A Sporran is a pouch the Scotts wear in front of their kilts. So why not have the Manhattan Clan sport some? Lex is wearing a fabric sporran. Brooklyn a leather sporran. Broadway a fur sporran. Goliath a horse hair sporran. And Hudson a full badger. Seriously, they just make sporrans out of animals whole cloth! Grew up around bagpipes and Highland games, so it was a treat going revisit Scottish garb.
