This Lemon Garlic Dump Chicken is an easy, tasty dish that doesn't take much work. The marinade gives the chicken flavors of lemon and garlic, which makes it tender and juicy. It's great for making meals ahead of time or making a quick dinner during the week.
Ingredients: 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts. 1/4 cup olive oil. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice. 1 teaspoon lemon zest. 1 teaspoon dried oregano. 1 teaspoon dried thyme. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
Instructions: Add lemon juice, lemon zest, oregano, thyme, salt, and black pepper to a small bowl. Then mix in the olive oil. In a plastic bag that can be closed again or an airtight container, put the chicken breasts. After putting the chicken in the bag or container, add the marinade. Seal it up and put it in the fridge for at least an hour or overnight. Before you start cooking, heat the oven to 375F 190C. Put the chicken breasts that have been marinated and all of the marinade into a baking dish. Put the chicken in the oven and bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until it's fully cooked, the middle is no longer pink, and the juices run clear. If you want, you can serve it hot with fresh herbs or lemon slices on top.

This Lemon Garlic Cream Sauce Chicken in One Skillet is a quick and tasty meal that's great for busy weeknights. The creamy sauce with lemon and garlic flavors goes well with the juicy chicken breasts, making the whole meal a treat.
Ingredients: 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts. Salt and pepper to taste. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 3 cloves garlic, minced. 1 cup chicken broth. 1/2 cup heavy cream. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 2 tablespoons lemon juice. 1 teaspoon lemon zest. 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley.
Instructions: Add salt and pepper to the chicken breasts. Put olive oil in a big skillet and heat it over medium-high heat. It will take about 6 minutes on each side for the chicken breasts to turn golden brown after you add them. Take the chicken out of the pan and set it aside. Add minced garlic to the same pan and cook for about one minute, until it smells good. Heavy cream, lemon juice, lemon zest, and chicken broth should be added. Use a stir to mix. Put the chicken back in the pan and cook it on low heat for about 5 minutes, or until the sauce thickens and the chicken is fully cooked. Before you serve, sprinkle with chopped parsley.
