I must follow the creative spirit! It helps heal the art block ^^
So have my warframe oc! Nembrotha is the name of the Frame, and he doesn't have a name for when he was human yet! But here's his protoframe/Gemini skin! +A bonus doodle of him with Ordis, because the idea of being possessed by your friend and seeing a tiny goober makes me chuckle. [I'll likely post Nem's actual design later!]
I have not played 1999 quite yet, as I'm waiting to get to mastery rank 14 by tonight so I should be playing it soon ^^"

Warframe Concept: Justiciar, the Invisible Hand
General Ability: Advanced telekinesis.
In-Game Abilities:
Passive - Increase credit pickup per enemy killed with Long Arm and Of The Market, or while utilizing the effect of Turncoat.
Turncoat - The ability to "blend in" amongst any faction, barring Narmer. This includes not being attacked by enemies, even while in plain sight, and unique enemy voicelines regarding the Warframe.
Long Arm - Extends pickup radius in accordance with a highly extended melee range, by floating melee weapons through the air to slice, dice, and smash enemies. The Warframe can only walk and run while using this ability.
Of The Market - Using telekinesis, pick up pickups and throw them at enemies for devastating damage. Including Credits, nav coordinates, and resources, alongside ammo boxes and even dropped weapons and corpses.
Hand of Justice - Mark an enemy for execution. If killed using other abilities, gain temporary armor, energy, and health in accordance with how elite said enemy is.
Summary: Hail the Justiciar, the long arm of the invisible hand, of the market. Legend has it that before Zanuka, before any other Corpus Warframe project, Alad V did something awful in the pursuit of reverse engineering and bettering Warframes for Corpus use. Use the Invisible hand to turn your foes own confusion against them. Never run out of uses for dropped ammo crates. Execute the justice within us all.
Background: "The Infestation. A marvel isn't it? Just one infection, and it spreads like a wildfire, overriding the mechanical and flesh alike… Or at least, that's how it usually goes. See, before the Infestation, before all of that, there was only the Helminth. The say that's what created the Warframes, afterall, correct? Anyways, I digress. The point is that wisdom is gained through suffering, and tonight, I intend to make you very, very… wise." ~ Alad V The output of the Justiciar Project was flawed. The input: A single, healthy male test subject. His family's debts would be paid off entirely if he agreed, so Alad V promised, and to his credit, he did deliver. But not before the helminth sapped away everything that the test subject was, leaving an insane husk to be just barely controlled by void-touched individuals in Corpus possession. The Justiciar was at first hideous, but after careful molding of the Helminth (torture) at the hands of Alad V's crew, it began to take on a more aesthetically pleasing shape. Now? Covered from head to toe in drapped cloths and veils, only the glowing bits and the outline of it remain 'visible', a testament to how far it has fallen out of Corpus' hands, and its growing personalization. Eventually, the void-touched individuals I mentioned staged an escape, nearly killing Alad V. After that? There was no trace of them. Apparently, they had been rescued, alongside the Justiciar, by a Tenno. The experiment was a resounding failure, and set Alad V back quite a bit, or so the story goes. Appearance: With a large, corpus-inspired head, molded and shaped into something similar to the form of common corpus helms, this warframe is draped in cloths and veils, concealing it's overall form. Not because it's horrifying or too disgusting to view, but because it doesn't want to be viewed as the corpus enforcer it once was. Still, the Invisible Hand of the Market it is, and it acts as judge, jury, and executioner to its former masters and all those that threaten the stability of everything. The cloth and veils are pulled tightly with coils and rope, outlining the form everywhere but it's head, where heavily draped veils refuse to let its former allegiance shine through.
Signature Weapons: Red Hand - A colossal, two-handed blade with a squared off tip. Energy pulses through the center, and crackles with regularity across the surface of the blade. It is like an old-fashioned executioner's sword, only designed by the corpus. The hilt actually functions as a storage for the batteries used to power it. Deals high amounts of Electricity and Slash damage, while also short-circuiting shields. When wielded by Justiciar, it deals cold damage, combining to create an effect of magnetization.
Dead Hand - A particle disintigration beam inspired by the Atomos of Grineer fame, this corpus-designed beauty can fit perfectly around the hand of any Warframe, but especially so for the one it was meant to be wielded by. However, it is now very infested, and deals high corrosive damage, spewing acid from the giant tumor that now covers it. Say thanks to the Helminth!
Dread Hand - A corpus anti-gravity tool, used in high-gravity environments. This weapon has been reverse-engineered to increase the gravity of objects and people, typically crushing them violently.

Occasionally I remember the fan warframe (fanframe?) I created a while back and wonder if I should redraw her. I only ever made a rough black-and-white sketch, which I've only shown to a handful of friends. I even wrote out ideas for some of her abilities
#warframe#it felt a little silly because. like. there's no way she would ever get added to the game#why put so much effort in?#but it was a fun design exercise and I kinda want to finish it#for full context: Calanthe's theme is plants.#why is there no canon plant-themed frame??

Some of my Warframe sketches for your viewing pleasure. Or displeasure.
Naming in progress, currently goes as Hatmom due to there also being Hatson/Hatman, another Corpus fellow, her very actual son. Hatson has MOA called Bitcoin.
Of course I would start making a fanframe. Of course it would be Big Woman. Current version name is Almagest and main theme is doing funny star things and hitting people with space rocks.
And well Ballas. Stress Ball(as) even
Me: I shall be normal about Warframe
Also me: Corpus Macdonalds with beanie kavats
Also me: One Orange Braincell Chroma
Also me: Kela's superfan with KELA BEST knuckledusters
Also me: Noodles the Vulpaphyla
#warframe#i am obsessed with Hatmom as of late#considering if she eventually leaves Corpus after the New War over disagreement with Parvos

Notting Hill - 1999. Average nice guy meets beautiful movie star. Comedy, love, loss, regret and reconciliation in the most heartwarming way. In the busiest room in London two people only notice each other.

Can’t play Warframe right now because of some issues with my laptop, but i decided to come up with some fanframes.
Haruspex: Tears out enemies’ organs and grafts them onto allies for healing and buffs.
Quetzal: Channels light through his feathers to create energy beams and constructs.

I bring you another warframe art dump, But in this one it's mostly fanframe designs, one character design and one quest line art.
So, first, I've updated Snowbell's design after talking with someone on the warframe discord. She definitely feels like she belongs in the world of warframe now.
Next, Two fan skins for my two fan frames. These are based around Simiaris and Synthesis. You would get them from doing sanctuary onslaughts.
Next is a character for the quest line the other drawing is for. He has never been given a name, but is best known as "Oldest" since he is the first living experiment of Mimi's creator from last post. (Who now has a name, it is Keres). And that leads to the quest line image. It would play as you start the quest line "forgotten song". I'm mostly just proud of the shading and the layout of it.

Ah, finally sold enough stuff to update my Operator’s look for when I eventually start the New War. Just a touch of character development. Also changed Sile’s face a bit... which was actually an accident. Wanted to see how well I could make Echo and didn’t realize it would affect her default look even if I selected “B”. And need to fix her somatics, they’re supposed to be bronze UGH.
Still contemplating buying that Harrow Prime Accessories just for the Templar Prime suit. Think the leggins and leg skirt will complete the look I’m going for.
And canonically, she’d probably wear the Mephisto mask asymmetrically due to her burn scars can be rather sensitive. “Wear” I should say with some story ideas I have.

Warframe Concept: Uzziel, The Flayed
Medium Armor No Shields Medium Health Low Energy.
General Ability: Health-pool manipulation, lifesteal. In-Game Abilities: Passive - Increase the amount of health regenerated per second for teammates, while Uzziel loses health over time. Fear Not - Cause enemies to scatter, attack each other, and cause general chaos as they run about in abject fear and terror. Each enemy killed increases the overall health of teammates by 5 points when under this effect. Additionally, while this effect is active, teammates deal increased damage to the affected enemies. 25 energy. Crown of Thorns - Summon fleshy "thorns" around the heads of enemies within a several meter radius, gradually killing and draining them of health, which is then used to replenish the health of teammates and Uzziel himself. 50 energy. Wear and Tear - Every time you take damage from any source while this is active, transfer said lost health to friendly units in the form of raising their overall health for the duration of the mission. 55 energy. Run Red - Flay and wear your enemy's skin, increasing your overall health, armor, and increasing status resistance. 70 Energy. Summary: A truly tortured soul, Uzziel underwent some of the most inhumane torture possible at the hands of the Orokin. It is said that for every day he spent being tortured beyond recognition by them, he spent that same amount of time slowly enacting his revenge upon them. Use Uzziel to become what your enemies fear most. Reset the clock that's ticking to your ultimate demise. Make sure that nobody has to suffer the way Uzziel did, ever again.
Background:
"Dearest Uzziel. Why must you struggle so? What's that? You want your face back…? I can oblige, I suppose… Just sit still, damn it!" ~ Unknown Orokin.
During the war between the Tenno, Sentients, and Orokin, Uzziel was one of the few conscious and sapient warframes, made by Ballas in a fashion similar to Excalibur Umbra, but with significantly less venom and hatred involved. During the war, his operator was killed in front of him, and he was captured and taken in by the Orokin. After years of endless torture at Ballas' hands, Uzziel's helminth-induced outer skin was cut from his body and fashioned into a horrifying metallic patchwork, that was then given to Uzziel to wear. Everything but his face was removed, that is and to this day he wears a "mask" of his previous warframe appearance, which appears veiled and crowned with "thorns".
Uzziel will never be satisfied, not now that Ballas is dead, not now that his only purpose has been taken by the Dealmaker… Uzziel's endless obsession and neverending pain will only cause more pain to himself, and others around him, now.
To be Uzziel is to embody suffering, pure and simple. Appearance: Skinned and tortured, the entire surface area of Uzziel's flayed form is covered with painful lesions and helminth-inflicted scar tissue. Most of said lesions are self inflicted. The same thorns crowning his "masked" head spiral tightly around his arms, while his patchworked helminth skin is pulled into something resembling a toga.
Signature Weapons: Crucified - A four barreled gun with the first two barrels in a row (horizontally), and the other two lowered downwards, to where it forms something resembling an arch. Gold filigree outlines it the weapon, and verses in an unknown language are scrawled across its surface. It is fairly large, and deals primarily slash damage, alongside piercing. It shoots rounds not to dissimilar to what the boltor uses, but significantly larger, and alongside that, unlike the boltor, it is not a full-automatic. It is in fact semi-auto, but one pull of the trigger sends all four barrels firing. Hierophant - A whip made of the same "thorns" that Uzziel can summon, its handle is one carved from the wood of a tree that only grows now in and around Cetus. Extreme slashing damage, as well as leeching small amounts of health per enemy killed.
