Who were the members of Rudy's BLT team? Three names right in the center: John Solomon, Devin Nunes and Ron Johnson.

. . . isn't it strange that we don't know who we are? I mean, we know so little about ourselves it's shocking. We tell ourselves a story and we go along believing in it, and then, it turns out, it's the wrong story, which means we've lived the wrong life.

What is so funny about this fandom- so much talk about "activism", ( so you can feel like saints at the end of the day😉) intolerance, equality and stuff, but in the same breath being prejudicial and intolerant toward someone because of his (white) skin color.
You can't be taken seriously when you preach about something and do the opposite- and then even call yourself a "decent human" for doing so....
It's also ironic that in the year 2022 the false narrative "white men bad" is still being pushed- because it shows how much you actually care about cultures. You are lazy. The only thing you focus on is what "white" people are doing, would you educate yourself, you would know that "white" people did just as much bad things as other people through the human history, even less tbh. There are worse cases but you chose not to know about it. That's why we're stuck and don't come anywhere as a society.
It's almost 2023 and you're still gonna decide the worth of a human based on some pigments, congratulations!

Caveat Lector 🚨🚨🚨
Tumblr media
Donald Trump supporters have been creating and sharing AI-generated fake images of black voters to encourage African Americans to vote Republican.
BBC Panorama discovered dozens of deepfakes portraying black people as supporting the former president.
Mr. Trump has openly courted black voters, who were key to Joe Biden's election win in 2020.
But there's no evidence directly linking these images to Mr. Trump's campaign.
The co-founder of Black Voters Matter, a group which encourages black people to vote, said the manipulated images were pushing a “strategic narrative” designed to show Mr. Trump as popular in the black community.
A creator of one of the images told the BBC: “I'm not claiming it's accurate.”
The fake images of black Trump supporters, generated by artificial intelligence (AI), are one of the emerging disinformation trends ahead of the US presidential election in November.
Tumblr media
Unlike in 2016, when there was evidence of foreign influence campaigns, the AI-generated images found by the BBC appear to have been made and shared by US voters themselves.
One of them was Mark Kaye and his team at a conservative radio show in Florida.
They created an image of Mr. Trump smiling with his arms around a group of black women at a party and shared it on Facebook, where Mr. Kaye has more than one million followers.
Tumblr media
At first it looks real, but on closer inspection everyone's skin is a little too shiny and there are missing fingers on people's hands - some tell-tale signs of AI-created images.
“I'm not a photojournalist,” Mr. Kaye tells me from his radio studio. “I'm not out there taking pictures of what's really happening. I'm a storyteller.”
Tumblr media
Disinformation tactics in the US presidential elections have evolved since 2016, when Donald Trump won. Back then, there were documented attempts by hostile foreign powers, such as Russia, to use networks of inauthentic accounts to try to sow division and plant particular ideas.
In 2020, the focus was on home-grown disinformation - particularly false narratives that the presidential election was stolen, which were shared widely by US-based social media users and endorsed by Mr. Trump and other Republican politicians.
In 2024, experts warn of a dangerous combination of the two.

Wow. This is one of the most disrespectful, entitled, self-centered things to come across the ol' timeline today. This person is dead to suicide because... the child's father had been sexually assaulting and raping this kid. For years. This has been proven as fact: there's a legal trail.
It had nothing to do with a gang of girls beating "Nex" for being trans, which is the lie that trans activists tried so hard to push at first, before the facts came out.
It was a suicide from a kid being raped by the man the kid should have been able to trust the most, trust implicitly, for safety. It is very likely this child identified as nb as a way to escape femaleness due to this sexual assault -- a large comorbidity of ROGD among teenage girls is rape, sexual assault, and unwanted sexual interest from men. Taking this child's death and making fucking fanart out of the tragedy is one of the most breathtakingly selfish things to come across my dashboard recently. Holy... holy shit. You're gonna fanart and martyrize a child you did not know with a false activism story that wasn't true so you can.... performatively grieve and signal what a good little ally you are as a series of self-aggrandizing buttpats?
This isn't about you. Holy Mother of God, the dead child because dad was an incestuous rapist and the kid didn't have adequate trauma support is not about you or your grief.
This is the Ring Theory "Circle of Grief" used by board-licensed psychologists. Study this. Learn it.
Maybe have a brainwave or two and recognize how profoundly disgusting and absurd it is for you, as a bystander, to martyrize this child over a fake story activists pushed before the facts had been determined:
Tumblr media
It's pretty much guaranteed that you do not go drawing fanart of and martyrizing many "cis" young women who attempt and complete suicide due to incestual rape and abuse by their fathers. ... so why did you do it for "Nex?" This performative nonsense you created had an agenda, and you used a dead child who completed suicide to escape the reality of being an ongoing rape victim by a trusted male adult to push that agenda, which wasn't even true. "Disgusting" doesn't even cover this.
Tumblr media
Nex deseved to graduate. They deserved to be treated with respect. They deserved to become an adult. They deserved a safe school to go to. Absolutely seething rn.

The Power of Rejection: Embracing Authentic Expression
Rejection is more than a mere redirection Reflecting on my experiences with releasing my work, “Empowered Journey,” I remembered how I would intuitively and meditatively get the message not to water down my ideas under any circumstances. I thought this was just me being guided not to alter the message, but later, I realized it was more than that. It reminded me of what I had known before. It…

Those who have been following me for a while know that I tend to avoid focusing on “left” or “right” (or upside down) but rather the behaviors that I observe. Do people resort to personal attacks? How well do they listen? Can they steelman those they disagree with? Are they good faith? Are they willing to change their minds if presented with the appropriate evidence? Are their arguments based on facts? Are those facts cherry-picked or are they intellectually honest? Do they bully others? How do they treat those they don’t like?

Pray For Your Nation
Thank you Lord for Your Mercy which is new every morning. We are hoping for God’s intervention and protection and praying for His Mercy for our nations. God bless you and yours.
Thankful For God’s Mercy I feel sad today Jesus. You gave us a beautiful world and life, and we let our human condition run amuck. We sinful, greedy, power hungry human beings have aligned ourselves with the wiles of the devil, and in our personal lusts for all things us, we foolish humans have been deceived to be used by satan to steal, destroy, and kill each other in order to gain only…

okay so, I am NOT throwing shade on the OP, I just wanna share what I've learned when I googled this.
The notion that Janis Joplin and Peggy Caserta were dating at the time comes from the autobiography of Peggy which was later revealed to be ghostwritten by a man. It's basically RPF with smut written for drug money, and Caserta regrets ever associating with it. At the time this picture was taken, Peggy Caserta had been dating another woman openly and was, even then, known to be gay by everyone around her. She and Joplin would hang out, make out and do heroine together. Whether or not there was more, whether or not Joplin was queer, the story of them dating in 1969 had been a fabrication. That is, if you believe Peggy more than the ghostwriter she hired when she'd been far from clean (she is now, and has been for quite some time).
Peggy Caserta was later blamed for Janis Joplin's death.
