Alright, so non-specialized tech and practical application stuff. I'd imagine nothing that requires the heavy science-y stuff like x-rays, MRI, robotic surgery and all that.
Looking at the rest of your post, is your society very high-tech that's coming off a recent major disaster / apocalyptic event or something? I'm asking mostly out of curiosity because I find it interesting that you have something like highly advanced-3D printing (I'm assuming) but there's need for food and water and agricultural/animal husbandry knowledge too?
I am very aware I am getting the better end of the deal, and that troubles me because I don't particularly like the idea of turning a profit because of people's desperation.
In any case, I've amassed a very large digital library with four or five copiers printing as fast as they can to turn said library into hard copies. I expect the output to get larger when people bring more printers down into the Inn's office area. My house staff is giving me strange looks, but they don't really mind since I'm paying them with "non-emergent call rates" just to make these papers resemble something like a book or catalog.
Actual textbooks will come trickling in as the week goes on. Few bookstores here are open at night, and ones specialized in esoteric subjects like vet medicine probably less likely. Given that Gotham Docks has been bombed recently, the land route for bringing stuff outside the city is a little overstressed right now. But I'll see what I can do.
I've already set aside a spot that I'll regularly fill up with books and papers periodically inside the Inn, which could be retrieved at these <coords> here. Places that you can send the hydroponics equipment to would be here <coords> when you feel like you've gotten enough knowledge from this side - they're all separate buildings and the inn itself.
I can also provide some information from the logistics side of my company, since I use my own transport (including general maintenance and gasoline/energy costs for sea, road, and flight; distribution maps with distances; etc) and papers/texts on general logistics to help expand your food and material transport services if needed. Not sure if you want to add farming and maybe also regional-specific cooking textbooks/information to our deal - since offal / organ meat can stretch an animal source of food for days if properly prepared.
And because the question will naturally come up since I'm primarily a grocer company, things like food or living things can't be exported across the World Boundary. The World will happily import such things though (because I suspect it's greedy).

Is there a particular animal or subject you're looking for like internal medicine or surgery or something? Or should I just grab whatever I can? Also did you want to include research papers into that?
I think the contents of the hydroponics kits sounds good. I'll take however many you're willing to provide for what I send.
