We have a deadline for getting the car fixed:May 8th (that's when my daughter has her disability hearing in San Diego). And on top of that, the phone I bought my mom works worse than her old one, so I need to get her a different one (and because it's prepaid fro Boost Mobile, I can't return it to Walmart for a refund). So any help covering the $160 or the car repair would be amazing.

Fantastic news! A friend of mine is going to be able to cover our rent, and sent me enough money that I managed to take care of most of our overdue and pending bills, in some cases paying a little over to bring down the amounts.

Now we need to get our car fixed. We have a 2001 PT Cruiser, and the power steering basically fell out of the car. We have some money coming in on the 1st and the 3rd, but a lot of that is going to loan payments we still need to make. I'm aiming for $1500 to supplement what we'll have, mostly because I know it's an expensive fix and we also have other things that were wrong that we weren't able to get fixed before the power steering died. I also have a few other bills that need to get paid, so that should cover everything.

I'm also adding the Amazon wish list in this post in case people want to help without actually sending money. We have food and household items we still need on the list if anyone is willing to help!

I'm a disabled enby and I take care of my elderly mother. We're Homeless and unexpected expenses[aka my financially abusive sister] wiped out a huge chunk of her SSI which is our only stable income at the moment.

This left us in an unsafe situation that I was able to get us out of but unfortunately it took another big chunk of money to get us safe. I've got us in a room at Motel 6 but I was only able to pay for one night.

If someone could send me just $80 I'd be able to pay for another night.

But every little bit adds up and if like four people sent me $20 or 8 sent $10.

We're both disabled and cannot be on the streets, she can barely walk from arthritis and has severe chronic bronchitis and I have asthma, arthritis and an autoimmune disorder.

I'm looking for work and waiting for back pay from babysitting my sisters kids but I have no income of my own right now. I really hate having to depend on charity but right now it's my only hope.

These two images state my reason for the updated GoFundMe campaign. As an explanation for everyone, since not everyone can read images, I was informed that I would not be able to work for Doordash in order to make ends meet during my medical leave.

I am in need of this money for rent and car note most! Any extra will go towards any groceries/necessities I've been unable to get from other resources when needed. But ultimately, you all are keeping a roof over my head as well as my car in my possession so that I can actually get back to work once the leave is over.

Hey everyone, this is a different post than I'd normally make, but I've been dealing with urgent hardship, poverty, and food/housing instability, and it's escalated to the point where I am desperate for mutual aid support.

It's hard to admit this stuff publicly, but while I've been able to scrape by for 6+ months on my own, my situation keeps worsening. I'm really sorry to ask for help, I've always been a private person who wanted to avoid asking online, but I've finally hit a point where I don't have many options. While I'm still in contact with family, I don't have monetary support from them & am hoping for a miracle to get through this.

It's hard to be so up front with what my situation has been like, but up until about a month ago I was struggling with enough money to afford food for at least one meal a day. I skipped multiple days every week to ensure that I didn't run out of food, and have regularly emptied my fridge/pantry to the limits before I allowed myself to spend meager amounts on enough to sustain me. Things are still shaky in that department for me, but manageable. However spending so much out of pocket on food has led to me struggling to afford basic necessities. Running out of things like trash bags, toothpaste, shampoo, etc. is a nightmare, and leads to expenses that I just can't deal with. I'm facing housing insecurity and am really just at a wall where I dont know what to fucking do. Anything helps and I really really mean it.

My mother and I have a ton of bills and loan payments to make, plus we're both overdrawn currently. Any help to pay these bills/loan payments would help us get back on our feet and be able to pay for most of our needs without asking for so much help each month.

For those not aware, we currently do not have a working car, my mother was hospitalized for a week in December and still has lingering health issues, my daughter has just started HRT and I got second-degree burns on my neck and chest a few weeks ago that needs to heal. Once we get these loans paid off, we'll be able to start saving to fix the car, which we need for all the appointments we have each month that medical transport doesn't cover.

Yesterday, we had to rush him to the emergency vet, where they found he has pancreatitis and diabetes.

The emergency vet had us rush him to an emergency pet hospital, where he's spending the next few days.

They think he's going to be okay, but he'll need insulin and a special diet for the rest of his life.

The emergency vet visit was $1500, including all the tests. And the hospital gave us an estimate of between $4000 and $8000. My husband was laid off last week. I'm disabled and can't work. I will keep this short and sweet. I'm a disabled adult with POTS, Chronic Fatigue, asthma, autism, ADHD, depression, anxiety, heat intolerance, back problems, the list goes on.
