

What is powder monkeys about ? Is there a story ? What does MK do ?

Powder Monkies is an Au that I thought of after some fever dream I had with a pirate Wukong going off on adventures in his youth. So I tweaked it to be after his Sail to the West. There isn't quite a story yet, just a bit that I'm working on right now. (Fanfic in the works, drabble somewhere in the Powder Monkies tag I'd have to track it down again)

The main thing it's about is Wukong and his crew, which includes people he's picked up (or found as a baby in MKs case). They stop along a bunch of islands in their travels (Including the Port of Clouds which is the heart of the Celestial Empire run by the Jade Emperor).

MK is Wukong's current first mate and is in training to become Captain when Wukong feels like finally retiring.

Help it's 2 AM and I'm thinking a lot about how crazy the last two weeks have been for me. (Ramble under read more)

It's just been wild going from family medical issues/revelations to a new tattoo to a music festival where I got to actually hang out with the singer from a band I really like?? Without really trying?? Like my friends band was signed into the festival so it was also great to be able to see them playing on the same stage as really well known bands.

Like after their set I went over to buy a shirt from their booth (as you do) and the singer was in the booth. I mentioned that I had gone to another show they did in my area like 6 months ago. Then he just straight up signed a poster and gave it to me with the shirt I bought, then gave me one of the bands tarot cards too? Like that was wild enough, but then he and I talked about our writing we're working on and I had no idea he was writing a book or running a new DND campaign.

THEN later I was in the food area grabbing dinner with my friend and he comes over from the food truck and just goes "oh hey [my name] is it cool if I sit with you guys? So of course I say yeah, and we start talking about festival food and he's telling me about the green room food being lame (while I'm just sitting there thinking wow he's actually not just in the bus or green room all day after his set like most of the bands are) I ended up seeing him at a few other acts throughout the day and I almost got knocked into him when the pit got really energetic. But like, he remembered my name and gave me a free signed poster plus we actually got to talk several times throughout the day.

Idk it was just such an awesome experience and the festival was exactly what I needed this weekend. I got to hang out with a bunch of my friends and listen to so many great bands, talked with like 3 of them even though I didn't have a meet and greet pass, and even helped my friends band get in contact with one of them to coordinate a show together. Just wow
