Books 1-10 of the 39 Clues! Check it out! I worked hard on this little project, and it's not the end! I already plan to read the sequel series, Cahills Vs Vespers, as well as other nostalgic book series I read growing up.

I was originally inspired to make this series because I hadn't seen anyone cover the entire book series, although Controlled Chaos did 2 great videos on the first 2 books I highly recommend! Links below:

the 39 Clues character portraits haunt me

literally they have someone cast for every character who appears in MULTIPLE promo shots AND on the cards and sometimes on the website. and as far as i can tell no one has ANY idea who these people are. like not a casting list or a model list or nothing. i can’t even find a forum where people discuss it. it’s crazymaking.

like…………i know that amy’s childhood with beatrice wasn’t great but there’s no way in hell that during all her martial arts training and shit after the gauntlet she never learned to ride a bike. like, i 100% guarantee that dan knows how to ride a bike. did she just not have time? did she not care? did she think it was a waste of time to learn? did she really think that in all the stupid shit she and her family get into that learning to ride a bike wouldn’t be a useful skill? also, didn’t she ride a bike in that one about the medusa painting, or was that someone else? there are too many fucking books and i fully do not believe that amy cahill doesn’t know how to ride a bike.

Another post about The 39 Clues for no particular reason i Just Love that series what can I Say?

My favorite shipps are Amyan and Danatalie but I kinda like The Holts and The Starlings too. Of course sometimes the fandom goes too far like Nellie and Jonah, Nellie and Alistair, Nellie and Fiske, Nellie and McIntyre(yes, weird and somehow happens). I like Nellie and Sammy and I shipped Alistair and Irina(both of them unfortunately dead). But everyone has to date everyone? I kinda think yes because I think non-Cahill persons can't understand the Cahills Life Style and if you are a Cahill It's better for you to be with another Cahill so a distant cousin. So yeah everyone have to date everyone and make a family tree almost as confused as that of OUAT.

Give me your Fiske Cahill headcanons

Ooo yes okay! It’s been a while since I reread the series so apologies if some of these are incompatible with canon or are included in canon lol

AUTISM.

He refuses to eat fish on principle. When anyone else eats fish around him, he’s convinced they’re making fun of/insulting him.

He’s slightly weary of Saladin for the same reason.

Sure, he wears black to blend in and be drama queen. But also because he can own like twenty copies of the exact same piece of clothing so he knows it’s comfortable and he doesn’t have to waste time deciding what to wear.

He’s definitely forged at least one Janus painting and they still haven’t noticed.

He thinks it’s funny to pretend to be a helpless old man and/or confused American tourist to get out of complicated situations

Fiske and McIntyre would play chess and other strategy games while Fiske got filled in on Grace and her grandchildren.

His music tastes have been heavily influenced by Nellie. Dan finds it hilarious to see Fiske, dead to the world, with wired white earbuds tethered to Nellie’s hand-me-down past-generation iPod (it’s stained with spots of chipped nail polish and a sharpie-scribbled skull). He tells no one that he actually enjoys garage band punk.

He regularly painted Hope and her family, but would always burn the works as soon as they were completed so he didn’t put his loved ones at risk.

In the same vein, he now has an art studio in the mansion full of paintings of Dan, Amy, Nellie, and the rest of the people he loves; as well as landscapes of his travels.

He has mailed Beatrice varieties of smelly fish on more than one occasion. You know, since she must love fish so much.

Nellie tried to teach him to bake… let’s just say it wasn’t his calling. Something about Dan thinking the Vesper’s were burning down the mansion again, fire departments were called- it’s all a bit of a blur.

Poison Study as characters from the MCU

Spoilers for both Poison Study and all MCU movies. This is just my personal opinion! I love both of these fandoms and thought it was interesting to see similarities :)

Yelena Zaltana: Wanda Maximoff, The Scarlet Witch. Has powerful magic which has been tested on. A sad childhood, but proves her worth and becomes more confident in herself. The only one of her kind, one of which is to destroy. More darker minded than what you would think. Sarcastic. Has an older brother, and would do almost anything for those they love. 

Valek Icefaren: Natasha Romanoff, the original Black Widow. An assassin and spy with a rough past consisting of a lot of blood and murder. Loyal, artistic and a lot more kind-hearted than you’d think. Taught in an assassin school at an early age, but assumes the assassin school is now gone. Always changes appearance and has many aliases. Doesn’t trust many, but actively seeks to ‘clear their ledger.’ 

Onora Ixia: Yelena Belova, The Black Widow. A spy and assassin. Is trained at the same level as Natasha Romanoff, whom at one point has a rocky relationship with and looks up to in a sense. Trained in an assassin school at an early age, and lost many family members. Character arc ends with them gaining freedom, and not particularly knowing what they are doing. 

Ari Ixia: Steve Rogers, Captain America. Serves his country, is fiercely loyal and protects the one he loves. Has a strong bond with one certain person and has known them for a long time. Will break the rules if necessary.

Janco Ixia: Peter Quill, Star Lord. Part of a named group. Bad past, but continues to be positive and makes jokes (which aren’t always funny). Loyal to his ‘herd’ of people and is the joker.

Maren Ixia: Maria Hill. Spy. Loyal to those she works for, who are the same people Natasha Romanoff works for. Snarky.

Cahil Ixia: Loki Odinson, The God of Lies and Mischief. Has been lied to about his past. Good intentions, but they are wrong in others eyes. Works for the wrong people. Deep down a good person, but actively seeks attention. 

Rand Ixia: Pietro Maximoff, Quicksilver. Good intentions, but tangled up with the wrong people. Dies sacrificing himself.

Fisk: Peter Parker, Spider-Man. More intelligent than he looks. Cares deeply for the ones he loves. Very likeable and isn’t very public about his work. Grew up very fast, and has that one person they are fiercely loyal to.
