11. Faceclaim

This one was hard! In the Disney verse, Peter and Hook have some very distinct and obvious features that I took into consideration when trying to find the right faceclaim, but Wendy, Tiger Lily, and Jane are a little more generic looking in the face. (No shockingly red hair like Disney Pan or Hook’s dark curls and exaggerated features to go on.) Also, I’m gonna give a disclaimer and say that most of the faceclaims for these kids are no longer actually an appropriate age to play them (because I don’t know of very many child actors currently in the appropriate age range). Not 100% satisfied with these, but I tried to do the best I could.

Wendy Darling (child) - Isabelle Allen

She has the right hair and eye color and the sort of delicate, feminine features that Wendy possesses. Also I loved her in Les Mis as young Cosette, so I might be biased but she can pull off an absolutely adorable, sweet, gentle kid.

Wendy Darling (adult, as in Return to Neverland) - Jane Seymour

What can I say? I grew up watching Dr. Quinn and in that show, she definitely pulls off the mom vibes. Very “do no harm, take no BS” which is what Wendy’s attitude always has been. Also she just has the perfect face for it.

Jane Darling - Georgie Henley

Disney’s Jane has more reddish hair than her mom as well as slightly more rounded and tomboyish features. I think Georgie fits the bill perfectly.

Tiger Lily - Jashaun St. John

I definitely wanted to go with an actual Native American actress here, but admittedly, I don’t know of many so my choices were rather limited, but I think Jashaun has the right look for the part. She has the rounded, childlike features and while she’s pretty, she usually seems to prefer to show off her natural look without a lot of extra makeup or flashiness. She has the simple beauty of someone who is naturally confident in who she is.

She was a spoiled child, anything she wanted - she got. Even if it was as simple as a kiss from Papa before he went to work but her demeanour was meek and mild. She was soft spoken and sweet natured, rarely speaking out of turn.

Her older brothers are her world: Riccardo is a race car driver, staying clear of family business and Matteo an Italian Mafia Prince - Set to take over when their father steps down or dies.

When Sabrina was sixteen, she met Thomas Shelby while on a trip to England. The eighteen year old struck her as pretty with his light blue eyes and his deadly smirk. She gave her virginity up to him resulting in twin girls named Beatrice and Isabella.

At twenty three she married Italian-American Mobster with as thirst for vengeance after the death of some kinsmen. She’s the calm to his storm and keeps him on the straight and narrow in return for him raising her girls.

At twenty five, she crosses paths with Tommy Shelby once again. She gives birth to twin boys who are named Enzo and Anthony. She buries Luca who is killed in a gun fight between a few of the Changretta boys and Tommy and John Shelby

At twenty eight she’s married to Tommy and living in Arrow House.

the  story.

             the sayre family legacy stretches back to the early days of hollywood, when odette hughes was a darling of the silver screen during the silent era who would up marrying director john sayre; their son, jack sayre, would dominate hollywood throughout the 1930s and 40s as an impassioned filmmaker and sometimes-rival of orson welles, and his youngest daughter, katherine ‘kitty’ sayre, would carry the legacy as the ultimate fiery onscreen seductress throughout the 1950s and early 1960s with her flaming red hair and beguiling charm — kitty took a step back from her career in 1963 when her daughter charlotte was born, and at age 18, the spirited charlotte wound up eloping with albie sullivan, the son of famed jazz musician artie sullivan, in a laughable union that was short-lived and resulted in one saving grace: the birth of julia sayre-sullivan.

Wendy Moira Angela Darling was an imaginative child. Her head always believed that anything was possible and even though her household was strict, she was always led astray. It was during her younger years that she met Peter and she found the whole experience exciting that she has met someone like herself but as time passed, Wendy realised that there was sense in what her parents had been telling her for years and it was time to grow up and become an adult. Her life and mindset had changed and that caused a break down between Peter and Wendy. Ever the stubborn woman she parted ways with him and moved on with her life with a level of maturity even she didn’t know she had. She is driven and is focused on her future, school work and career but her mind does occasionally cast back to her past friends. She still cares about them and wishes them the best.
