Klopp is such a good person. He could've bash Henderson, or (very understandably) tell people that he's lying.
Instead, he's very graciously trying to understand Henderson's point of view. Something that Hendo didn't do.
.
So, I guess it's true that 🎵Jürgen loved him more than he will know 🎶, even though he doesn't deserve it.

Most Arsenal fans just annoy the sh*t out of me. Every time the transfer window market opens every good player will go there no matter what Bulh, Brand, Girma, Rodman, Walsh, Sveindís. sorry about venting it just drives be crazy because it’s not just one account it’s many. Btw I know Chelsea accounts are not perfect some equally annoying but never at that level of delusion and believe.
You get annoying fans tbh in all types of club supporters but you also get good groups too and I can understand where you come from . A few of those won’t go Arsenal apparently bulh is rumoured to be heading to Barca and Rodman one is a rumour that come from somewhere and girma was rumoured to be going to Lyon or Chelsea and I think somewhere else . I feel like every type of fan of a club always wants or thinks a player will come to them , I never really believe any transfer rumours until they are confirmed if that makes sense and no worries about the ranting I’m all here’s to anyone who needs a rant or someone to talk too. 💙

One dichotomy that I find intensely interesting is the divide between fans and internal transfer strategies at top football clubs.
At a base level, the views and desires of both are aligned in the sense that every top club wants big names, both homegrown and international. Signing a big name for a large amount is obviously massive and gets people talking.
Those are important signings to make as they are often made to vastly improve positions where there may be a deficit in players or the need for a particular skillset, like Arsenal signing Mesut Ozil, for example. An expensive, proven player is a necessity at times because they simply don't have an alternative to bring the team on at that time.
What's interesting is that there comes a point when clubs don't need to sign headline players at the same rate, like Liverpool after the 2018 summer transfer window, or Arsenal currently.
It's almost a post-scarcity situation where you've got your line-up settled but don't need to go and look for other top players. Obviously, both teams weren't perfect and needed and need transfers to round out the team, but by and large, the majority of transfer business could be focussed on players with potential as opposed to someone who would need to hit the ground running.
But at the same time, fans want those big names to be signed. So the desires diverge. Internally, there may not be as much of an impetus at Arsenal to buy a massive name because, all things considered, things are going well, and they've got a solid squad that covers what's needed, so they'd be looking at good squad players or more depth in positions. But the fans, at the time of writing, want a headline striker, Victor Gyokeres or Alexander Isak are names I've seen bandied about by Arsenal fans.
So there comes an impasse. The options and goalscorers Arsenal have already are all solid. Maybe some tweaks are necessary, but overall, they have a squad that is geared to play a particular way, though there's obviously tactical leeway.
But the desire for a 20 goal a season player still permeates discussion, a transfer decision that, looking at the options, doesn't appear to be that good a selection.
Ideally, what Arsenal need would be for either Gabriel Jesus to hit a patch of good form over an extended period, i.e., racking up a lot of goal contributions, or to sign a player who registers a lot of goal contributions, of which someone like Gyokeres only really hits the goals scored part of that rather than a mix of goals and assists.
Because Arsenal prefer to play possession based football, buying a poacher or more classic number 9 is risky because it leaves a gap in the number of players available for build-up play. Obviously, it's worked for Manchester City, but when there hasn't been a collection of high-quality players to make up the deficit of Haaland being primarily used as a goalscorer, their system has fallen apart this season.
In short, two of the main names currently suggested both have something that may cause Arsenal to roll the dice on developing a player rather than parachuting one in. Isak will have a prohibitive transfer fee, and Gyokeres doesn't look to be a player who's well-rounded enough to be worth signing, given the way Arsenal want to play in possession.
It's going to be interesting to see how it pans out.

can't we keep players on the same club just because they're my favorite boys to make kiss, spend time together and say they love each other?
Its inconvenient to make them long distance just because one of them "isn't fit for the club" or "not playing well" among other stupid excuses

Could algorithms be the future of football's transfer market?
FIFA’s President Gianni Infantino recently reaffirmed his position as a proponent of technology in football, re-floating the prospect of using algorithms to determine transfer fees for players in an attempt to refurbish the current model with greater transparency and regulation.
FFP regulations have not been able to keep up with the soaring levels of activity and investment in the annual windows. The past decade has produced transfer fees previously thought unimaginable. Neymar’s transfer fee of €220m upon his move to PSG in 2017 perfectly embodied this frenzy.
Part of the problem lies with the unsynchronised and dis-jointed means with which clubs value players. Many factors contribute towards unpredictable transfer prices with projected image rights, current form, performance data, and even agent’s fees muddying the waters. Despite FIFA capping the commission fee for agents at 6%, uncertainty regarding the process of player valuation remains a constant headache.
It is not, then, a surprise to see Infantino exploring methods to somewhat modulate the transfer market through unwavering algorithms. Integrity must be restored.
Technological advances in recent years, driven by AI developments, offer bountiful opportunities across the game. Time and money can be saved in scouting, for example, by using algorithms and data analysts to extract grassroot talent from the wider pool based on a club’s favoured preferences. This hurdles the tedium of endless in-person scouting sorties.
New algorithms like these may serve as regulators for the international transfer market with an automated pricing model levelling the playing field, reducing the perpetual randomness of player valuations. These steps echo the 2018 FIFA Council’s pledge to deliver a reformed transfer system package.
FIFA’s Clearing House in Paris (FCH) is aiming to develop such a system whereby it becomes the centralised authority through which all transfers are processed. If successful, we could see a stabilised transfer market built off a structured pricing strategy based on years of data. In addition, a training compensation scheme would incentivise clubs to foster young talent, further restoring integrity to football and increasing profitability across the board.
The necessity for reliable data to underwrite these algorithms, however, is central to their success. Accurate data input is the all-important ingredient for any algorithm looking to generate unprejudiced transfer values. The monopolisation of this programme by a singular body, like FCH, would ensure that such a criterion is met.
Founded by Moussa Ezzeddine, Melon Coin, an analytical company that uses data to inform decision making in sport, does just this. Melon Coin relies on a store of data that’s been collected over the past decade to give the most precise transfer valuations possible.
The algorithm relies on transfer fees, performance indicators, media visibility and characteristics to generate its findings.
Melon Coin works with sporting directors at professional clubs to advise them of market value and ensure that, working alongside their scouts and coaches, the club can use its transfer budget efficiently, without over-paying inflated transfer fees.
Infantino’s desire to move in this direction requires similar tactfulness. If done correctly, we could see the resurgence of sustainable football.
