Hehe yes, my favorite design.

No, no teeth in stomach. The logic of his appearance is different there. I simplified the design a little bit after the drawing from the zine and removed the exposed areas of the brain, but it is implied that the ears and the ears with the wires are stuck in brain.

His neck is ripped open by the speaker, like in plush fredbear mouth speaker and the sound of his voice comes from there with slight interference like Mangle

The claws also appeared later. He added them to his appearance himself. He can even change his appearance a bit, and if he appears in front of someone, he may look like a normal child with bandages sticking out of his disheveled hair

And of course, the eyes like the eyes that animatronics have are separated from the outer skin. He and Lizzy have that specificity in their design. The eyeballs are deeper and from the eyelids a little meat stretches inside to the eyeballs so that he cannot express emotions with his eyes, they are almost static. He can just lift the eyelids a little up

I have plans for a comic about his smile, but I haven't thought about how to start it yet

And his connection to the nightmare animatronics is that he is a nightmare. His ability is to made hallucinations and interfere with dreams by broadcasting what he wants. Or all kinds of scary visions, sounds, etc. Security guards and employees are late at night try not to linger because of this
