What makes it hard to commit on a diet?
I’ve been trying to diet for about 2 years now. I have been successful before but it only lasted for 2 months. I am trying to get back to it but I keep failing. So, what makes it hard? I try not to make any food that contains a lot of calories. I don’t buy any junk food. I’m also a vegetarian. Why am I still not losing weight?
During my two-month success in dieting, I carefully counted the calories. I did it before. I’m trying to do it from the last couple of months yet I keep failing. Punching in the numbers is so annoying. What’s worse is, I want to eat something, that’s healthy but the calories are higher than I want it to be.
Well, I’ll keep working on it until I become even more determined. I’m probably feeling more slack because I started going back to college and it’s been so busy juggling college, work, and social life. But, I CAN’T HAVE ANYMORE EXCUSES!!
So, let’s see where I get to and I’ll try to update you as much as possible. :) Thank you for listening!

Holnap új gymbe megyek, a John Harris Fitnessre esett a választásom.
Mivel az off peak bérlet jóval olcsóbb (89 euro), és azokban az órákban, amikor így nem mehetek, nem is tudnék, mert én akkor még javában dolgozom, szuper jól járok az árával.
Van benne Spa, medence, csoportos óra, személyi edzés, day pass családtagnak/barátnak, és csak fél órányira van tőlünk. (Van közelebb másik gym, de ott semmi nincs.)
Jó volna kicsit formába lendülni. Holnap kezdek.
