So I'm watching the last episode of Rescue Bots and I'm loving how serious the main cast are about protecting Cody from Morocco.

The episode "Shake Up" kind of had a weird tone, I'm not criticizing it or saying it was a bad episode no not at all I just thought its tone was weird because there's the minor subplot of Chase trying to be humorous. Then Griffin Rock is being plagued by earthquakes and in the tunnel of th station Frankie straight up PASSES OUT from inhaling too much dust and her leg gets trapped in rocks, not to mention hurt. And what was the cause? A giant subwoofer playing music Doc Greene was listening to from a jukebox, and then the episode ends with a music video from Frankie.

In hindsight, it was kind of like a more light-hearted version of TFP's Rock Bottom. And I really liked that one scene where Heatwave gives up his cover to protect Frankie.

The very thing I love in The Alien Invasion of Griffin Rock is how News Media is an extremely powerful and dangerous tool. We see how the residents of Griffin Rock quickly fell for Prescott's news of aliens invading the town.

While the Burns and Greene families didn't fell for Prescott's story, the majority of the town did despite little evidence. Showing how fear and ignorance can take over people.

Once again, Transformers: Rescue Bots might be a cartoon for younger kids, but it can show to handle dark and mature moments while still being cute and heartwarming.

Headcanon that if the Terrans went to Griffin Rock, no one would see/hear from Nightshade and Doc Greene for days because the two are bonding over SCIENCE.
