He just doesnt have the energy or time to deal with any bratty nonsense. Although some occasional fight is nice, keeps him on his toes and reminds him hes alive. Plus it gives him an excuse to do some boxing again...

How do you think Alcibiades' boss fight would go down? What would be his Fight's "gimmick" and/or what would be the most memorable about his fight?

Oh I have a lot of ideas in my head.

Before the fight starts it's him inside some ruins where he's sitting/lying against a half-destroyed Statue of Socrates. His hidden orange eye isn't glowing, and he looks kinda dead.

Phase one of the fight, he's bipedal and has his eros shield and a spear. He has spear-related attacks, like magical showers of spears or non-magical spear attacks. Idk if there's a game mechanic where killing enemies gives you buffs, he might be summoning hoplites every now and then to give the players the ability to kill those and get potential buffs.

I was also thinking if we're going full gimmicky fight, that there might be "dead" archers around the arena that you are required to revive because they're the only ones who can bring him down (as per his actual death). Perhaps you might akso have to shatter his shield and there could be like something he says about it mid-fightz or a special attack only at that moment because he gets very angry. Unless his shield is something you can get as loot so it wouldn't make sense to shatter it.

Overall his phase one is full of graceful sweeping attacks and blocking and mostly ranged heavy attacks and light spear stabbing when you're close to him.

Phase two has a cutscene where his marble face falls to the ground and shatters and his body gets split open and transforms into a sort of lion with a hanging hair-like mane and parts that are scorched/flaming. He gets 4 lion legs but also keeps his human arms with which he pulls from inside his body a sword. Maybe he also grows horns. All the attacks of the second phase are disorganized and he's not graceful anymore, it's mostly sword slashes and paw swipes and spitting fire.

I was also thinking there's other details of his life that could be incorporated into the fight. For example, you could have to lure him out of his hiding spot with fire, otherwise he refuses to fight you after phase one, or you somehow set fire to the arena and that triggers his transformation. Or you could be fighting him twice in different instances throughout the game, and the first time you fight him, halfway through the fight another boss appears and Alcibiades switches sides and fights alongside you for some story-related reason, but then the next time you encounter him he's against you once more so you have to kill him.

he wearz a leather jacket with a half belt thatz usually pretty undone [i have a better image that showz it but itz. darkmango and i dont think u wanna see my darkmango art /hj] but other than that, he usually keepz his sleevez rolled up because he thinkz it lookz nicer. it would def help if he kept em down [protectz his armz better from chosenz fire] but also, if you were to ask, hed say keeping them rolled up helpz save room for his braceletz swordz.
