Posição inicial : Deitado(a) de barriga para cima com os pés apoiados na bola e os joelhos esticados. Expirando articule a coluna começando a elevar pelo quadril , sinta o apoio nos ombros e nas escápulas. Inspire e mantenha o corpo no alto. Expire e flexione os joelhos usando a força dos músculos de trás dos joelhos. Inspire estique as pernas. Expire e retorne a coluna , apoiado de cima para baixo. .
