I FINISHED! I somehow was able to finish my brimstone and roses piece before the series finale! It’s movie night for the trio! Glad I was able to slip Ginger in there somehow ha ha.
Thank you @speremint for her lovely comic. Please go read it all before it’s over in 3 weeks
I created some promotional mockups of our app, showcasing its main features and best screens
I wanted to keep these ones pretty plain and simple and let our app do the talking for us. I used a short phrase of "saving you time and money, your pocket friendly meal prep companion" to quickly advertise the purpose of our app.
These ones were designed with the idea we would have a website linked to the app and these would be featured on the website to explain what it does and show off its pages.
Summarised Aim
Pre’D is a simple and intuitive meal planning app designed around your preferences to fit seamlessly into your life.
Created with university students in mind, Prep’D prioritises suggesting balanced, cost-effective meals through ingredient recognition and automated shopping list generation price comparisons across your favourite shops. (Written by Ysa)
Final Photographs of Deconstruction Garment Project:
The final photographs from the photoshoot we did.I am happy with the outcome and I learned a lot about how garments look in professional lighting and camera.I am very proud of myself as I had never made anything like this before and I think I did very well for my first project.I really like how I styled my piece and I think the hair and makeup photographed well.I would’ve liked for the fit of the top to be better as it slightly stickers out in the front and I would’ve liked it to lie flat.Overall I really enjoyed the process from going from sketches to mannequin to final garment and I am happy with how it came together.
Here’s the conclusion of my 5 winter/Christmas pieces in December! I’ll be posting my Krampus, Black Christmas and Silent Night, Deadly Night pieces very soon.
This piece was my most ambitious one and had taken over 5 hours to complete with a total of 12 characters overall! The remaining 6 characters on the Status menu are actually animated, have a close look!
I have resolved the first piece for my exhibition. My St Patrick's tiki sculpture. There is a genuine feeling of accomplishment to have something in the bag for my final module!
I painted it using acrylic paint as I wanted a sense of cheapness to it, but I also used pyrography to write on the back "Guinness" in Ogham, the proto-Gaelic language I learned in order to produce this piece.
I am proud of how it has turned out, I hope it will be well received in the exhibition.
